Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a corrosion detection device, a corrosion state determination system, and a corrosion detection method.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a detection device that detects corrosion of a member by an ACM (Atmospheric Corrosion Monitor) sensor that outputs a galvanic current flowing between electrodes formed of different metal materials has been used. For example, in Patent Document 1, an insulating layer is patterned on a first metal electrode formed in a substrate shape, and a second metal electrode formed of a metal material different from the first metal electrode is patterned on the insulating layer. An improved corrosion sensor is disclosed.
By the way, the 1st metal electrode on the board | substrate with which a corrosion sensor is provided is the largest and heavy thing among the components of a corrosion sensor, and rigidity is still higher. When such a first metal electrode is provided on the corrosion sensor, the corrosion sensor is increased in size and rigidity, and the installation location of the corrosion sensor is limited, so that the versatility of the corrosion detection device is reduced. In particular, in recent years, monitoring the corrosion state of gas turbine engines, LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) tanks, and the like with a corrosion sensor has been required to make the installation location of the corrosion sensor more flexible.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to enable detection of corrosion states of various structures.
The present invention adopts the following configuration as means for solving the above-described problems.
1st invention is a corrosion detection apparatus, Comprising: The insulating layer which can be affixed on the surface of the structure formed with the metal conductive material, and the surface opposite to the affixing surface of the said insulating layer with the said structure A configuration is adopted in which an electrode formed of a conductive material that is formed and different from the material for forming the structure and a measuring instrument for measuring a current flowing between the structure and the electrode are employed.
The second invention employs a configuration in which, in the first invention, the material for forming the structure is an aluminum alloy or nickel steel, and the material for forming the electrode is zinc.
According to a third invention, in the first or second invention, a first wiring for connecting the electrode and the measuring instrument, and a second wiring for connecting the structure and the measuring instrument. Is adopted.
According to a fourth invention, in the first or second invention, the structure is configured such that the structure is set to a reference potential and the measuring instrument is connected to the reference potential.
5th invention is a corrosion state determination system, Comprising: Based on the value of the said electric current output from the corrosion detection apparatus which is any one of the said 1st-4th invention, and the said corrosion detection apparatus, A configuration including a determination unit that determines a corrosion state is adopted.
A sixth invention is a corrosion detection method, comprising: an electrode formed of a conductive material different from a structure forming material on an insulating layer affixed to a surface of a structure formed of a metal conductive material; A configuration is employed in which the current flowing between the structure and the electrode is measured.
According to a seventh invention, in the sixth invention, a configuration is adopted in which a corrosion state of the structure is determined based on a current flowing between the structure and the electrode.
According to the present invention, an electrode is disposed on an insulating layer attached to a structure, and a current flowing between the structure and the electrode is measured. For this reason, according to this invention, a corrosion sensor can be comprised only by the electrode formed on the insulating layer and the insulating layer, without providing the large substrate-like electrode with which the conventional corrosion sensor was equipped. For this reason, according to this invention, a corrosion sensor can be made small and flexible easily, and the freedom degree of the installation location of a corrosion sensor improves. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to detect the corrosion state of various structures.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a corrosion detection device, a corrosion state determination system, and a corrosion detection method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of a corrosion state determination system 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the corrosion state determination system 1 of this embodiment includes a
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The
The
The determination unit 3 determines the corrosion state of the structure X based on the output of the corrosion detection device 2 (the value of the galvanic current and the value of the voltage applied between the structure X and the
Subsequently, the operation (corrosion detection method) of the corrosion state determination system 1 of the present embodiment will be described.
First, the corrosion state determination system 1 is installed on the structure X. Here, the sticking surface of the insulating
Thereafter, the corrosion state determination system 1 measures the galvanic current flowing between the structure X and the
That is, in the corrosion state determination system 1 of the present embodiment, the wiring (
According to the corrosion state determination system 1 (corrosion detection method) of the present embodiment as described above, an electrode is disposed on the insulating
Moreover, in the corrosion state determination system 1 of this embodiment, when the forming material of the structure X is an aluminum alloy or nickel steel, the forming material of the
In addition, the corrosion state determination system 1 according to the present embodiment includes a
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the description of the present embodiment, the description of the same parts as those of the first embodiment is omitted or simplified.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of a corrosion state determination system 1A according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in this figure, in the corrosion state determination system 1A of the present embodiment, the structure X is connected to a reference potential. The measuring
In such a corrosion state determination system 1A of the present embodiment, since the structure X is set to the reference potential and the measuring

Various shapes, combinations, and the like of the constituent members shown in the above-described embodiments are examples, and various modifications can be made based on design requirements and the like without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, when the forming material of the structure X was an aluminum alloy or nickel steel, it was supposed that the forming material of the
