Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a beam-column joint structure.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a column-beam joint structure including a column and a beam joined to the column has been used for a building or the like. In this column-beam joint structure, a diaphragm is provided at the joint in order to increase the strength of the joint, which is the portion where the column and the beam are joined. However, providing a diaphragm in the beam-column joint structure imposes a heavy load on an operator such as cutting, beveling, and welding of columns and reinforcing materials.
For this reason, in the beam-column joint structure, studies have been made to increase the strength of the joint without providing a diaphragm at the joint.
For example, in the column-beam joint structure disclosed in
On the other hand, studies have been made to use a column having a steel column having a web and a pair of flanges arranged to sandwich the web and attached to the web. Examples of such a column steel frame include a steel frame formed of an H-section steel and a steel frame formed of a flanged cross steel frame.
However, in this case, no study has been made to increase the strength at the joint between the column and the beam, and there is room for improvement.
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a column-beam joint structure in which the strength at the joint between a column and a beam is increased even without a diaphragm. .
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
The beam-column joint structure of the present invention, a web, a column steel frame having a pair of flanges arranged to sandwich the web and attached to the web, and a concrete portion arranged to surround the column steel frame, A column, a beam joined to one of the pair of flanges of the column steel, and a joint where the column and the beam are joined, along the pair of flanges of the column steel, and the pair And a reinforcing reinforcing bar buried in the concrete portion of the column and surrounding the flange.
According to the present invention, for example, the bending moment acting on the beam tends to pull out the flange of the column steel frame to which the beam is joined in the out-of-plane direction. However, at the joint, the pair of flanges of the columnar steel frame are arranged along the pair of flanges and are surrounded by an annular reinforcing reinforcing bar. Since the members surrounded by the reinforcing bars move integrally, the pair of flanges including the flange to which the beam is joined is prevented from being pulled out in the out-of-plane direction. This prevents the concrete portions surrounding the pair of flanges from being pulled out in the out-of-plane direction. Therefore, the strength at the joint between the column and the beam can be increased even without the diaphragm.
Further, in the above-mentioned beam-column joint structure, in the column steel frame, the webs are arranged in a cross shape, and the pair of flanges are arranged on each of the webs so as to sandwich the web. And an octagonal shape surrounding the pair of flanges and viewed in a direction along a central axis of the column steel frame.
According to the present invention, in a column steel frame, between any pair of flanges adjacent around the central axis, a reinforcing reinforcing bar is stretched between the pair of flanges to surround the pair of flanges. it can. Thus, it is possible to more reliably suppress the flange to which the beam is joined from being pulled out in the out-of-plane direction.
In the column-beam joint structure, the reinforcing bar may surround the pair of flanges, and may have a rectangular shape when viewed in a direction along a central axis of the column steel frame.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can suppress more reliably that a pair of flange which opposes across a web respectively is pulled out to an out-of-plane direction.
In the column-beam joint structure, the reinforcing bar may be provided at a position corresponding to a position of a flange of the beam in a direction along a longitudinal direction of the column. The reinforcing bar may be provided on at least one of a pair of flanges of the beam.
According to the present invention, in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the column, the position where the tensile force or the compressive force is maximized, and the position where the reinforcing bar is arranged correspond to each other, so that the concrete portion of the column is most easily broken. The part can be effectively reinforced by the reinforcing bar.

Further, in the above-mentioned column-beam joint structure, the reinforcing reinforcing bar is set within a range of a value obtained by an equation of ( Hb + 2y) along the longitudinal direction of the column, with the center of the beam being the center of the range. It may be arranged.
Here, B c : the width of the flange of the column steel, t cf : the thickness of the flange of the column steel, t cw : the thickness of the web or the cross steel of the column steel, and σ cfy : the thickness of the column steel. Yield strength of the flange, σ cwy : Yield strength of the web or the cross steel frame of the column steel, H b : Because of the beam, F c : Strength of the concrete part of the column, d: Strength of the column steel Cover thickness of the concrete part with respect to the flange.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, assuming the collapse mechanism using a plastic hinge, a reinforcing steel bar can be effectively arrange | positioned in the range where a tensile force acts on the concrete part of a column.
In the above-mentioned beam-column joint structure, the beam-column joint structure may not include a diaphragm.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, in the beam-column joint structure without a diaphragm, the intensity | strength in the joint part of a column and a beam can be improved.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the beam-column joint structure of this invention, the intensity | strength in the joint part of a column and a beam can be improved, even if it does not have a diaphragm.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a beam-column joint structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9.

For the dimensions of the beam Hb and the like, see FIGS. 3 to 5.

Bending fully plastic is the minimum of disruption bending moment M moment j M p (Nmm) is sought by solving simultaneous equations (30) below is given by (34) from equation (31). Equation (30) is an equation representing that values obtained by partially differentiating the collapse bending moment M with the variables x, y, and z are each equal to zero. The variables x, y, and z are obtained from the equations (31) to (33). The total plastic bending moment j MP is given by equation (34) using the variables x, y, and z given by equations (31) to (33).
Note that the total plastic bending moment j M p represents the bending moment when the steel material yields in FIG. 7 and corresponds to the total plastic strength of the joint 41.
Basically, the variable y is larger than the variable z. This is because the bearing capacity of the concrete portion is larger than the cone-shaped breaking strength as described above. If the intensity F c of the
By substituting the yield moment M 2 and the yield axial force N 2 per unit length given by the equations (14) and (15) into the equation (32), the equation (36) is obtained.

As described above, according to the beam-column
In the beam-column
The
The reinforcing

The reinforcing bars 36 are arranged within the range defined by the equation (H + 2y). Accordingly, assuming a collapse mechanism using a plastic hinge, the reinforcing reinforcing
The beam-column
The beam-column
When the diameter of the reinforcing
