Abstract
Description
仕上げテープとしてCPPフィルムを使った。
仕上げテープとしてCPP−PEフィルムを使った。前記CPP−PEフィルムにおいてpropylene:ethyleneの比率は95mol%:5mol%である。
仕上げテープとしてCPP−PEフィルムを使った。前記CPP−PEフィルムにおいてpropylene:ethyleneの比率は70mol%:30mol%である。
仕上げテープとしてCPP−copolymerフィルムを使った。ここで、propyrene:copolymerの比率は95mol%:5mol%であり、copolymerとしてMaleic anhydrideを使った。
仕上げテープとしてOPSフィルムを使用し、パウチ型ケースと熱接着した。
仕上げテープとしてTPUフィルムを使った。
仕上げテープとしてPVDFフィルムを使った。
仕上げテープとしてPETフィルムを使った。
仕上げテープとしてOPPフィルムを使った。

Claims (9)
- 電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を収容するパウチ型ケース、および
前記電極組立体の外面に付着された仕上げテープを含み、
前記仕上げテープは前記パウチ型ケースの内面と接触する、二次電池。 - 前記仕上げテープは前記パウチ型ケースの内面と同じ材質で形成されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げテープは無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムで形成されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げテープの融点は140℃より高い、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げテープの面積は前記電極組立体の面積の20%〜50%である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げテープが電解液に浸漬された状態の時、前記仕上げテープと前記パウチ型ケースの内面との静摩擦係数は5より大きい、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げテープが電解液に浸漬された状態の時、前記仕上げテープと前記パウチ型ケースの内面との動摩擦係数は3.5より大きい、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記仕上げテープの表面にはプラズマ処理を通じてパターン層がさらに形成されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記仕上げテープと前記パウチ型ケースの内面の間の摩擦力によって、前記パウチ型ケース内で流動が防止される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
