1.この試験は、BioTek Synergy H4プレートリーダーでの自動濁度読み取りを使用するHamilton MLStarPlusロボットを用いて行った。
細菌培養物:
シュードモナス・アエルギノーサ(Pseudomonas aeruginosa) DSM#939 ATCC#15442
スタフィロコッカス・アウレウス(Staphylococcus aureus) DSM#799 ATCC#6538
培養物を、クライオバイアル中−80℃でグリセロールストックとして維持した。クライオバイアルを解凍した後、100μlをTSB寒天プレート上に塗布した。30℃で1日間のインキュベーション後、細菌をpH7.3の緩衝液で回収した。TSBプレート上の生菌数算定を行い、〜2×107CFU/mlを送達するように細菌懸濁液を緩衝液で希釈した。
カンジダ・アルビカンス(Candida albicans) DSM#1386 ATCC#10231
培養物を、クライオバイアル中−80℃でグリセロールストックとして維持し、解凍した後、100μlをMEA(麦芽エキス寒天)ペトリ皿上に塗布した。
酵母株プレートを28℃で1〜2日間インキュベートした後、pH5.0の緩衝液で回収した。
Claims (7)
- 3−ヨード−2−プロピニル−ブチルカルバメート及びジアミンを含む、相乗的抗微生物組成物。
- 前記3−ヨード−2−プロピニル−ブチルカルバメート対ジアミンの重量比が、1:10〜10:1である、請求項1に記載の相乗的抗微生物組成物。
- 水性媒体中の微生物の増殖を阻害または制御する方法。
- 前記水性媒体が、コーティングである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の相乗的抗微生物組成物を含む、コーティング組成物。
- 請求項2に記載の相乗的抗微生物組成物を含む、コーティング組成物。
- 請求項4に記載のコーティング組成物の層を基材に塗布することと、前記コーティング組成物を乾燥または自然乾燥させることとを含むプロセスによって作製される、ドライフィルム。
