Claims (11)
- 潤滑剤ポンプの構造部品としての組立ユニットであって、
基板(11)と、
導入された直線運動によって動力を与えられるポンプ部品(13)を有し、基板に固定して取り付けた少なくとも1つのポンプ部品ハウジング(12)と、
を備え、
さらに、偏心固定具(17)を有して、ポンプ部品ハウジング(12)に挿入されたポンプ部品(13)に対する固定の相対位置に円周偏心体(18)を設けた偏心装置(14)を組み立て可能にしたことを特徴とする組立ユニット。 - 偏心固定具(17)は、特定の配置で提供され、締結ボルト(28)を受け入れるように形成されたボアホールを備えることによって、偏心装置(14)、好ましくは偏心装置(14)の軸受ワッシャ(22)のそれぞれの雌ねじ穴を介して、ポンプハウジング(12)に対する所定の相対位置に偏心装置(14)を固定できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1の組立ユニット。
- ポンプハウジング(12)に対して固定の相対位置に配置された偏心装置(14)も有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組立ユニット。
- 偏心装置の周方向偏心体の回転軸は、基板(11)の平面に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の組立ユニット。
- 基板(11)は金属で形成され、基板の厚さは1.5mm〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の組立ユニット。
- 基板(11)は金属製であり、ポンピング作動時に偏心体(18)によって加えられる最大圧縮力Fmaxを吸収するように形成されており、この力Fmaxの影響下で、偏心装置の中心軸と遠位点のポンプ部品との間の距離の変化は、100μm未満、好ましくは20μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の組立ユニット。
- 組立ユニットは、基板に接続され、トルクロック方式で偏心装置(14)に結合された駆動装置(19)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の組立ユニット。
- 基板(11)は、長方形の基本形状を有し、長方形の長辺は、ポンプハウジング(12)に挿入されたポンプ部品(13)の長手方向の延長部に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の組立ユニット。
- 潤滑剤ポンプであって、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の組立ユニットと、組立ユニット(21)が収容されたポンプハウジング(20)とを含むことを特徴とする潤滑剤ポンプ。
- ポンプハウジング(20)は、全体的にまたは部分的にプラスチックハウジングとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の潤滑剤ポンプ。
- 潤滑剤ポンプの構造ユニットを製造する方法であって、
ポンプ部品ハウジング(12)が固定され、或いはこのハウジングが事前に一体に形成されている基板(11)を提供することと、
基板(11)に設けられ、好ましくはボアホールとして形成された偏心固定具に偏心装置を固定することと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
