既作成計画取得部110は、少なくとも1組の既作成計画および当該既作成計画の前提情報を取得する。ここで、既作成計画は過去に作成された計画を意味し、前提情報は計画を作成した際に前提とした情報を意味する。本実施形態の例では、既作成計画および前提情報として、多目的最適化問題Pを表す式(1)〜式(6)と、以下の表1に示すようなコスト係数A、制約式の係数行列C、制約式の右辺定数b、および作成された計画(各購買量)xの値を取得する。
