Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a reactant and an apparatus for producing a reactant.
Conventionally, there is known a method for producing a reactant in which a first solution or a dispersion is electrostatically sprayed into a reactor to bring it into contact with a second solution or a dispersion in the reactor to produce a reactant. ..
As an example of such a method for producing a reaction product, a solution in which a metal salt was dissolved or a dispersion in which a metal salt was dispersed (first solution or dispersion) was used, and these were made into fine-sized droplets. A method has been proposed in which a metal nanoparticle having a specific particle size distribution is produced by contacting a substance in an electrostatic field with a liquid (second solution or dispersion) containing a reducing agent in a reactor. (See Patent Document 1).
In the above-mentioned method for producing a reaction product, from the viewpoint of industrial production, there is a demand that the amount of the second solution or dispersion used is reduced with respect to the amount of the first solution or dispersion introduced.
Therefore, the present invention secures a suitable reaction for obtaining a desired reactant even if the amount of the second solution or dispersion used is reduced as compared with the amount of introduction of the first solution or dispersion. With the goal.
The method for producing a reaction product according to the present invention is a method for producing a reaction product in which a first solution or dispersion is reacted with a second solution or dispersion stored or circulated in a reactor by centrifugal force. The reactor is rotated so as to expand the surface area of the second solution or dispersion and allow the second solution or dispersion to flow, and the first solution or dispersion is dispersed in the second solution or dispersion. Electrostatically spray the liquid.
The reactor manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention is a reactor manufacturing apparatus for reacting a first solution or dispersion with a second solution or dispersion, and stores the second solution or dispersion. Alternatively, the reactor to be circulated, the nozzle for spraying the first solution or dispersion into the reactor, the second solution or dispersion stored or circulated in the reactor, and the nozzle. A potential difference forming portion that forms a potential difference between them, and a rotating portion that rotates the reactor so as to expand the surface area of the second solution or dispersion by centrifugal force and allow the second solution or dispersion to flow. To be equipped.
According to the present invention, since the second solution or the dispersion liquid is flowed by the centrifugal force, the second liquid can be agitated even if the amount of the second liquid used is small. Further, since the surface area of the second solution or the dispersion is increased by the centrifugal force, the surface area of the reaction interface that contributes to the reaction between the second solution or the dispersion and the sprayed first solution or the dispersion is large. Become.
Therefore, even if the amount of the second solution or dispersion used is reduced with respect to the amount of the first solution or dispersion introduced, a suitable reaction for obtaining a desired reactant can be ensured.
Examples of the reactant obtained by the method for producing a reactant according to the embodiment of the present invention include metal particles, fiber particles, resin particles, organic crystals, semiconductor particles, oligomers, polymers, etc., which will be described below. The reaction is not particularly limited as long as the reaction proceeds in the apparatus.
Hereinafter, as an example of a preferable configuration of the present embodiment, a method for producing a metal complex and a production apparatus for realizing the production method will be described.
[Reactant production equipment]
The reactor manufacturing
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
The raw
The
The opening diameter of the
The tip of the
A
The assist gas is supplied to the inside of the
As shown by an arrow C in FIG. 1, the introduction liquid L1 moves inside the
Further, the opening diameter of the
The potential
The
In this embodiment, the
The rotating
The
In the present embodiment, the rotating
In the
Further, the protrusion amount W2 of the
The distance between the
Subsequently, a method for producing a reactant according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
The production method according to the present embodiment is a reaction product in which the introduction liquid L1 (first solution or dispersion liquid) is reacted with the second liquid L2 (second solution or dispersion liquid) stored in the
The method for producing a reactant according to the present embodiment is realized by the
The introduced liquid L1 which has become a sprayed droplet moves toward the liquid phase of the second liquid L2 along the electric field gradient, reaches the interface with the flowing second liquid L2, and reaches the second liquid. Mixes and reacts with the liquid L2 of.
Here, the droplet size of the introduced liquid L1 in the sprayed state is at least one of surface tension, ionic strength, relative permittivity, potential difference between the nozzle 24 (
In particular, in the
Further, due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the
As described above, according to the
In the present embodiment, as described above, at the reaction interface expanded by centrifugal force, a metal complex is obtained as a reaction product by the reaction between the metal salt dissolved in the introduction liquid L1 and the second liquid L2. Be done. The obtained metal complex is dispersed in the liquid phase of the second liquid L2. As a result, a metal complex dispersion is obtained.
Metal nanoparticles can be obtained by subjecting the metal complex dispersion obtained as described above to a metal complex separation treatment, a reduction treatment, or the like. As an example, the second liquid L2, which is a metal complex dispersion liquid, is centrifuged to precipitate the metal complex, then filtered off from the second liquid L2, and further calcined to obtain metal nanoparticles. be able to.
In the following, the action and effect of the production method according to the present embodiment will be described in more detail in comparison with the conventional method described in International Publication No. 2017/014108.
As already described, International Publication No. 2017/014108 proposes a method in which a solution of a metal salt is brought into contact with a liquid phase (a liquid containing a reducing agent) in an electrostatic field in a container. In the configuration of the above-mentioned prior art, the present inventors have increased the diameter of the container to increase the interface area of the liquid containing the reducing agent from the viewpoint of enhancing the reactivity with the solution at the interface (surface) of the liquid containing the reducing agent. A method of increasing the (surface area) and stirring the liquid containing the reducing agent using a stirrer such as a stirrer or a stirrer chip was adopted.
However, when the above-mentioned stirring device is used, the depth of the organic base solution in the container is set to a certain level or more so that the stirrer is immersed in the liquid containing the reducing agent from the viewpoint of exerting an appropriate stirring effect and preventing scattering. It was necessary to do.
On the other hand, as described above, by increasing the diameter of the container in order to widen the interface region that contributes to the reaction, the amount of the liquid containing the reducing agent in the container exceeds the appropriate amount required for the reaction. There was a tendency to become.
In the method for producing a reactant according to the present embodiment, as described above, the stirring effect of flowing the second liquid L2 by the centrifugal force generated by the rotating
According to the production method according to the present embodiment, the amount of the second liquid L2 as the organic base solution is optimized, so that the metal nanoparticles which are presumed to be caused by the excessive use of the organic base solution are enlarged and This will also lead to suppression of non-uniformity of particle size distribution.
Further, in the
Further, according to the
In the
Further, in the
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the above embodiment is only a part of the application example of the present invention, and the purpose of limiting the technical scope of the present invention to the specific configuration of the above embodiment. is not.
The shape of the
Contrary to the present embodiment, the potential
In the
As such a shape, for example, the

