Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an illuminating device using an LED as a light source, and more particularly to an illuminating device that is installed on a ceiling surface that includes an appliance body and a cover unit.
A lighting fixture that uses LEDs as a light source and is mounted on a ceiling surface mainly includes a fixture main body that serves as a base and a cover unit that serves as a light emitting unit, and an LED mounting board is built in the cover unit. For example,
In the lighting device having such a structure, in order to eliminate the shade generated in the gap between the diffusion cover and the frame member in the light emitting portion and to improve the luminance ratio between the light emitting portion and the ceiling surface, the shape of the diffusion cover and the frame member are reduced. Various ideas have been devised for the shape.
By the way, with recent advances in LED luminous efficiency, a sufficient illuminance can be obtained even in a lighting device having a small light emitting unit area. From the viewpoint of cost, it is considered advantageous to make the resin cover and the LED board smaller by making the light source part compact, but if the light emitting part area becomes smaller, glare (glare) occurs when the ceiling is looked up. This causes a problem of causing discomfort. Conventionally, the side portions of the frame member located on both sides of the light emitting portion are painted white, and light from the light emitting portion and the surroundings is reflected on the white painted portion, thereby reducing the luminance difference as much as possible and eliminating glare. However, the glare has not been completely eliminated.
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device which does not cause glare as much as possible.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a long base member attached to a ceiling surface, a long base member detachably attached to the base member, and a main light source portion provided on a bottom surface thereof. A frame member, and a cover member attached to the frame member so as to cover the main light source unit and having a light diffusing property, wherein at least a part of the frame member is configured by a light guide plate, and the light guide plate And a sub-light source portion is provided on one end surface of the illumination device (Invention 1).
According to the above invention (Invention 1), at least a part of the frame member is constituted by the light guide plate, and the sub light source portion is provided on one end surface of the light guide plate, so that the light guide plate from the sub light source portion is provided. Since the incident light can be emitted by surface emission, the frame member itself also emits light by the irradiation light from the sub light source unit, and glare is eliminated because the entire lighting device functions as a light emitting unit. In the present application, the "elongated base member attached to the ceiling surface" refers to a mode in which the base member is directly attached to the ceiling surface, or via an attachment member such as an anchor bolt provided inside the ceiling surface. The base member is indirectly attached to the ceiling surface through a mode in which the base member is attached so as to be embedded in an opening provided on the ceiling surface, or through an attachment member such as a ceiling beam material provided on the ceiling surface. Also included embodiments. In addition, in the present application, the “bottom surface” of the frame member indicates a surface located in a direction in which illumination light is emitted in a state where the lighting device is mounted on a ceiling surface.
In the above invention (Invention 1), it is preferable that the light guide plate is provided along the longitudinal direction of the frame member (Invention 2).
According to the above invention (Invention 2), since the light guide plate is provided along the longitudinal direction of the frame member, a more uniform luminance distribution than in a case where a part of the frame member is formed of the light guide plate. Can be obtained.
In the above inventions (
According to the above invention (Invention 3), light emitted from the surface of the light guide plate on the base member side can be returned to the light guide plate again by the reflection plate, so that there is no light loss and light is emitted from the sub light source unit. The amount of light can be maximized.
In the above invention (Invention 3), it is preferable that the reflection plate is provided separately from the light guide plate (Invention 4).
According to the above invention (Invention 4), since the space between the light guide plate and the reflection plate becomes an air layer, the air having a low refractive index comes into contact with the surface of the light guide plate on the cover member side, so that the condition for total reflection is reduced. Thus, the incident light from the sub light source portion can be sufficiently propagated inside the light guide plate, and the uneven brightness of the light emitted from the surface of the light guide plate opposite to the cover member side can be suppressed.
In the above inventions (Inventions 3 and 4), it is preferable that the light guide plate and the reflection plate are integrally formed by two-color extrusion molding (Invention 5).
According to the above invention (Invention 5), by integrally forming materials having different characteristics, that is, a light guide plate and a reflection plate, an assembling process in the entire lighting device can be largely omitted.

In the above inventions (
In the above invention (Invention 7), the second side frame portion includes a second light guide plate as the light guide plate, and a second sub light source portion as the sub light source portion is provided on one end surface of the second light guide plate. (Invention 8).
In the above inventions (Inventions 7 and 8), the frame member is formed by connecting at least two frame components divided along the longitudinal direction, and the frame member is formed by connecting the at least two frame components. One of them may correspond to the first side frame portion (Invention 9).
In the above inventions (Inventions 7 and 8), the frame member is formed by connecting three frame members divided along the longitudinal direction, and the three frame members are respectively It may correspond to the main frame portion, the first side frame portion, and the second side frame portion (Invention 10).
According to the above inventions (Inventions 9 and 10), since the frame member is formed by connecting two or three frame components, handleability of the lighting device during construction can be improved. .
According to the lighting device of the present invention, at least a part of the frame member is formed of the light guide plate, and the sub light source portion is provided on one end surface of the light guide plate, so that the light guide plate from the sub light source portion to the light guide plate is provided. Since the incident light can be emitted by surface light emission, the frame member itself also emits light by irradiation light from the sub light source unit, and glare is eliminated because the entire lighting device functions as a light emitting unit. In this manner, a lighting device that does not cause glare as much as possible is provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, the

In the present embodiment, the

The first
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the first
In the present embodiment, the light guide plate La and the reflection plate Ra included in the first
The method of connecting the first
Since the first
In the light guide plate La, as shown in FIG. 3, V-shaped grooves as light scattering portions are formed at predetermined intervals on a surface (reflection surface) on the
As described above, in the
The attachment structure for detachably attaching the
The
In the
In the
Further, since the reflection plates Ra and Rb are provided separately from the light guide plates La and Lb, an air layer is formed between the light guide plates La and Lb and the reflection plates Ra and Rb. When the air having a low refractive index comes into contact with the reflection surface of Lb, the condition of total reflection is satisfied, and the incident light from the
The connection angle of the first
As described above, the lighting device according to the present invention has been described based on the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. Various variations can be considered for the shape of the lighting device, the shape of the base member, the shape of the frame member, and the shape of the cover member.
For example, although the
Further, in the above embodiment, the reflection plate Ra is provided so as to face the surface of the light guide plate La on the
Furthermore, each frame component may be connected to each other by fitting or engaging the frame components using a structure different from the above-described embodiment, or using a fastening member such as a rivet or a screw. They may be connected. Alternatively, the frame members may be directly fixed to each other by a method such as caulking, welding, bonding, or the like, or may be connected by pressing the frame members using a fixing member such as a spring member. Further, it is also allowed to reinforce the connection state by using those connection methods together.
