Description

The present invention relates to a foldable scaffold that can be easily folded, folded and deployed even on a large scale.

There are construction sites, such as roads and railways, where scaffolding cannot be installed at all times from the start to the end of construction. Such construction sites require regular scaffolding and disassembly. The work is complicated and causes a long construction period.

Therefore, if there is a scaffold that can be easily assembled and disassembled, it can be expected that the labor load on the worker is reduced and the construction period is shortened.

As such a scaffold, a folding scaffolding device is disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the like. The foldable scaffolding device of Patent Document 1 is a foldable scaffolding device that can be folded more compactly than conventional ones, in which floor plates 5a, 5b and joists 4 are foldable at the center and lateral members 2 at the ends. It has a rotatable structure.

However, the folding scaffolding device of Patent Document 1 does not disclose folding power, and is a small-scale folding and unfolding device by a human hand. Therefore, it is not suitable for large-scale, wide-range scaffolds.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention is not limited to the examples below.

The folding scaffold 1 according to the present invention is effective, for example, in use and construction in the track area 23 shown in FIG. 1, more specifically in construction and repair of the retaining wall 21.

In the track area 23, scaffolds are installed so as to overlap with the space required for the train running on the track 22 (running space 24), which obstructs the running of the train, and the running of the train interferes with the construction work.

As shown in FIG. 2-4, the folding scaffold 1 according to the present invention has a fixed support column 3 whose installation position is fixed and does not require rotation, a movable support column 4, a left frame 5 and a right frame 6, A cloth plate 7 on which a worker walks, a wire rope 8 whose tip is fixed to a fixed position 8a of the movable support column 4, a drive unit 9, a first pulley 10, and a second pulley 11, which are used during storage. It is folded from the state to the storage position and deployed to the installation position when used.

If necessary by law, a skirting board 12 and a safety net are provided to connect the fixed support column 3 to the retaining wall 21 and fix the position, and to prevent the workers and tools from falling off, if necessary. 13. Brace and other parts conventionally used for scaffolding.

Further, the fixed column 3 and the movable column 4 may be provided with the jack base 3a at the bottom depending on the installation location. Further, the fixed support column 3 may be divided as shown in FIG.

3 and 4, the cloth plate 7, the skirting board 12, and the safety net 13 are not shown in order to facilitate understanding of the operation and structure. The white arrows in FIGS. 3 and 4 indicate the moving direction of the wire rope 8.

The movable strut 4 is pulled up when folding the folding scaffold and lowered when unfolding.

The left frame 5 and the right frame 6 (in FIG. 2-4, hidden behind the front part and invisible) are rotatably connected to the fixed column 3 and the movable column 4. The cloth plate 7 is passed to the left frame 5 and the right frame 6 and rotates together with the left frame 5 and the right frame 6.

The wire rope 8 raises the movable column 4 from the installation position to the storage position, and lowers the movable column 4 from the storage position to the installation position. Here, one end of the wire rope 8 is connected to the drive unit 9, and the other end is connected to the fixed position 8 a below the movable support column 4.

If the storage position of the movable support column 4 is lower than the installation position, the winding and feeding directions of the wire rope 8 are opposite to those in the case above the installation position for storage and installation (FIG. 5). When the movable column 4 is installed and the storage space 15 is formed below the movable column 4, the movable column 4 may be positioned only by the tension of the wire rope 8.

Further, when the cloth plate 7 is provided with a position support metal fitting for fixing (locking) the position of the cloth board 7, for example, a brace 14 (FIG. 5) for diagonally connecting the cloth board 7 and the fixed support column 3, and an L-shaped metal fitting, the cloth board 7 can be walked. However, the vertical swaying is reduced and the safety of the scaffolding is increased. The shapes of the brace 14, the L metal fittings, and the connecting means are not particularly limited. A method that can be attached and detached with one touch is desirable.

The drive unit 9 is connected to one end of the wire rope 8 and winds the wire rope 8 when the movable support column 4 is pulled up from the installation position to the storage position, and when the movable support column 4 is lowered from the storage position to the installation position. Send out. The drive unit 9 may be a manual winch operated manually, an electric motor, or the like, and one unit may be installed in a group of a plurality of fixed columns 3 and movable columns 4.

The first pulley 10 is provided here at the bottom of the fixed column 3, and changes the direction of the wire rope 8 connected to the drive unit 9 between the drive unit 9 direction and the longitudinal direction of the fixed column 3. It is desirable that the first pulley 10 and the wire rope 8 be surrounded by a case, a frame, etc. so that the wire rope 8 does not fall off from the first pulley 10 when the wire rope 8 is wound, fed out, or used in a scaffold. 11 is also the same.

The second pulley 11 is provided on the fixed column 3 above the fixed position 8a and the first pulley 10, and turns the wire rope 8 in the first pulley direction and the fixed position 8a direction.

With the foldable scaffold 1 having the above configuration, the normal environment (scaffold storage) and the work environment (scaffold installation) can be easily switched in a short time. Therefore, the normal environment is blocked and a long-term work environment is not secured. Both will allow construction work. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the construction work and shorten the construction period, and to eliminate or minimize the influence on the normal environment when the construction is difficult and has a large influence on the scaffolding installation state for a long time.
