Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pressure sensor sheet used for an apparatus for measuring a ground contact state of a tire, a shoe sole, and the like.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method for measuring a contact state of a tire or the like, an invention disclosed in
The electric resistance of the resin decreases as the force pressing the outer surface of the sheet increases. Therefore, the sheet is pressed at the intersection of the first linear electrode and the second linear electrode in plan view, so that the electrical resistance between the first linear electrode and the second linear electrode is reduced. Therefore, by measuring the electric resistance, the force acting on the resin at the intersection can be measured, and the contact surface shape and contact pressure distribution of the tire can be obtained.
However, in order to measure a change in electric resistance, a lead-out wiring for transmitting an electric signal detected by an electrode to an external controller is necessary, and simply a first linear electrode and a second line as in
If the entire pressure sensor sheet is enlarged, the range in which the pressure in the traveling direction can be measured can be somewhat lengthened, but this causes another problem that the bulk is increased and unnecessary portions in the width direction are increased. That is, in a pressure sensor sheet for measuring a pressure applied while traveling in one direction, such as a tire, a width direction in a range slightly larger than the width of the tire or the like is sufficient, and the pressure in the traveling direction can be measured. A long shape that can extend the range is ideal, but there is a problem that the invention of an embodiment like
The pressure sensor sheet of the present invention has been devised in view of the actual situation as described above, and has no frame in either of two directions orthogonal to the periphery of the sensing portion of the first electrode or the second electrode. Characteristically, if a plurality of the pressure sensor sheets are arranged and connected to form a long mode, the range in which the pressure in the traveling direction of the pressure sensor sheet can be measured is not limited, and the range in which the pressure can be measured can be extended as much as possible.
That is, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a first electrode is formed on a substrate, an insulating layer is formed on the first electrode, a second electrode is formed on the insulating layer, A pressure sensor sheet in which a protective layer is formed on the pressure sensor sheet, characterized in that a frame portion does not exist in at least one of two directions orthogonal to the periphery of the sensing portion of the first electrode or the second electrode. is there.
A second embodiment of the present invention is the pressure sensor sheet according to
The pressure sensor sheet of the present invention has a first electrode formed on a substrate, an insulating layer formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed on the insulating layer, and a protective layer formed on the second electrode. Is formed, wherein at least one of the two directions perpendicular to the periphery of the sensing portion of the first electrode or the second electrode has no frame portion. Therefore, if a plurality of pressure sensor sheets are arranged and connected to form a long mode, there is an effect that the range in which the pressure in the traveling direction can be measured can be extended.
Further, the pressure sensor sheet according to the present invention is characterized in that a shear force applied from above the protective layer can be calculated. Therefore, it is possible to measure not only the conventional contact pressure distribution in the Z-axis direction but also the contact pressure distribution of a shear force applied in an oblique direction, so that a true contact state between a tire or the like and a contact surface can be measured. Thus, there is an effect that true performance of a tire or the like can be measured.
Further, the pressure sensor sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the first electrode or the second electrode is made of a conductive material and a binder of urethane, polyester, or silicone elastomer. Further, according to the present invention, the conductive material of the first electrode or the second electrode is formed of any one of a conductive nanowire, a conductive nanotube, a conductive nanofiber, and a mesh-shaped metal film. Therefore, it is possible to measure the pressure sensor sheet by bending it slightly along the R shape of the actual road surface or to measure how the difference due to the R shape of the road surface affects the pressure and the shear force. There is an effect that a simple simulation can be performed. In addition, since the electrode is provided with flexibility and toughness, there is an effect that the range of pressure values that can be measured with high durability is expanded.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the
In addition, in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the
Therefore, when two or more such
There is no particular limitation on the method of setting the

When the pressure sensor-
When it is desired to provide more flexibility, the conductive material of the

In particular, silicone resin-based elastic sheets such as silicone foams, silicone gels, and silicone elastomers are more preferable because they have excellent durability and elasticity over a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures.
Further, the insulating

