Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a multilayer wiring board and a method for manufacturing a multilayer wiring board.
In precision equipment, a flexible shielded cable (shielded FPC cable) is widely used in order to shield the radiation noise of the cable and effectively utilize the space. In recent years, with the development of intelligent functions, the amount of signals to be transmitted has increased, and multi-layer FPC cables have come to be used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Radiation noise in a general multilayer FPC cable is shielded by arranging shield layers at both ends in the thickness direction. In such a configuration, noise radiated in the thickness direction of the multilayer FPC cable is suppressed, but shielding measures are not taken at both ends in the width direction.
In view of the current situation in which the use of high-frequency signals is advancing, it is important to take measures to suppress (shield) radiation noise from both ends in the width direction of the multilayer FPC cable.
An object of the present invention is to provide a multilayer wiring board capable of effectively shielding radiation noise from both ends in the width direction with a simple configuration, and a method for manufacturing the same.

Further, the upper side in FIG. 2 is referred to as "upper" or "upper", and the lower side is referred to as "lower" or "lower".

Further, each
According to the present invention having such a configuration, it is possible to effectively shield the radiation noise from both ends in the width direction of the
Here, in the laminated
In contrast to these configurations, in the present invention, the
When the separation distance between the central axes of two
The separation distance D is particularly preferably less than 1/4 (1 / 20λ). This also makes it possible to shield linking noise.
Here, assuming that the speed of light is "C (m / s)", the frequency of noise to be shielded is "f (Hz: 1 / s)", and the wavelength is "λ (m)", these formulas are: The relationship represented by C = λ × f is satisfied.
For example, when the frequency of noise to be shielded is 1 GHz, a suitable separation distance D can be calculated to be less than 3.75 mm by the above equation and the separation distance D <1/4 (1 / 20λ). ..
The diameter (maximum width) of each

For application of the coating liquid, for example, spin coating method, casting method, micro gravure coating method, gravure coating method, bar coating method, roll coating method, wire bar coating method, dip coating method, spray coating method, screen printing method , Flexographic printing method, offset printing method, inkjet printing method and the like can be used.
Next, a metal layer is formed on the insulating layer 23 in the same manner as the
Either dry etching or wet etching may be used for etching.
Next, the same coating liquid as above is applied so as to cover the
In the present embodiment, the above operation is repeated three times to stack the three
