Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a metal fitting for fixing a folded sheet roof material suitable for fixing a folded sheet roof material that is widely used in a large area roof such as a factory, a warehouse, and a large store. In addition, the metal fittings for fixing the folded-plate roof material of the present invention are provided only when the new folded-plate roof material is installed on the existing folded-plate roof material and the roof is modified (double thatched folded-plate roof). Instead, it is also used when installing a folded sheet roofing material on a tight frame and raising the roof (new). In the following, a new folded sheet roofing material is installed on the existing folded sheet roofing material. An example will be described in which the roof is renovated.

Folded plate roofing material originally uses a steel sheet coil as a material, forms it into a desired shape and length with a roll forming machine installed at the manufacturing plant and the site of use, and uses it as it is as a roofing material. As a roofing material that can economically secure workability, wind pressure resistance, and waterproofness, it is widely used.

In particular, in recent years, this type of roofing material has been widely used as a roofing material for a so-called cover construction method, in which a new folding board roofing material is placed on an existing folding board roofing material to raise that roof. As a result, it has become possible to efficiently repair fold plate roofs.

As the prior art in this regard, the neck portion of the existing folded plate roofing material is clamped by a pair of clamp pieces, and it is connected to the hanger fixed to this clamp piece or this clamp piece. A novel folded-plate roofing material is linked with a hanging member fixed to the upper support portion to enable roofing of the roof. For example, a metal folded-plate roof as disclosed in Patent Document 1 Refitting metal fittings are known.

Japanese Patent No. 3455908

By the way, in the conventional thatch change fitting as disclosed in the above-mentioned document, the suspension is connected to the sandwiching piece with only a single bolt, or has a structure in which the suspension is connected to the upper bearing portion through a single bolt. Therefore, it is hard to say that the fixing strength is sufficient, and when a large negative pressure acts on the folding plate roofing material during strong wind such as typhoon, deformation (stretching deformation) at the fixing part of the suspension There is also concern that support for folded sheet roofing materials will become unstable due to factors such as the above, and there is still room for improvement in this regard.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fixing bracket for a folded-plate roof material, which has a particularly high fixing strength of the suspension and which can stably support the folded-plate roof material even when a large negative pressure acts on the folded plate roof material. It is in the place of suggestion.

Reference numeral 3 in FIGS. 3 to 10 denotes a base installed on the top wall 1d, 1e of the mountain plate portion 1f of the existing folded plate roofing material 1. The base 3 is a ceiling wall portion 3a having an upper surface serving as a top outer surface wall, which is located above the winding portion formed in the upper gob 1g and the lower goby 1h of the existing folded-plate roofing material 1, and the top wall portion 3a. It is provided with a pair of side walls (sloping side walls) 3b and 3c which are respectively connected to both end portions of 3a and cooperate with the ceiling wall portion 3a to form a downwardly opening partition recess N therein.

One side wall 3b of the pair of side walls 3b and 3c is provided with an arm 3b1 capable of abutting on one side of the winding fastening portion formed in the upper gob 1g and the lower goby 1h of the existing folded plate roof material 1. The other side wall 3c of the pair of side walls 3b, 3c is in contact with the opposite side of the tightening portion formed in the upper gog 1g and the lower gob 1h of the existing folding plate roofing material 1. A push bolt 3c1 for sandwiching the winding-fastened portion of the existing folded-plate roofing material 1 with the arm 3b1 is provided. The base 3 is fixed to the existing folded-plate roof material 1 by sandwiching the winding-fastened portion of the existing folded-plate roof material 1 with the arm 3b1 and the push bolt 3c1. In addition, a contact plate 3b11 is provided at the tip of the arm 3b1 in order to securely hold the arm 3b1 with the push bolt 3c1.

Further, reference numeral 4 is held in an upright posture on the top outer surface wall of the base 3, and is linked to the winding tightening portions formed in the upper gob 1g and the lower gob 1h of the new folding plate roofing material 1 to make the new folding plate. It is a hanger that supports the roofing material 1.

The suspension 4 has a hook-shaped piece 4c at the upper end of its main body, and a fixed piece at the lower end that is integrally connected to the lower end and is connected to the side wall 3b of the base 3 via a fastening bolt T. 4a and a tongue piece 4b that is integrally connected to the lower end of the hanger 4 at a position facing the fixed piece 4a and is capable of abutting on the top outer surface wall of the base 3. Here, the facing position means that the tongue piece 4b is provided in a position opposite to the fixed piece 4a with the main body portion of the suspension 4 as a base point.

As the suspension 4, as shown in FIG. 11 in its disassembled state, the first folded plate roofing member 1 is provided with a hook-shaped piece 4c that can be linked to the upper gog 1g and the lower gob 1h. It can be composed of a plate-shaped body 4'and a second plate-shaped body 4'' which is provided with a tongue piece 4b and is superposed on the first plate-shaped body 4'. In this case, the both are joined by joining means such as spot welding.

