バーナ及び熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器に接続される給水管と、
前記熱交換器に接続される出湯管と、
前記給水管に接続され、循環ポンプを備えた戻り管と、を備え、
前記出湯管と前記戻り管とを外部配管で接続することで、前記出湯管から出湯される湯水が前記外部配管を介して前記戻り管に戻り、前記給水管から前記熱交換器に至る循環経路が形成される即湯機能付給湯器であって、
前記戻り管における前記循環ポンプの下流側に逆止弁が設けられると共に、
前記戻り管における前記循環ポンプと前記逆止弁との間に、器具外へ開放可能な分岐管が接続されていることを特徴とする即湯機能付給湯器。
