Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vibration control building.
In buildings of various uses, such as buildings and condominiums, various types of vibration control structures have been adopted to improve earthquake resistance and safety in the event of an earthquake.
For example,
Further, in
However, as disclosed in
In addition, as disclosed in
An object of the present invention made there is to provide a damping building that can absorb seismic energy in a wide range from a small shaking to a big shaking and improve damping performance even in a high-rise building. .
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
That is, the vibration-damping building of the present invention is a vibration-damping building provided with columns, beams, and a viscous damper, and one beam is a first beam member in which a brace is joined to a tip portion in a length direction. And the second beam member, and a hysteresis damper is provided between the first beam member and the second beam member. The viscous damper is provided on the upper side or the lower side of the first beam member. It is provided between the two beams.
According to such a configuration, in a frame constituted by two columns adjacent to each other and one beam and two beams positioned above and below each other, on one column side of one beam, A first beam member is provided, and a brace is joined to a tip portion of the first beam member to have high rigidity. A viscous damper is provided between the tip of the first beam member and the second beam. Further, a second beam member is provided in a cantilever shape on the other column side of one beam, and its rigidity is lower than that of a brace frame provided on one side. A hysteresis damper is provided between the first beam member and the second beam member.
In the above configuration, when an earthquake occurs and an external force acts and the damping building is bent and deformed, there is a vertical displacement between the tip of the first beam member of one beam and the second beam. Arise.
Before the hysteretic damper yields, the viscosity of the cantilever-shaped second beam member is smaller than the rigidity of the first beam member to which the brace is joined, so the viscosity tends to absorb displacement energy in the vertical direction. The second beam member does not significantly inhibit the deformation of the system damper, and the viscous damper functions to absorb the vertical displacement energy.
After the hysteresis damper yields, the viscous damper efficiently absorbs the displacement energy in the vertical direction.
Therefore, it is possible to absorb the seismic energy in a wide range even for a small shake that does not yield the hysteresis damper and a large shake that yields the hysteresis damper.
According to one aspect of the present invention, one end of the brace is joined to the joint between the column to which the first beam member is joined and the second beam, and the other end is joined to the first beam member. Has been.
According to such a configuration, the column, the first beam member, and the brace are assembled in a substantially inverted triangular shape on the side of the column to which the first beam member is joined, thereby forming a brace frame, and high rigidity. have. In other words, since the rigidity on the first beam member side can be increased efficiently, it is effective even for a small vibration that does not yield the hysteresis damper and a large vibration that yields the hysteresis damper. In particular, it can absorb seismic energy.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the brace has a joint portion between one end of the column to which the first beam member is joined and the three beams on the opposite side of the second beam with respect to the one beam. The other end is joined to the first beam member.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the second beam is also divided in the length direction into a first beam member in which two braces are joined and a second beam member, and the first beam member and the second beam member are divided. A hysteresis damper is provided between the first beam member of one beam and the first beam member of the second beam via a viscous damper.
According to such a configuration, the two braces of the first beam member having high rigidity with the brace being joined and the two beams below the one beam are joined. The tip portion of the first beam member having high rigidity is connected via a viscous damper. Thus, since the first beam members having increased rigidity in each of the upper and lower layers are connected via the viscous damper, the displacement energy in the vertical direction can be efficiently absorbed.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the first beam member of the second beam is joined to the column facing the column to which the first beam member of the one beam is joined.
According to such a configuration, the vibration suppression effect by absorbing the displacement energy can be exerted in a well-balanced manner by alternately providing the left and right first beam members with increased rigidity in two layers positioned above and below each other. Can do. Thereby, in the building which has many stories, the vibration suppression effect by absorption of displacement energy can be exhibited with sufficient balance.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the viscous damper is an oil damper.
According to such a configuration, the displacement energy of small shaking can be effectively absorbed by the oil damper.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, even if it is a super high-rise building, it can absorb seismic energy in a wide range from a small shake to a big shake, and can improve a seismic control performance.
Hereinafter, with reference to an accompanying drawing, a form for carrying out a damping building by the present invention is explained based on a drawing.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is an elevation view showing a schematic configuration of the vibration-damping building in the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view showing a main part of the vibration-damping building.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, in a part of the
In this frame A, a

As described above, the

Thus, the
The
Here, in a plurality of layers that are vertically arranged in two or more layers, the
Furthermore, in a plurality of layers that are vertically positioned in a plurality of layers that are continuous in the vertical direction, the
In such a vibration-damping
Further, in this frame A, a

Thus, the

Thus, the
In the
Here, the
Further, in the two frames B1 positioned above and below each other in a plurality of layers that are continuous in the vertical direction, the
In such a vibration-damping
Further, in the
If the
In the case of such a large vibration that the