The first plate-like body 4'is a horizontal wall which has an upper end portion connected to the hook-shaped piece 4c and a lower end of the standing wall 4d, which is abuttable to a top outer surface wall and a side wall 3b of the base 3. A hanging piece 4e including a wall portion and an inclined wall portion is provided. Further, on the second plate-like body 4 ″, a rear surface standing wall 4 f which is superposed on the rear surface of the standing wall 4 d and a horizontal wall portion of the hanging piece 4 e which is connected to the lower end of the rear standing wall 4 f and is inclined. An upper hanging piece 4g which is superposed on the wall portion to form a fixing piece 4a is provided, and the tongue piece 4b is inserted into the standing wall 4d of the first plate-shaped body 4'and the tongue piece 4b is inserted. A slit S is formed so as to be exposed on the front surface (the opposite side) of the standing wall 4d.

In the fixing metal fitting having such a configuration, the hook-shaped piece 4c can be easily deformed when forming the winding tightening portion in the upper gob 1g and the lower goby 1h of the folded plate roofing material 1, but the rigidity of the hanger 4 itself. (The portion excluding the hook-shaped piece 4c) can be increased. Further, since the fixing piece 4a of the suspension 4 is connected to the side wall 3b of the base 3 via the fastening bolt T, the head of the fastening bolt T projects above the top wall portion 3a of the base 3. The height C (see FIG. 10) of the fixing metal fitting can be lowered by about 30% (about 50 mm) as compared with the conventional fixing metal fitting as shown in FIG. The hanger 4 is formed by bending one plate member as long as the hook-shaped piece 4c can be easily deformed and the rigidity of other parts can be increased. May be used.

Further, reference numeral 5 is a locking piece detachably provided on the base 3. The locking piece 5 forms a gap n (see FIG. 5) between the locking piece 5 and the top outer surface wall of the base 3, and the tongue piece 4b is inserted into the gap n to fix the suspension 4 to the tongue piece 4b and the fixing piece. 4a is supported at at least two points (both ends are supported), whereby the fixing strength of the suspension 4 can be increased.

Specifically, the locking piece 5 is integrally connected to the locking piece body 5a facing the top outer surface wall of the base 3 and the rear end of the locking piece body 5a, and is connected to the base 3 via a push bolt 3c1. It is possible to apply the one composed of the side plate 5b which is fixedly held at 3.

Further, reference numeral 6 is a convex portion integrally provided on the lower surface of the locking piece body 5a (see FIGS. 5 and 10). The lower end of the convex portion 6 abuts against the top outer surface wall of the base 3, and a gap n for inserting the tongue piece 4b is formed between the lower surface of the locking piece body 5a and the top outer surface wall of the base 3. Is formed. As for the convex portions 6, as shown in FIG. 13 by enlarging the cross section AA of FIG. 5, three convex portions 6 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the suspension 4, but the number of the convex portions 6 is appropriately determined. Can be increased or decreased. The convex portion 6 is shown as a dowel formed by pressing a part of the locking piece body 5a.

Reference numeral 7 is a J-shaped winding portion that is provided at the lower end of the side plate 5b of the locking piece 5 and that winds a part (lower portion) of the side wall 3c of the base 3. By providing the winding portion 7, the locking piece 5 is accurately positioned with respect to the base 3.

In the metal fitting for fixing a folded-plate roof material suitable for the present invention, the hanger 4 is provided with a fixing piece 4a and a tongue piece 4b that extend in opposite directions with the standing wall 4d and the rear standing wall 4f as base points. Since it is fixed to the base 3 by the 4a and the tongue piece 4b, the fixing strength of the suspension 4 is significantly higher than that of the conventional one, and a large negative pressure acts such that the folding board roof material 1 floats. Also, the folded plate roof material 1 can be stably supported.

It is desirable to set the gap n to about +0.5 mm of the thickness of the tongue piece 4b, and by securing this gap n, it is possible to avoid rattling of the tongue piece 4b in the gap n.

When the length L of the suspension 4 (see FIG. 7) is set to, for example, about 130 to 150 mm, the length W of the fixed piece 4a is set to about 100 mm. Further, the width dimension H of the tongue piece 4b is preferably set to be at least ⅔ times or less of the length W of the fixing piece 4a, so that the deformation (elongation deformation) at the fixed portion of the suspension 4 can be ensured. Can be suppressed. When a plurality of tongue pieces 4b are provided, the total size is used. When the length W of the fixing piece 4a is about 100 mm, the width dimension H of the tongue piece 4b is about 60 mm when one tongue piece 4b is provided, and the width dimension H is about 30 mm×2 when two tongue pieces 4b are provided. Can be The width dimension H of the tongue piece 4b is preferably at least W×1/2 times or more from the viewpoint of preventing deformation at the fixed portion of the hanger 4.

In the preferred example of the present invention, the tongue piece 4b is formed by cutting and raising a part of the back standing wall 4f, but for example, a plate-like piece continuous to the back standing wall 4f is provided in advance, and The plate-shaped piece may be bent to form the tongue piece 4b, and the present invention is not limited to the illustrated one.

