Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for estimating the wheel load of a railway vehicle, and more particularly to a method capable of appropriately estimating a high frequency component.
The wheel load of a railway vehicle is a component force of an up-down direction component in a plane perpendicular to the rail direction among forces acting between the wheel and the rail.
The wheel load is expressed as a sum of a stationary wheel load as a force that supports the weight of the vehicle and a variation generated with the movement of the vehicle.
The wheel load fluctuates due to, for example, irregularity in the flatness of the track in the relaxation curve portion, torsion of the vehicle body, lack of cant, vehicle shake, vibration of unsprung mass, impact, and the like.
The wheel load is information necessary for grasping the running performance of the vehicle and the state of the track. Conventionally, wheel load measurement has been attempted by various methods.
For example, Non-Patent
Non-Patent
As in
On the other hand, when the axle box acceleration is used as in Non-Patent
However, railroad rails are supported by sleepers that are discretely provided in the front-rear direction, and the rigidity of the ballast roadbed on which the sleepers are placed is not uniform. The rigidity (spring constant) of the track will change sequentially.
In the technique described in
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wheel load estimation method capable of appropriately estimating a high frequency component.
In order to solve the above-described problem, the wheel load estimation method of the present invention includes wheel load measurement data measured by a wheel load measuring device that measures the wheel load of the wheel using an output of a strain gauge attached to the wheel, and Estimating the rigidity of the trajectory based on a component having a frequency lower than a predetermined frequency out of the axle box acceleration measurement data measured by the acceleration sensor attached to the axle box that supports the axle provided with the wheel The wheel load including a component having a frequency higher than the predetermined frequency is estimated based on the rigidity of the track and the axle box acceleration measurement data.
According to this, the rigidity of the trajectory is estimated from the measured value of the low frequency component of the wheel load and the axle box acceleration, and the axle box acceleration that can be measured up to a higher frequency than the wheel load, and the estimated trajectory rigidity. Based on the above, it is possible to appropriately estimate the high-frequency component of the wheel load fluctuation that is difficult to directly measure.
In the present invention, the rigidity of the track can be estimated for each of a plurality of locations discretely arranged along the longitudinal direction of the track.
According to this, it is possible to appropriately reflect the influence of the change in the rigidity of the track that changes every moment according to the rolling (progression) of the wheel, and to estimate the wheel load with high accuracy.
Further, the wheel weight estimation method of the present invention is provided with wheel weight measurement data measured by a wheel weight measuring device that measures the wheel weight of the wheel using an output of a strain gauge attached to the wheel, and the wheel is provided. Estimating the rigidity and damping characteristics of the track based on a component having a frequency lower than a predetermined frequency out of the axial box acceleration measurement data measured by the acceleration sensor attached to the axle box supporting the wheel shaft, and the estimated A wheel load including a higher frequency component than the predetermined frequency is estimated based on the rigidity and damping characteristics of the track and the axle box acceleration measurement data.
According to this, in addition to the effect substantially the same as the effect mentioned above, the wheel load can be estimated with higher accuracy by considering the attenuation characteristic of the track.
In the present invention, the rigidity and damping characteristics of the track can be estimated for a plurality of locations discretely arranged along the longitudinal direction of the track.
According to this, it is possible to accurately reflect the influence of changes in the rigidity and damping characteristics of the track that changes every moment according to the rolling (progression) of the wheel, and to estimate the wheel load with high accuracy.
In this invention, the said predetermined frequency can be set as the structure set to the vicinity of the measurement upper limit frequency in the said wheel load measuring device.
According to this, it is possible to accurately estimate the rigidity of the track using the actual measured value of the wheel load up to the vicinity of the measurement upper limit frequency of the wheel load measuring device, and it is possible to improve the estimation accuracy.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a wheel load estimation method capable of appropriately estimating a high frequency component.

The rail R is a member on which the
The sleeper S is a member that is disposed below the rail R and is responsible for maintaining the rail R between the rails and transmitting the load from the rail R to the roadbed.
The sleepers S are, for example, prestressed concrete sleepers (PC sleepers), and a plurality of sleepers S are discretely arranged at predetermined intervals in the traveling direction of the vehicle.
