Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a substrate with a cured surface oxide resin layer, a decorative sheet, a decorative sheet, a resin glass, and a method for producing a substrate with a cured surface oxide resin layer.
BACKGROUND ART Polycarbonate resins have been widely applied and developed as window materials and structural materials for various buildings and automobiles because of their excellent transparency, light weight and high impact resistance. However, the polycarbonate resin has a drawback that it is significantly inferior to glass in terms of abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. Therefore, a method of forming a hard coat layer having a function of covering these performances on polycarbonate has been proposed.
As such a hard coat layer, for example, one in which a silicon oxide layer formed by a PE-CVD method is laminated on an underlying hard coat layer containing a hydrolysis-condensation product of an organosilicon compound as a main component is proposed. (See Patent Document 1). However, when the hard coat layer is formed by this method, the productivity tends to be low because the film formation rate is slow. Further, when the hard coat layer is formed by this method, it is necessary to introduce both a wet coating device and a dry coating device, which tends to increase the manufacturing cost. Further, since the hard coat layer is hard and it is difficult to process it after providing the hard coat layer, the manufacturing method is limited.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and its object is to provide a substrate with a surface-oxidized resin cured layer having at least abrasion resistance and workability at the same time, a decorative sheet, a decorative sheet, a resin glass, Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a substrate with a surface-oxidized resin cured layer.
In order to solve the above problems, a substrate with a resin cured layer according to an aspect of the present invention is provided with a substrate, at least one surface side of the substrate, a first surface facing the substrate, and a first surface of the first surface. A surface cured resin layer having a second surface located on the opposite side, wherein the surface cured resin cured layer is a resin cured layer obtained by curing polysiloxane as a main component, and the surface of the cured resin layer. And a surface oxide layer formed by oxidation treatment, the surface oxide layer is located on the second surface, and the resin cured layer satisfies the requirements (a) and (b) below. ..
(A) Elongation until a crack is generated in the resin cured layer when a laminate in which the resin cured layer having a thickness of 6 μm is provided on a PET film for easy molding having a thickness of 25 μm is pulled by a tensile tester. Is 4.5% or more.
(B) The resin cured layer becomes tack-free when the coating liquid containing the polysiloxane is dried or cured at a temperature of 40° C. or lower.
According to the present invention, there is provided a surface-oxidized resin cured layer-equipped substrate, a decorative sheet, a decorative sheet, a resin glass, and a method for producing a surface-oxidized resin cured layer-equipped substrate that simultaneously have at least abrasion resistance and processability. be able to.

In addition, in the following description, the notation “XX to XX” indicates “XX or more and XX or less”.

The cured
Polysiloxane is a polymer formed by alternately bonding silicon and oxygen. Polysiloxane is the main skeleton structure of the silicone resin, and there are various types such as silicone oil, silicone rubber, silicone resin, and silicone oligomer depending on the cross-linking density and molecular weight of the molecules, and the polysiloxane contained in the cured
The cured
The elongation until cracks are generated in the resin cured
The resin cured

Examples of the functional group that can be added to the polysiloxane include, but are not limited to, an acrylic group, a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an amine group, an isocyanate group, an epoxy group, a vinyl group, a hydrazine group, and a nitrile group. ..
Examples of the organic polymer that modifies the polysiloxane include, but are not limited to, alkyd resins, polyester resins, acrylic resins, epoxy resins, phenol resins, polyurethane resins, and melamine resins.
When the polysiloxane is provided with the functional groups as described above or modified with an organic polymer, a curing treatment such as moisture curing, heat curing or ultraviolet curing for reacting them may be additionally performed. Absent.
Further, in order to improve various physical properties, a curing agent, an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer, a leveling agent, a lubricant and the like may be added to the resin cured

