Claims (20)
- 機能性皮革アセンブリを製造する方法であって、
第1の面と、前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面とを含む皮革シートを提供することと、
前記皮革シートの前記第1の面の上に、受電コイルを含む電子回路を設けることと、を含む方法。 - 前記機能性皮革アセンブリを、送電コイルを含む車両部品の上に配置することを更に含み、
前記機能性皮革アセンブリは、前記受電コイルが前記送電コイルに誘導結合されるように、前記車両部品の上に配置され、
前記皮革シートの前記第1の面は、車両部品の反対側を向く、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電子回路は、前記受電コイルからの交流電流を直流電流に変換する整流器を含むプリント基板を更に含み、
前記プリント基板は、前記受電コイルから前記電子回路への電流の供給を制御する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電子回路を覆うように、前記皮革シートの前記第1の面の上に着色塗料を配置することを更に含み、
前記電子回路は、前記電流の供給を受けて光を発する光源を更に含み、
前記着色塗料は、前記光源の上に配置され、
前記光源から発せられた光は、着色塗料を通して見える、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記電子回路は、電源、コンデンサ、インダクタ、ダイオード、抵抗器、変圧器、スイッチ、センサ、電気負荷、ヒューズ、アンテナ、無線送信機、ヒータのうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の面は、前記皮革シートの銀面側であり、
第1の面にエンボスパターンを付与するために、前記機能性皮革アセンブリをエンボス加工することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 機能性皮革アセンブリに覆われた車両部品を含む機能性車両部品であって、
前記車両部品は、対応する車両の電源に接続された送電コイルを含み、
前記機能性皮革アセンブリは、
前記車両部品を覆う皮革シートと、
前記車両部品の反対側を向く、前記皮革シートの最外面上に配置され、前記送電コイルに誘導的に結合された受電コイルを含む電子回路とを含み、
前記電源から前記送電コイルへの電力供給により、前記送電コイルと前記受電コイルとの間の誘導結合を通じて、前記電子回路に電流が供給される、機能性車両部品。 - 前記電子回路は、前記受電コイルからの交流電流を直流電流に変換する整流器を含むプリント基板を更に含み、
前記プリント基板は、前記電子回路内の電流の供給を制御する、請求項7に記載の機能性車両部品。 - 前記機能性皮革アセンブリは、前記電子回路を覆うように、前記最外面上に配置された着色塗料を更に含み、
前記電子回路は、前記電流の供給を受けて光を発する光源を更に含み、
前記光源から発せられた光は、着色塗料を通して見える、請求項8に記載の機能性車両部品。 - 前記受電コイルは、前記受電コイルの直径以下の間隔を空けて前記送電コイルから離間する、請求項7に記載の機能性車両部品。
- 前記機能性皮革アセンブリは、前記皮革シートの前記最外面上にエンボスパターンを含む、請求項7に記載の機能性車両部品。
- 前記機能性皮革アセンブリは、前記皮革シートの最外面上に防汚成分を更に含み、
前記防汚成分は、a)前記着色塗料の一部として、又はb)前記着色塗料の上にトップコートとして含まれる、請求項7に記載の機能性車両部品。 - 前記機能性皮革アセンブリは、前記車両部品の表面上に固定され、
前記電子回路を含む前記機能性皮革アセンブリは、前記車両部品の前記表面の輪郭に適合する、請求項7に記載の機能性車両部品。 - 機能性皮革アセンブリであって、
皮革シートと、
前記皮革シートの銀面側に配置され、受電コイルを含む電子回路と、
前記皮革シートの肉面側に配置され、前記受電コイルに誘導結合され、電源に電気的に接続された送電コイルと、を含み、
前記電源から前記送電コイルへの電力供給により、前記送電コイルと前記受電コイルとの間の誘導結合を通じて、前記電子回路に電流が供給される、機能性皮革アセンブリ。 - 前記電子回路を覆うように、前記皮革シートの前記肉面側の上に配置された着色塗料を更に含む、請求項14に記載の機能性皮革アセンブリ。
- 前記電子回路は、前記電流の供給を受けて光を発する光源を更に含み、
前記着色塗料は、前記光源の上に配置され、
前記光源から発せられた光は、着色塗料を通して見える、請求項15に記載の機能性皮革アセンブリ。 - 請求項16に記載の機能性皮革アセンブリであって、
前記光源は、マイクロ発光ダイオードを含み、
前記光源によって発せられた光は、前記電子回路の電子素子の位置を示す、請求項16に記載の機能性皮革アセンブリ。 - 前記皮革シートの最外面上にエンボスパターンを含む、請求項14に記載の機能性皮革アセンブリ。
- 前記電子回路は、前記受電コイルからの交流電流を直流電流に変換する整流器を含むプリント基板を更に含み、
前記プリント基板は、前記電子回路内の電流の供給を制御する、請求項14に記載の機能性皮革アセンブリ。 - 前記電子回路はフレキシブル電子回路である、請求項14に記載の方法。
