Abstract
Description
1.使用者が、次の注射の期限(maturity)の正しい日を忘れてしまうことがある。これは、特に、薬物治療(medication)の間隔が、たとえば、週に2回、1日おき、隔週など1日よりも長い場合、または、たとえば第1週は2回、第2週は1日おき、第3週目から2、2、3など、治療特有の間隔である場合である。
2.使用者が、自動注射器のキャップを取り外してから注射を行うまでに時間が経ちすぎてしまい、結果的に針が詰まってしまうおよび/またはデバイスが止まってしまうことがある。
3.使用者が、注射を終えた後に(「休止時間(dwell time)」としても知られている)保持時間を実行しない。
薬物送達デバイス内の可動構成要素の位置を示す信号を出力するように構成された非接触センサと;
非接触センサから出力された信号を受け、その信号に基づいて、薬物送達デバイスが起動前状態にあるか、それとも起動後状態にあるかを判定するように構成されたプロセッサと

- 薬物送達デバイスに取り付けられるように構成された補助デバイスであって:
該薬物送達デバイス内の可動構成要素の位置を示す信号を出力するように構成された非接触センサと;
該非接触センサから出力された信号を受け、該信号に基づいて、薬物送達デバイスが起動前状態にあるか、それとも起動後状態にあるかを判定するように構成されたプロセッサと
を含む、前記補助デバイス。 - 非接触センサは、容量センサであり、該容量センサの構成要素は、取り付けられる薬物送達デバイスが容量センサの誘電層の少なくとも一部を形成するように、補助デバイス内に配置される、請求項1に記載の補助デバイス。
- 容量センサは、少なくとも1つの導電プレートの対向するセットを含む、請求項2に記載の補助デバイス。
- 非接触センサは、薬物送達デバイス内の可動構成要素によって生成される磁場を測定するように構成されたホールセンサである、請求項1に記載の補助デバイス。
- 薬物送達デバイス内の可動構成要素によって生成される磁場を測定するように構成された追加のホールセンサを含み、ホールセンサおよび追加のホールセンサは、可動構成要素が動く方向に互いに分離されている、請求項4に記載の補助デバイス。
- 容量センサをさらに含み、ここで、該容量センサの構成要素は、取り付けられる薬物送達デバイスが容量センサの誘電層の少なくとも一部を形成するように、補助デバイス内に配置される、請求項4または5に記載の補助デバイス。
- プロセッサは、薬物送達デバイスが起動前状態から起動後状態に変化したと判定したときに、薬物送達デバイスの休止時間に関して使用者に知らせるインジケーションを出力させるように構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- ディスプレイユニットをさらに含み、ここで、インジケーションを出力させることは、ディスプレイユニット上に1つまたはそれ以上のグラフィック要素を表示させることを含み、グラフィック要素は休止時間の推移を通知する、請求項7に記載の補助デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのメモリをさらに含み、ここで、プロセッサは、薬物送達デバイスが起動前状態から起動後状態に変わったと判定したとき、最後に実行された注射動作に関する情報をメモリに記憶させるように構成され、該情報は、最後に実行された注射動作に関する少なくともタイムスタンプを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- 情報は、薬剤の用量の量と、薬剤のタイプとをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の補助デバイス。
- プロセッサは、次の注射の時間へのアクセスを有し、またはそれを計算するように構成され、さらに、次の注射の時間がきたときにリマインダ信号を生成するように構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- プロセッサは、補助デバイスの使用者に関連する医用処方計画へのアクセスを有し、またはそれを計算するように構成され、医用処方計画は、注射動作が実行予定の期限に達する少なくとも一連の時間を含み、プロセッサは、医用処方計画に従って次の注射動作の期限に達したときにリマインダ信号を生成させるように構成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- データを1つまたはそれ以上の外部デバイスに送信する無線ユニットをさらに含み、さらに、リマインダ信号を1つまたはそれ以上の外部デバイスに送るように構成される、請求項11または12に記載の補助デバイス。
- 注射デバイスのハウジング上に見える薬物送達デバイスに含まれる薬剤を識別する情報を読み取るように構成された光学センサをさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- 外側針キャップが薬物送達デバイスに取り付けられているかどうかを示す信号を出力するように構成された外側針キャップセンサをさらに含み、ここで、プロセッサは、外側針キャップセンサから出力される信号を受け、外側針キャップが取り付けられているか取り付けられていないかを判定するように構成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- プロセッサは、薬物送達デバイスが起動後状態にありそれでも外側針キャップが取り付けられていないと判定した場合、所定時間後にアラーム信号を出力させるように構成される、請求項15に記載の補助デバイス。
- アラーム信号を出力させることは、補助デバイスに、1つもしくはそれ以上の音を出させること、および/または補助デバイスのディスプレイユニットに1つもしくはそれ以上のインジケーションを表示させることを含む、請求項16に記載の補助デバイス。
- 薬物送達デバイスは、動力付き自動注射器である、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイス。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の補助デバイスと、薬物送達デバイスとを含むシステム。
- 薬物送達デバイスは、動力付き自動注射器であり、該動力付き自動注射器の投薬機構は、予め圧縮されたばねによって動力供給される、請求項19に記載のシステム。
