Description

The present invention relates to knitted fabrics and garments using the knitted fabrics.

Traditionally, garments with relatively high pressure when worn, such as girdles and supporters that prevent body repair and exercise-related injuries, and elastic stockings that promote venous circulation in the lower limbs, use knitted fabrics with elastic threads inserted. The clothes are sewn together, and many sizes are available so that the pressure effect when wearing the clothes and the discomfort caused by tightening are not felt. In particular, elastic stockings are available in five or more sizes, which complicates manufacturing management. In addition, multiple wearers of different body sizes may also wear garments of the same size, in which case the wearer who is larger than the size of the garment and the size of the body relative to the size of the garment. Of course, the pressure of the clothes is different from that of the wearer who has a small size, and some wearers may be uncomfortable or the effect of wearing the clothes may not be exhibited.
In order to eliminate the complexity of these sizes, the discomfort between wearers when wearing clothes of the same size, and the difference in the effect of wearing clothes, the clothes are made using a knitted fabric with a small increase in stress when the knitted fabric is stretched. However, there is no such knitted fabric so far, and the garment manufacturers have no choice but to increase the size development.
It should be noted that a yarn obtained by twisting an elastic yarn and an inelastic yarn is known, but for example, in the yarn described in Patent Document 1 below, the number of twists to be twisted is small, so that as in the present invention, By reducing the increase in stress during elongation of the elastic yarn to be inserted, the effect of reducing the increase in stress during elongation of the knitted fabric to be sewn cannot be expected. Further, in Patent Document 1, a twisted yarn is used as an insertion yarn for knitting. The technology used is also not disclosed.

Japanese Patent No. 3471143

In view of the above-mentioned prior art, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to obtain clothes having the same wearing pressure even if the body size of the wearer is different, excellent in size adaptability, and excellent in dignity. It is to provide a knitted fabric that can be made and clothes using the knitted fabric.

As a result of diligent studies and experiments to solve the above problems, the present inventors need to reduce the increase in stress during elongation of the knitted fabric to be sewn for the garment having excellent size adaptability. This is possible by reducing the increase in stress during elongation of the yarn, and it was unexpectedly found that the elastic yarn to be inserted should be twisted with a predetermined number of twists, which led to the completion of the present invention. is there.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The knitted fabric of the present embodiment is a knitted fabric having an insertion structure, and is characterized in that a thread containing an elastic yarn twisted at a twist number of 200 to 1000 T / m is inserted into the insertion structure.

The knitted fabric of the present embodiment may be a weft knitted fabric or a warp knitted fabric. For weft knitted fabrics, a circular knitting machine including a single circular knitting machine (also called a pantyhose knitting machine) with a small diameter of about 4 to 5 inches, and for warp knitted fabrics, a Russell knitting machine, etc. It can be manufactured by a warp knitting machine. The gauge of the knitting machine is not particularly limited, and the optimum gauge and thread usage can be selected according to items such as inners, stockings, and supporters.

The knitted fabric of the present embodiment is a knitted fabric having an insertion structure, and a yarn containing an elastic yarn twisted at a twist number of 200 to 1000 T / m is inserted into the insertion structure. By inserting a yarn containing an elastic yarn twisted at a twist number of 200 to 1000 T / m, the increase in stress during elongation of the knitted fabric can be suppressed to be lower than that of the elastic yarn before twisting. By utilizing this characteristic, a product with a new effect not found in conventional products, that is, the wearing pressure becomes the same even if the wearer's body size is different, and it is excellent in size adaptability and The clothes can be of excellent quality.

The "thread including the twisted elastic yarn" in the knitted fabric of the present embodiment means a yarn in which only the elastic yarn is twisted, a yarn composed of a combined twisted yarn of an elastic yarn and an inelastic yarn, and a twisted elastic yarn. Any of the yarns made of a coated elastic yarn in which a yarn is used as a core yarn and an inelastic yarn is wound around the core yarn, and any of them exhibits a desired effect. An existing twisting machine can be used for twisting the elastic yarn, but a twisting machine with a positive feed so that the elastic yarn is uniformly stretched at the time of twisting is better than a twisting machine in which the elastic yarn is twisted by a negative feed. , Twisting spots are less likely to occur, and streaks are less likely to occur in the weft and passage of the knitted fabric, which is preferable.

The elastic yarn in the knitted fabric of the present embodiment refers to a fiber having a maximum elongation of 100% or more. The elastic yarn can be a polyurethane-based or a polyether ester-based elastic yarn. For example, as the polyurethane-based elastic yarn, a dry-spun or melt-spun yarn can be used, and the polymer and the spinning method are not particularly limited. The elongation at break of the elastic yarn is preferably about 400% to 1000%, and it is preferable that the elastic yarn has excellent elasticity and does not impair the elasticity at a normal treatment temperature of about 180 ° C. in the presetting process during dyeing. Further, as the elastic yarn, an elastic yarn having high settability, antibacterial property, moisture absorption, water absorption and the like can be used by adding a special polymer or powder.

