Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a nebulizer.
An atomizer for electronic cigarettes includes a wick and a heating element wound around the wick in a cylindrical housing (for example, see Patent Document 1). The heating element is a metal wire, and when the current is supplied to the heating element, the liquid material held by the wick is heated. Thereby, the liquid material evaporates, and as a result, the gas derived from the liquid material is ejected from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing.
By the way, if the heating element keeps in contact with the wick holding the liquid material, rust may be generated on the surface of the heating element. The rust generated on the surface of the heating element changes the electric power required for heating the liquid material, the gas component to be ejected, and the like. In addition, the process of winding the wire around the wick in a certain shape or the process of inserting the wick into the coiled wire is troublesome and easily causes defects. In addition, since the wick is only passed through the coiled wire, there is a problem that the wick is easily broken during use, and the performance of the sprayer fluctuates due to the fluctuation.
The present invention was made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a sprayer that can suppress the generation of rust in a heating element, simplify the manufacturing process, and hardly cause fluctuations in performance. And
A sprayer for solving the above problems includes a holding body for holding a liquid material and a cloth-like heating element, and the heating element is wound around the outer surface of the holding body and generates heat by supplying current. Carbon fiber is provided, The heat | fever for vaporizing the said liquid body hold | maintained at the said holding body through the contact of the said carbon fiber and the said holding body is transmitted to the said holding body from the said carbon fiber.
According to the said structure, the heat for vaporizing a liquid is obtained by the heat_generation | fever of carbon fiber. Even if the carbon fiber is kept in contact with the holding body that holds the liquid material, rust is hardly generated on the surface of the carbon fiber, so that the heat generating body can be prevented from rusting when the liquid material is vaporized.
In the sprayer, the heating element has a cloth shape and is wound around the outer surface of the holding body. According to the above configuration, since the heating element does not have a complicated shape like a coil that circulates around the holding body, the shape of the heating element is prevented from deviating from the designed shape, thereby reducing the defective rate of the sprayer. be able to. In addition, the manufacturing process can be simplified because it is only necessary to wrap the cloth-like heating element. Moreover, it can prevent that the shape of the said holding body collapses by winding on an outer surface, and can suppress that the performance of a sprayer fluctuates during use.
In the sprayer, the holding body is a bundling body of holding fibers, and the heating element is formed by weaving holding fibers in which at least a part of an outer surface is covered with the carbon fibers in a cloth shape. May be. According to the said structure, since the outer surface of the said holding body is heated with the carbon fiber of a heat generating body, it is easy to transmit heat to the said holding body, and the liquid body hold | maintained between holding fibers and holding fibers is easy to vaporize.
In the sprayer, the heating element includes a first portion woven with a portion in which an outer surface of the holding fiber is covered in a film shape with the carbon fiber, and an outer surface of the holding fiber is covered with the carbon fiber. And a second part woven with no part. According to the above configuration, since the liquid body is preferentially vaporized from the first portion and the portion of the holding body in contact with the first portion, the liquid body is in a liquid state in contact with the second portion and the second portion. While holding the body, the liquid body can be vaporized from the first portion and the holding body in contact with the first portion.
In the sprayer, the second portion is located on the end side of the holding fiber, the holding fiber is not woven in a cloth shape at the end of the heating element, and the sprayer includes the holding body and the A supply body in contact with an end portion of the heating element, further comprising the supply body that holds the liquid material and supplies the held liquid material from the end portion to the holding body and the heating element. Good.
According to the above configuration, the supply body for supplying the liquid material is in contact with the end portion of the holding fiber, and the end portion of the holding fiber is not covered with the carbon fiber in both the holding body and the heating element. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the liquid material held in the supply body from being vaporized by the supply body, and it is possible to suppress the liquid material supplied to the holding body and the heating element from being vaporized at the end of the holding fiber. Moreover, since the holding fiber of the heating element is not cloth-like at the end portion and is loose, it is easy to come into contact with the supply body. As a result, the supply body easily supplies a desired amount of the liquid material to the holding body and the heating element.
In the sprayer, the first portion may be provided with a hole through which an electric wiring for supplying a current passes. According to the above configuration, the electric wiring can be passed through the hole and fixed when wound on the outer surface of the holding body, and the heating element can be prevented from being unwound.
In the sprayer, the electrical wiring penetrates the heating element through the hole, and a penetrating tip is bent along the outer surface of the heating element in a direction opposite to a direction in which the heating element is wound. May be. According to the above configuration, since the electric wiring is configured to suppress the cloth-like heating element, there is no possibility that the winding of the heating element is loosened or unwound, and there is no possibility that the electric wiring is detached from the heating element. .
The said sprayer WHEREIN: The whole outer surface of the said holding fiber in the said heat generating body may be covered with the said carbon fiber. According to the said structure, the holding fiber by which the whole outer surface was covered with the carbon fiber can be used for manufacture of a heat generating body. That is, when manufacturing the heating element, since it is difficult to be restricted by the position and length of the carbon fiber in the holding fiber, it is easy to manufacture the heating element using the holding fiber.
In the sprayer, the holding fiber may be a glass fiber. According to the above configuration, since the holding fiber is configured by the glass fiber having higher heat resistance than cotton or the like, it is possible to suppress the holding fiber from being burnt by the heat generated by the heating element.
In the sprayer, the carbon fiber may be a carbon nanotube. According to the said structure, it is possible to raise the mechanical tolerance and chemical tolerance in a heat generating body.
According to the present invention, in the sprayer, generation of rust in the heating element can be suppressed. Moreover, a manufacturing process can be simplified and the defective rate of a sprayer can be reduced. Furthermore, it can suppress that the performance of a sprayer fluctuates.
With reference to FIGS. 1-4, one Embodiment which actualized the sprayer is described. Below, the example which actualized the sprayer as a part of spraying apparatus is demonstrated.
[Configuration of spraying device]
The configuration of the spray device will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
The contents corresponding to the application of the
In the
In the
[Configuration of sprayer]
The configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Thus, since the
The
The holding
The ratio of the surface area of the holding
In the
The
The
The resistance value of the
The
At this time, the end portion of the

FIG. 4 shows the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The holding
Each
The
The
The
The
The
As described above, according to one embodiment of the sprayer, the effects listed below can be obtained.
(1) The heat for vaporizing the liquid is obtained by the heat generation of the carbon fibers. Even if the carbon fiber is kept in contact with the holding
(2) The
(3) Since the outer surface of the holding
(4) Since the liquid body is preferentially vaporized from the portion of the holding
(5) The
(6) Since the holding
(7) It is possible to increase mechanical resistance and chemical resistance without losing the shape stability, such as loosening the winding of the

[Heating element 22]

(8) The holding
The
The