The
The
The
That is, when the shearing
In order to prevent the displacement of the electrode 41 at one point in the XY direction from affecting the other electrodes on the periphery, which may cause noise to affect the sensitivity of the capacitance value to be measured, A cut may be made in the area. That is, each of the
Note that a

In addition, the force exerted by the golf ball on the ground during golf putting, the force exerted by the bowling ball when traveling on the lane, the force exerted by a person tracing the display surface of IT equipment with their fingertips, and the rail effect when the train travels It can be applied to all the modes in which there is a contact in the Z-axis direction and there is a movement in the XY directions, such as a force exerted on the object.
Hereinafter, as Example 1 of the present invention, a pressure sensor sheet used in a tire grounding state measuring device will be described. The pressure sensor sheet of Example 1 was manufactured according to the following procedure. On an insulating layer (
The size of the insulating layer made of the glass epoxy resin substrate and the silicone foam are both 42 cm square, and a range of 36 cm on the right side when viewed from the top is a sensing part on which the first electrode and the second electrode are formed, and 6 cm on the left side. The range was configured to be a frame portion in which only the leading wiring was formed. Next, a protective layer made of a polycarbonate resin having a thickness of 0.5 mm is laminated on the entire surface of the insulating layer, and a decorative layer made of a thermosetting acrylic resin and having a thickness of 20 μm and having a red and sandy texture is formed on the upper surface. It was formed by spray coating which was masked within a pattern range of 1 cm to 35 cm on the right side. Next, a trapezoidal convex portion and a concave portion having an upper base of 5 mm, a lower base of 2 mm, and a height of 2 mm in a relationship between a key and a keyhole were formed by punching at the above-mentioned frame portion to obtain a pressure sensor sheet. The first electrode and the lead wiring of the first electrode were electrically connected to a controller capable of detecting a change in an external capacitance value via a frame portion.
Hereinafter, as Example 2 of the present invention, a pressure sensor sheet when used in a device for measuring the contact state of a shoe sole will be described. The pressure sensor sheet of Example 2 was manufactured according to the following procedure. On an insulating layer made of a gel-like electrorheological fluid, a carbon nanotube and a urethane resin binder having a weight ratio of 3: 2 and a square pattern having a pitch of 1.0 mm and a side length of 0.5 mm were used. Two electrodes and a lead-out wiring having the same pitch and the same material and a line width of 0.3 mm were formed by an inkjet printing method. Then, on a 0.1 mm thick polyimide film resin substrate, silver nanowires having an average diameter of 20 nm and an average length of 2 μm and a silicone elastomer resin binder were in a weight ratio of 5: 3, and the pitch was 1.2 mm and the diameter was 0. A first electrode having a circular pattern of 0.8 mmφ and a lead wiring having the same pitch and the same material and a line width of 0.3 mm were formed by a screen printing method.
The size of the polyimide film resin substrate and the insulating layer are both 62 cm square, and a range of 56 cm at the center when viewed from the top is a sensing portion where the first electrode and the second electrode are formed, and 3 cm on the right side and 3 cm on the left side thereof. The range was configured to be a frame portion in which only the leading wiring was formed. Next, a protective layer made of an epoxy resin and having a thickness of 0.2 mm is laminated on the entire surface of the insulating layer, and the removable blue decorative layer sheet is crosslinked with polyol and polyisocyanate within a range of 55 cm in the center when viewed from the upper surface. They were pasted together via a self-adsorbing glue layer made of the agent. Next, a trapezoidal convex portion and a concave portion having an upper base of 2 mm, a lower base of 1 mm, and a height of 1 mm in a relationship between a key and a keyhole were formed by punching at the above-mentioned frame portion to obtain a pressure sensor sheet. The lead wire of the first electrode was electrically connected to a controller capable of detecting a change in an external capacitance value via the left frame portion, and the lead wire of the second electrode was connected to the outside via the right frame portion.