Regarding the number of twists of the elastic yarn of the "thread including the twisted elastic yarn" inserted into the knitted fabric of the present embodiment, if it is 200 to 1000 T / m regardless of the fineness of the elastic yarn, it is more than the untwisted yarn. However, the stress during elongation is greatly reduced, and the garment can be made with excellent size adaptability. If the number of twists is less than 200 T / m, the stress increase during elongation is large and the desired effect cannot be exhibited. On the other hand, if the number of twists exceeds 1000 T / m, snails are generated due to release during knitting and the quality is deteriorated. It gets worse, it tends to be difficult to organize, and the cost is too high. The number of twists of the elastic yarn of the "thread including the twisted elastic yarn" is preferably 300 to 800 T / m.

本実施形態の編地に含まれる弾性糸の繊度については、30〜500dtex(デシテックス:以下同じ記号を使用する)が好ましい。 The fineness of the elastic yarn contained in the knitted fabric of the present embodiment is preferably 30 to 500 dtex (decitex: the same symbol is used hereinafter). If it is 30 dtex or more, it can be used as a garment with a high wearing pressure, while if it is 500 dtex or less, the stress at the time of extension is not too high and the garment is easy to wear, which is preferable. The fineness of the elastic yarn is more preferably 40 to 400 dtex. In measuring the fineness of elastic yarns, "threads containing twisted elastic yarns" are extracted from the knitted fabric, and in the case of combined twisted yarns, elastic yarns and inelastic yarns are untwisted, and after untwisting. A load of 0.1 g is applied to the elastic yarn, and the fineness is obtained from the length and weight.

The yarn inserted into the knitted fabric of the present embodiment may be a "combined twisted yarn of elastic yarn and inelastic yarn". Specifically, when twisting elastic yarns, the simplest method is to pull the inelastic yarns together and twist them together. Further, the yarn inserted into the knitted fabric of the present embodiment may be "a coated elastic yarn in which a twisted elastic yarn is used as a core yarn and an inelastic yarn is wound around the core yarn". In each case, the draft ratio (thread length ratio) of the elastic thread and the inelastic thread, that is, the ratio of the inelastic thread length to the elastic thread length at the time of knitting is arbitrary, but 2.5 to 4.5. It is preferable, more preferably 2.8 to 4.0. If the draft rate is 2.5 or more, a knitted fabric with sufficiently high elongation can be obtained, and if the draft rate is 4.5 or less, there is no problem in knitting, and the range is 2.5 to 4.5. It is possible to obtain clothes having a suitable wearing pressure.

The inelastic yarn in the knitted fabric of the present embodiment refers to a fiber having a maximum elongation of less than 100%. Both long fibers and short fibers can be used as the inelastic yarn, and polyester fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate and polytrimethylene terephthalate, polyamide fibers, synthetic fibers such as polypropylene, semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate, cotton and cupra It is possible to use various fibers such as cellulose fibers such as rayon and animal hair fibers such as wool. In addition, these bright yarns, semi-dull yarns, full-dull yarns, etc. can be used arbitrarily, and fibers having any cross-sectional shape such as round, elliptical, W-shaped, cocoon-shaped, hollow yarns, etc. can be used. The form of the fiber is not particularly limited, and crimped yarn such as raw yarn and false twist can be used, and inorganic substances such as titanium oxide and additives having excellent moisture absorption are added at 0.3 to 5. It is also possible to contain 0% by weight, and by containing these, a knitted fabric having excellent heat dissipation, moisture absorption, sweat absorption and the like can be produced. Further, it is preferable to use an inelastic yarn having a thickness of 10 to 170 dtex, preferably 15 to 120 dtex.

The knitted fabric of the present embodiment contains an insertion structure into which "threads including twisted elastic yarns" are inserted. The method of inserting the thread is not particularly limited, but in the case of a weft knitted fabric, one thread is inserted at all courses or every 1 to 4 courses (with 1 to 4 courses open). It is preferable from the viewpoint of size adaptability. For example, inserting one every three courses means that after inserting one course of the twisted elastic yarn, the next three courses are not inserted. Further, in the case of a warp knitted fabric, it is preferable to insert it all-in or 1-in 1 to 4 out from the viewpoint of size adaptability.

