e)2つの材料の乾燥機で湿った材料から水分を吸い取るため、または乾燥した材料によって生じるダストを抑制するため、湿っているSFR材料を乾燥している他の材料、またはその逆、と混合するステップと、

Claims (13)
- 複数のセルロース系繊維を含むセルロースベースの断熱材において、前記複数の繊維の少なくとも一部が互いに結合されてスーパーストラクチャを形成し、前記スーパーストラクチャと前記スーパーストラクチャのクラスタが、前記断熱材中に空隙を作り、前記空隙が、前記断熱材を所定の位置に噴き付けた後に所定の位置にそのまま残っていることを特徴とする断熱材。
- 請求項1に記載の断熱材において、前記断熱材が少なくとも30%の空隙率を有することを特徴とする断熱材。
- 請求項1に記載の断熱材において、前記セルロース系繊維が、繊維残留物から得られることを特徴とする断熱材。
- 請求項3に記載の断熱材において、前記セルロース系繊維が、繊維残留物以外のリサイクル可能なセルロース系材料から得られることを特徴とする断熱材。
- 請求項1に記載の断熱材において、前記セルロース繊維が、SFR材料およびSFR以外の他のリサイクル可能なセルロース材料から得られることを特徴とする断熱材。
- 請求項1に記載の断熱材において、前記セルロース系繊維が、難燃性材料で処理されていることを特徴とする断熱材。
- 請求項6に記載の断熱材において、前記難燃性材料が、ホウ酸塩、硫酸マグネシウムまたはこれら2つの組合わせであることを特徴とする断熱材。
- セルロース系繊維を用いた耐火断熱材の製造方法において、
前記セルロース系繊維を洗浄するステップと、
処理した前記セルロース系繊維を部分的に脱水するステップと、
洗浄した前記セルロース系繊維を難燃性材料で処理するステップと、
処理した前記セルロース系繊維を乾燥させるステップと、
処理した前記セルロース系繊維の少なくとも一部に複数のスーパーストラクチャを形成するステップと、
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記セルロース系繊維の少なくとも一部がSFRに由来することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記SFRがリサイクルされたセルロース繊維と組み合わされることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記難燃性材料が、1またはそれ以上のホウ酸塩ベースの化合物、硫酸マグネシウムまたはこれらの材料の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記難燃性材料および前記セルロース系繊維が、前記繊維が含水量が20〜99%のプロセスにおいて、互いに組み合わされることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法によって製造した耐火性セルロース断熱材。