[Control of each parameter]
In the method for producing a reactant according to the present embodiment, the size of the reactant (metal complex) generated at the interface of the second liquid L2 is the size of the droplet of the sprayed introduction liquid L1 and the liquid. This is due to the rate at which the drops diffuse in the liquid phase of the second liquid L2, the rate of reduction reaction, and the like.

Further, the liquid drop size can be reduced by reducing the ionic strength of the introduced liquid L1. Further, the liquid drop size can be reduced by lowering the relative permittivity of the introduction liquid L1. The droplet size can also be reduced by increasing the potential difference between the nozzle 24 (

Further, in order to remove salts as a by-product, ordinary methods such as centrifugation, ultrafiltration, ion exchange resin, and membrane permeation can be used.
The metal complex dispersion liquid thus obtained can be diluted or concentrated to a predetermined concentration, and the concentration can be appropriately adjusted according to the intended use. Further, the metal complex dispersion liquid contains a polymer resin dispersant, a pigment, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, an antioxidant, other additives, and a mixture of two or more of them, depending on the intended use. You may.
As described above, in the method for producing the metal complex dispersion liquid realized by the

FIG. 6 shows the particle size distribution (thick solid line) of the metal nanoparticles prepared from the metal complex dispersion obtained by using the
According to FIG. 6, in the comparative example, the particle size peak of the metal nanoparticles appeared at a position larger than 2 nm, and the particle size distribution was broader than that of the example. On the other hand, in the example, the particle size peak appeared around 2 nm, showing a sharp particle size distribution.
The particle size distribution of the metal nanoparticles prepared from the metal complex dispersion obtained by the production method of the example becomes sharp because the stirring effect is obtained by the flow generated by the rotation, so that the introduction liquid L1 This is because the reaction interface reached by the droplets is replaced, and the reaction interface is expanded due to the expansion of the surface area of the second liquid L2, which makes it difficult for the metal complex which is the reactant to aggregate. It is believed that there is. As a result, the amount of the second liquid L2 charged is increased to widen the area of the reaction interface, and the metal produced by using the metal complex dispersion obtained by the production method of the reference example capable of stirring with a stirrer. We were able to obtain metal nanoparticles with a particle size distribution comparable to that of nanoparticles.
The metal nanoparticles of the reference example increase the volume of the second liquid L2 in the container by increasing the amount of the second liquid L2 charged as compared with that of the example, instead of rotating the container. It was prepared from a metal complex dispersion obtained under the condition that the surface area (area of the reaction interface) of the liquid L2 of No. 2 was increased and the volume of the second liquid L2 was increased so that stirring with a stirrer became possible. It is a thing.
In the production method of the reference example, the metal nanoparticles obtained from the metal complex dispersion have a desired particle size and are sharpened by increasing the area of the reaction interface by increasing the amount of the second liquid L2 and stirring with a stirrer. It shows a uniform particle size distribution.
However, in the metal complex dispersion liquid of the reference example, since the second liquid L2 is present in an excess amount with respect to the introduction liquid L1, the metal complex dispersion liquid also contains a large amount of residual organic substances. Therefore, when the metal complex dispersion is calcined and supported on a carrier such as alumina, residual organic substances can be a major cause of particle aggregation on the carrier.