The rail R is attached to the sleeper S via an elastic fastening device (not shown).
Further, a track pad (not shown) is disposed between the lower surface portion of the rail R and the upper surface portion of the sleeper S.
The ballast B is, for example, crushed stone or the like, and constitutes a road bed on which the sleeper S is placed.
Hereinafter, the wheel load estimation method of the present embodiment will be described in detail.
Although the wheel load measurement by the continuous method using the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the spring coefficient c (rigidity) of the track, based on the low-frequency component in the axle box acceleration α detected by the
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an outline of the wheel load estimation method of the embodiment.
Hereinafter, the steps will be described step by step.
<Step S01: Simultaneous measurement of wheel load and axle box acceleration>
First, the measurement of the wheel load p using the
Here, the upper limit frequency f p of the wheel load measurement has a lower frequency than the upper limit frequency f a of the axle box acceleration measurement.
After the measurement and recording of the wheel load p and the axle box acceleration α, the process proceeds to step S02.
f(p|k,c)=α ・・・(式1)
<Step S02: Orbital rigidity estimation>
Next, the spring coefficient k and damping coefficient c of the track are estimated based on the measured and recorded wheel load p and axle box acceleration α measurement data in step S01.
The processing after step S02 can be performed offline, for example, at locations other than on the vehicle such as ground facilities (for example, a laboratory).
When the wheel load p is regarded as a downward load applied to the rail R and the axle box acceleration α is regarded as the vertical vibration acceleration of the rail R, the spring coefficient k and the damping coefficient c of the track are estimated by applying a dynamic model to the track. It is possible.
The axle box acceleration alpha, and wheel load p as
f (p | k, c) = α (Expression 1)
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a dynamic model of a track in the wheel load estimation method according to the embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 5, there are the same number of spring coefficients k and damping coefficients c as the number of fastening devices that traveled during measurement (equal to the number of sleepers S).
In the present embodiment, the trajectory was modeled as having spring elements and damping elements arranged in parallel above and below the sleeper S, respectively.
The axle box acceleration α and the wheel load p can be expressed as a vector in which all measurement data are arranged. For example, if the sampling is 3000 Hz and the time is 0.5 seconds, it is 1500th.
At this time, the spring constant k of the track can be expressed as a matrix of 1500 rows × 1500 columns, for example.
The axle box acceleration alpha, since it is multiplied by the vector of the wheel load p matrix of the spring constant k of the track, the vector of the wheel load p to frequency f p, the axle box acceleration alpha to the frequency f p If the vector is known, it can be estimated.
After estimating the spring coefficient k of the track, the process proceeds to step S03.
p=f−1(α|k,c) ・・・(式2)
<Step S03: Estimating high-frequency wheel load>
Next, using the estimated physical property values such as the spring coefficient k and damping coefficient c and the measured value of the axle box acceleration α, the wheel load p including up to a high frequency is estimated as in the following
p = f −1 (α | k, c) (Formula 2)
FIG. 6 is a graph showing an example of a history of wheel load fluctuation (estimated value), wheel weight fluctuation (measured value) measured by the PQ wheel shaft, and axle box acceleration (measured value) according to the wheel weight estimating method of the embodiment. is there.
As shown in FIG. 6, if the wheel load measurement by PQ wheel axis is relatively low, only measure wheel loads variation of relatively low frequency (lower than the detection limit frequency f p) the resolution of the high-frequency side with respect to the acceleration sensor I can't do it.
In contrast, in the wheel load estimating method embodiments, it is possible to estimate the wheel load variation up to and including measurement upper limit frequency f a substantially same high frequency of the acceleration sensor.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the spring coefficient k and the damping coefficient c of the track are discretely distributed along the traveling direction from the measured values of the relatively low frequency wheel load p and the axle box acceleration α. It is possible to estimate each of the existing measurement points and directly measure based on the axle box acceleration α that allows measurement up to a higher frequency than the wheel load p, and the estimated spring coefficient k and damping coefficient c of the orbit. The high frequency component of the difficult wheel load p can be estimated appropriately.