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples.
[Example 1]
A film laminate having the same structure as that shown in FIG. 2 was manufactured as follows. An acrylic melamine resin (Tesfine, manufactured by Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd.) is applied by a gravure method onto a biaxially stretched polyester film (G440E50 manufactured by Mitsubishi Plastics Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 50 μm, which is a support film, and an acrylic melamine resin layer. To form a release layer. The acrylic melamine resin layer had a dry thickness of 0.2 μm. Here, “Dry thickness of 0.2 μm” means that the thickness of the acrylic melamine resin layer becomes 0.2 μm after drying. The meaning of “dry thickness” described below is also the same.
Next, 100 parts by mass of silicone resin (KR-251 manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), 3 parts by mass of titanium-based catalyst (D-20 manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and 20 parts by mass of methyl isobutyl ketone. By mixing, a resin composition was obtained. Then, the resin composition was applied onto the release layer by a gravure method and left standing in an indoor environment at 25° C. for 60 minutes to form a tack-free resin composition layer. The thickness of the resin composition layer was a dry thickness of 2 μm.
Subsequently, a vinyl chloride resin (Solvine A manufactured by Nissin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) was dissolved in toluene and methyl ethyl ketone to obtain an ink. Then, the ink was applied onto the resin composition layer by a gravure method to form an ink layer, which was used as an adhesive layer. The ink layer had a dry thickness of 4 μm. This obtained the film laminated body.
Furthermore, after mounting this film laminated body in the mold of an injection molding machine, the molten polycarbonate resin was filled in the mold and injection molding was performed. A substrate was formed of a polycarbonate resin, and an injection-molded article was obtained in which the resin composition layer of the film laminate was laminated on the substrate. The support film and the release layer were removed from the obtained injection-molded article, and the resin composition layer was thermally cured by heat treatment in an oven at 150° C. for 30 minutes to form a resin cured layer. Then, the resin cured layer was irradiated with 5000 mJ/cm 2 of Xe 2 excimer light to obtain a substrate with a surface-oxidized resin cured layer.

(Elongation)
Tack-free resin composition by applying a resin composition layer on a PET film (Teflex FT3 manufactured by Teijin Film Solutions Ltd.) with a thickness of 25 μm by a gravure method and leaving it standing for 60 minutes in an indoor environment at 25° C. After forming the layer, it was cured in the same manner as in each example to prepare a laminated film with a resin cured layer. Then, the elongation was measured by the method described above.
Table 1 shows the evaluation results of each example and each comparative example.
(Abrasion resistance)
Using CS-10F as a wear wheel, the Taber abrasion test was performed on the substrates with the surface-oxidized resin cured layer of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 2 and the substrates with the resin cured layer of Comparative Examples 1 and 3. The conditions of the Taber abrasion test are the number of rotations of the wear wheel being 1000, the rotating speed of the wear wheel being 60 rpm, and the load load of the wear wheel being 500 gf.
Before and after the Taber abrasion test, the haze of the surface-oxidized resin cured layers of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 2 and the resin cured layers of Comparative Examples 1 and 3 were measured, and the average value was calculated. The haze is measured at four points on each surface of the surface-oxidized resin cured layer or the resin cured layer. The haze was measured using a haze meter NDH-2000 manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd. according to the method specified in JIS K7136. Then, the haze difference before and after the Taber abrasion test (ΔHz) was obtained by subtracting the haze before the Taber abrasion test from the haze after the Taber abrasion test.

When the abrasion resistance and workability were evaluated as described above, a resin having a ductility of 4.5% or more and tack-free when the coating liquid containing polysiloxane was dried or cured at room temperature was subjected to an oxidation treatment on the surface. As for Examples 1 to 3, the wear resistance and workability were both excellent.
On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 in which the surface was not oxidized was low in wear resistance, and Comparative Example 2 in which the elongation was less than 4.5% had low workability. In Comparative Example 3 in which a resin that became tack-free when a coating liquid containing polysiloxane was dried or cured at room temperature was not used, a substrate with a resin cured layer could not be prepared.
