Abstract
Description
試験では、最低1年間にわたって安定した中度から強度の近視を有し、矯正遠見視力が20/25またはそれ以上、等価球面屈折値が−10D未満、屈折性乱視が−3D未満である、SMILEを受けた18〜50歳の患者の目の分析を行った。角膜の中央3mmにおけるボーマン膜は、高分解能光干渉断層撮影法(Envisu,Bioptigen Inc.、米国モリスビル)で画像化する。この光干渉断層撮影法は組織において2.4μmの分解能を有し、十分なピクセル数でボーマン膜を撮像できた。光干渉断層撮影は、微細な歪みの長期的な変化を評価するため、手術の1ヵ月後だけでなく、1日後と1週間後にも実施する。
Claims (8)
- 小切開角膜片摘出術(SMILE)後のボーマン膜(BL)における1つまたは複数の微細な歪みを定量化するボーマン粗度指標(BRI)であって、
a.BRIがボーマン膜前縁部のOCT画像の1つまたは複数の領域の総和であり、かつBRIがボーマン膜の平滑度を定量化し、
b.BRIの大きさが、ボーマン膜の微細な歪みの数と正比例する、
ボーマン粗度指標。 - 前記ボーマン膜前縁部の光干渉断層撮影(OCT)画像が1つまたは複数のピクセルにセグメント化される、請求項1に記載のボーマン粗度指標。
- 三次多項式が、前記ボーマン膜前縁部のセグメント化されたピクセルに曲線適合する、請求項1に記載のボーマン粗度指標。
- BRIが、周辺角膜のイメージングを必要とせずに局所角膜イメージングの分析を行うことにより計算される、請求項1に記載のボーマン粗度指標。
- BRIがボーマン膜の粗度の3Dマッピングに有用である、請求項1に記載のボーマン粗度指標。
- BRIがボーマン膜の力学的安定性マーカーとして機能する、請求項1に記載のボーマン粗度指標。
- 平均BRIが、術前に1.86×10−3±6.9×10−5mm2、手術後1日目に2.56×10−3±3.7×10−5、手術後1週目に3.14×10−3±8.5×10−5mm2、および手術後1ヵ月目に2.43×10−3±8.5×10−5mm2である、請求項1に記載のボーマン粗度指標。
- BRIがヒトにおける疾患診断マーカーおよび疾患治療の予後マーカーに有用である、請求項1に記載のボーマン粗度指標。