Both the weft knitted fabric and the warp knitted fabric become higher power knitted fabric as the insertion amount increases. In addition, whether it is a weft knitted fabric or a warp knitted fabric can be selected according to the purpose of the garment.
The texture of the knitted fabric into which the yarn containing the twisted elastic yarn is inserted is not particularly limited, but as a specific example, for the weft knitted fabric, a single knitted fabric such as Tenjiku or Kanoko, and for a double knitted fabric, smooth, punch roma, etc. It is optional. In the warp knitting, the method of incorporating the insertion tissue into the quinz cord or half tissue, and in the Russell knitting machine, the existing looping structure and the insertion structure are combined, for example, 6-course satin, 6-course tulle, and twin power. It can be used. It is also possible to use elastic yarns other than yarns including twisted elastic yarns, and for example, elastic yarns can be knitted by plating.

As for the insertion structure, in the weft knitted fabric, for example, the structure in which the tack and the welt are combined can be formed by alternately repeating the tack and the welt (also referred to as a mistake) in the weft direction in the plain structure. Further, when the fineness of the elastic twisted yarn is 100 dtex or less, a knit and tack combination structure such as repeating knit and tack alternately in the weft direction is possible, and further, a knit and tack and welt combination structure is possible. However, only tack and welt are preferable because the effect of the present invention is higher.

Further, in the warp knitted fabric, for example, when a Russell knitting machine is used, an insertion structure such as 00/11/00/22/00/11 // or 00/11 // can be used. Further, when the fineness of the elastic twisted yarn is 100 dtex or less, a combination of knitting and insertion such as 10/11 // is possible, but only the inserted structure is preferable because the desired effect is higher.

Further, the elastic yarn can contain an inorganic substance, and the knitted fabric can be made in consideration of the performance of the contained inorganic substance. For example, when titanium oxide is contained, the elastic yarn has excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation. It can be a good knitted fabric. The simplest method for containing an inorganic substance is to add an inorganic substance to the spinning stock solution of elastic yarn and spin the yarn. The inorganic substance refers to a simple substance and / or an inorganic compound of ceramics such as titanium oxide, and is preferably in the form of a fine powder so as not to interfere with the spinning of elastic yarn. These inorganic substances are preferably contained in the elastic yarn in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight, more preferably 2 to 5% by weight. If the content of the inorganic substance is low, the effect of the inorganic substance is not exhibited, and if it is too high, the yarn may break during spinning or stretching.

As a dyeing finishing method for the knitted fabric of the present embodiment, a normal dyeing finishing step can be used, the dyeing conditions are set according to the fiber material used, and the dyeing machines used are a liquid flow dyeing machine, a wins dyeing machine and a paddle dyeing machine. You can also use a processing agent that improves water absorption and flexibility.

When the knitted fabric of the present embodiment is used for garment, both the weft knitted fabric and the warp knitted fabric are knitted so that the yarns including the inserted twisted elastic yarns are oriented in the same direction as the garment is easily stretched. Is preferable because the desired effect is higher.

{式中、衣服のサイズは、身体と衣服との同位置での衣服の周径であり、身体のサイズは、身体と衣服との同位置での身体の周径である。}
The garment using the knitted fabric of the present embodiment is preferably a garment worn in close contact with the body. Specifically, the following formula:
Clearance rate% = {(clothing size)-(body size)} / (body size) x 100
{In the formula, the size of the garment is the circumference of the garment at the same position between the body and the garment, and the size of the body is the circumference of the body at the same position between the body and the garment. }
In the case of clothes having a clearance rate of 0% or less, which is required in the above, the desired effect is most effectively exhibited.

In the clothes of the present embodiment, in addition to clothes in which the entire clothes are in close contact with the body, clothes in which the clothes are partially in close contact with the body also exhibit an effect of excellent size adaptability.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples. The evaluations in Examples and Comparative Examples were carried out by the following methods.

[1] Number of twists of elastic yarn The number of twists of elastic yarn is measured by applying a load of 0.1 g to the elastic yarn with a twisting machine.
In the case of an elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn, a load of 20 g is applied to the yarn and the number of twists is measured while separating the elastic yarn and the inelastic yarn.
Other than applying the load as described above, the measurement is performed according to the method described in JIS L 1095 Annex 2.

[2] Size adaptability (pressure, rate of increase in pressure)
Using the Salzmann pressure measuring device MST MKIII for elastic stockings or tights up to the knee, measure the compression pressure when wearing the same elastic stockings or tights for legs size 6 and 9 at the calf. To do.
In addition, the rate of increase in wearing pressure due to the increase in leg shape is calculated by the following formula:
Pressure increase rate (%) = {(No. 9 leg type pressure)-(No. 6 leg type pressure)} / (No. 6 leg type pressure) x 100
Obtained by.
The lower the rate of increase in pressure, the better the size adaptability. In this example, the rate of increase in pressure was 20% or less, and 10% or less was particularly excellent in size adaptability.