In addition, the tongue piece 4b is notched so that its planar shape is trapezoidal, and the tip end portion is bent so as to be slightly upward so that the tongue piece 4b can smoothly move into the gap n. Since the tip of the tongue piece 4b can be brought into contact with the lower surface of the locking piece body 5a after the tongue piece 4b is completely inserted, rattling of the tongue piece 4b in the gap n can be eliminated. it can.

To fix and support the novel folded sheet roofing material 1 on the existing folded sheet roofing material 1 using the fixing sheet metal fittings suitable for the present invention, as shown in FIG. The arm 3b1 provided on the side wall 3b of the base 3 and the push bolt 3c1 provided on the side wall 3c of the base 3 are provided on both sides of the winding fastening portions formed on the upper gob 1g and the lower gob 1h of the existing folding plate roof material 1. Then, the lower goby 1h of the new folding plate roofing material 1 is positioned inside the suspension 4 (inside the hook-shaped piece 4c), and then the tongue 4b of the suspension 4 is inserted into the gap n. The fixing piece 4a is superposed on the side wall 3b of the base 3, and the fixing piece 4a is fixed to the side wall 3b with a fastening bolt T. Subsequently, the upper gob 1g of the novel folding board roof material 1 is attached to the outside of the hanger 4 ( It may be positioned outside the hook-like piece 4c and the upper goby 1g and the lower goby 1h may be wound together with the hook-like piece 4c.

15 to 20 show hanging walls 3b2, 3c2 integrally connected to the lower ends of the side walls 3b, 3c of the base 3 in a vertical posture, and wall portions 3b3, 3c3 connected to the hanging walls 3b2, 3c2 in a horizontal posture. Hanging walls 3b4, 3c4 that hang down at the lower ends of the wall portions 3b3, 3c3 are provided. At the lower ends of the hanging walls 3b4, 3c4, along the inclined side walls 1b, 1c of the mountain plate portion 1f of the existing folding plate roof material 1. FIG. 3 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a metal fitting for fixing a folded plate roof material, which is suitable for the present invention, in which the leg portion 8 which is extended and extended and which can be fixed to the tight frame 2 through a fastening means (drill screw or the like) is integrally connected. FIG.

In the fixing bracket for a folded plate roofing material having such a configuration, the base 3 can be directly fixed to the tight frame 2 holding the folded plate roofing material 1 through the legs 8, and the existing folded plate roofing material of the base 3 can be fixed. It has the advantage that the fixing strength for 1 is higher.

Moreover, since the fixing bracket for the folded-plate roofing material can secure a space inside by the hanging walls 3b2, 3c2 located at the lower ends of the side walls 3b, 3c of the base 3, the existing folded-plate roofing material 1 It is possible to lay the heat insulating material Z between and the new folding plate roofing material 1, and it is possible to roof a folding plate roof having excellent heat insulating properties (see FIG. 20). The locking piece 5 is fixed to the base 3 by a fastening means such as a rivet 9.

Further, in FIG. 21, the locking piece 5 is riveted to the inclined wall of the mountain portion of the tight frame 2, and the tongue piece of the suspension 4 is inserted in the gap n′ formed between the locking piece 5 and the top surface of the tight frame 2. 4b is inserted, the fixing piece 4a of the hanger 4 is fixed to the sloped wall of the mountain portion of the tight frame 2 via a fastening bolt T. It is the figure which showed typically the front.

The metal fitting for fixing a folded-plate roof material having such a structure is particularly useful when a folded-plate roof is newly installed, and in this case as well, the hanger 4 is fixed and supported by the fixing piece 4a and the tongue piece 4b. In addition, the fixing strength thereof can be remarkably increased as compared with the conventional hanging member, and the folding plate roof material 1 can be stably maintained even when a large negative pressure acts on the folding plate roof material 1 to pull it up. Can be supported by. In addition, this structure does not require the base 3, which is advantageous in reducing the number of parts, and the head of the fastening bolt T does not project from the top of the tight frame 2 to increase the height of the folded plate roof. The height can be lowered.

When the roof is raised using the folded board roofing material 1 having the corner goby having the overhang portion 1g1 formed on the back surface of the head of the upper goby 1g as shown in FIG. A claw portion 4h extending in the opposite direction to the hook-shaped piece 4c is provided at the upper end of 4f, and the overhang portion 1g1 may be linked to the claw portion 4h. The link strength with respect to 1 can be further improved. In addition, in FIG. 22, as for the existing folded plate roofing material 1, the folded plate roofing material 1 having a corner goby provided with a claw portion is illustrated, but the folded plate roofing material 1 is shown in FIG. 10 above. Even a folded plate roof material 1 having a goby having such a shape can be used, and the shape of the goby of the existing folded plate roof material 1 is not particularly limited.

In the metal fitting for fixing the folded plate roof material according to the present invention, the hook-shaped piece 4c of the first plate-shaped body 4'constituting the hanger 4 may be formed in a substantially triangular shape as shown in FIG. 23, for example. As a result, it becomes possible to fix the folded plate roof material 1 having a round goby.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the fixing metal fitting which has high fixing strength of a suspension and can stably support a folded plate roofing material can be provided.