[3] Fineness of the elastic yarn constituting the yarn The yarn containing the twisted elastic yarn is extracted from the knitted fabric, the twist of the elastic yarn is untwisted, and then a load of 0.1 g is applied to the elastic yarn to determine the length. Find the weight and calculate the fineness. When the yarn containing the twisted elastic yarn is a combined twisted yarn or a coated elastic yarn, the elastic yarn and the inelastic yarn are separated, the twist of the elastic yarn is untwisted, and a load of 0.1 g is applied to the elastic yarn. Multiply to measure length and weight and calculate fineness.

[Example 1]
Elastic yarn 235dtex (trade name: Leuka HS (registered trademark): manufactured by Asahi Kasei Co., Ltd.) is used as a yarn containing twisted elastic yarn with a twisting machine, and the number of twists of the twisting machine is set to 800 T / m with Z twist and elasticity. Manufactured with a yarn draft rate of 3.0.
Using a stocking knitting machine with a pot diameter of 4.5 inches, the obtained thread is inserted into a twin woven structure with a nylon 56dtex / 36 filament, and the tuck and welt are alternately repeated every 3 courses. Designed for this insertion, and for the leg type of Salzmann leg type compression measuring machine No. 6 so that the calf part is approximately 20 hectopascals (hPa: the same symbol is used below), from the tip of the toe to below the knee. I knitted stockings.
The obtained knitted fabric was dyed, dipped in a soft finishing agent and dried, and then stockings were put on a mold made into a leg mold and steam set at 110 ° C. for 30 seconds to obtain elastic stockings.
The results of measuring the compression of the elastic stockings with a Salzmann pressure measuring device, the number of twisted yarns, and the like are shown in Table 1 below.
Even if the size of the leg shape changed, stockings with a small change in wearing pressure were obtained.

[Examples 2 to 6, Comparative Examples 1 to 3]
In Example 1, the threads of the elastic thread to be inserted are all courses (Example 2), the threads of the elastic thread to be inserted are every 4 courses (Example 3), and every 5 courses (Example 4). Elastic stockings were manufactured under the same conditions. Further, in Example 1, the number of twisted elastic yarns is changed to 300 T / m (Example 5), 900 T / m (Example 6), 100 T / m (Comparative Example 2), 1200 T / m (Comparative Example 3). ), The elastic yarn was inserted into the knitted fabric as the raw yarn without twisting (Comparative Example 1) to manufacture elastic stockings.
The results are shown in Table 1 below.
In Comparative Example 1 in which the elastic yarn was not twisted and Comparative Example 2 in which the number of twisted elastic yarns was small, the elastic stockings had a large change in pressure. Further, in Comparative Example 3 in which the number of twisted yarns was too large, although the change in the pressure applied was small, the quality was poor, and there was a problem in knitting property, which made it difficult to manufacture the knitted fabric.

[Example 8]
In manufacturing a girdle by a Russell knitting machine, elastic yarn 310dtex (trade name: Leuka CR (registered trademark): manufactured by Asahi Kasei Co., Ltd.) and nylon 33dtex / 24 filament are combined as a yarn containing twisted elastic yarn. The twisted number set value of the twisting machine was 500 T / m with Z twist, and the draft rate of the elastic yarn was 3.3.
The obtained yarn was threaded all-in through the bank reed of the insertion thread, and nylon 56dtex / 24 filament was threaded through the front reed to form a 28-gauge 6-course satin structure.
The knitted fabric that could be produced was refined, preset and then dyed, and after applying a water-absorbing softener, heat-set at 185 ° C. for 60 seconds was performed to finish.
We are planning to manufacture a girdle from the obtained knitted fabric, but in order to make it easier to measure the change in pressure, we decided to sew elastic stockings so that it can be measured with a Salzmann pressure tester, and apply the calf pressure to Salzman. The leg type of the pressure measuring device No. 6 was cut to a size of about 20 hPa, sewn, and the pressure was measured.
The results are shown in Table 1.
Although it was measured with stockings, the increase in wearing pressure was slight even if the size of the leg shape changed. In addition, when the M size and S size girdles were actually sewn using the knitted fabric of this example and worn on a monitor that normally wears the M size girdle, there is no difference in the tightening feeling between the two girdles. It was a girdle.

[Examples 9 and 10]
In Example 8, the knitted fabric (Example 9) in which the yarns of the twisted elastic yarn are threaded in 1 in 4 out and knitted, and the yarns of the twisted elastic yarn are threaded in 1 in 5 out and knitted. The knitted fabric (Example 10) was produced under the same conditions as in Example 8 and evaluated in the same manner as in Example 8.
The results are shown in Table 1 below.
