Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a ship equipped with an exhaust gas cleaning system and a waste water analyzer.
In recent years, a ship equipped with an exhaust gas cleaning system (hereinafter also referred to as “EGCS”; “EGCS” = Exhaust Gas Cleaning System ”) is known as a countermeasure to environmental regulations for exhaust gas (Patent Document 1). The EGCS includes at least a scrubber body that cleans exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine, an external combustion engine, and the like, and a drain pipe that discharges waste water from the scrubber body.
Further, the ship inspects that the drainage satisfies a predetermined standard. Therefore, the ship is provided with a drainage analysis unit that analyzes the components of the drainage. Such a drainage analysis unit includes at least a drainage analysis pipe that extracts a part of drainage from a drain pipe and a drainage analysis apparatus that analyzes components of the drainage in the drainage analysis pipe.
By the way, the drainage analysis pipe is configured to return the drained drainage to the drain pipe, but receives various resistances until it passes through the drainage analyzer and returns to the drain pipe. Therefore, the conventional drainage analysis pipe is provided with a pump for sending out the wastewater.
However, when the pump is installed in the drainage analysis pipe, there is a problem that the space occupied by the pump in the ship is large and the layout is limited or the cost is increased.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the ship provided with the waste_water | drain analysis part which can return the waste_water | drain in the piping for waste_water | drain analysis to a drain pipe, without installing a pump.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a ship provided with an exhaust gas cleaning system for cleaning exhaust gas, and a waste water analysis unit for analyzing components of waste water discharged from the exhaust gas cleaning system, wherein the exhaust gas The cleaning system includes a scrubber body that cleans the exhaust gas, and a drain pipe that discharges waste water from the scrubber body, and the drainage analysis unit branches from the drain pipe and joins the drain pipe again. And a drainage analysis device for analyzing the components of the wastewater in the drainage analysis pipe, and the inlet side end of the drainage analysis pipe penetrates the drain pipe and the inlet is in the drain pipe. The inflow port is open toward the upstream side in the axial direction of the drain pipe.
According to such a configuration, the pressure (dynamic pressure) of the drainage flowing through the drain pipe acts on the inflow port. Therefore, the drainage in the drainage analysis pipe can be returned to the drain pipe without installing a pump.
Moreover, the said ship WHEREIN: The said inflow port may be perpendicular | vertical with respect to the axial direction of the said drain pipe.
According to the ship of this invention, a ship provided with the waste_water | drain analysis part which can return the waste_water | drain in the piping for waste_water | drain analysis to a drain pipe, without installing a pump can be provided.

The exhaust gas cleaning system (EGCS) 7 is a device that cleans the exhaust gas discharged from the
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the scrubber
As shown in FIG. 1, the exhaust
As shown in FIG. 1, the exhaust
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the scrubber
As shown in FIG. 3, the

As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
From the above, the exhaust gas in the engine
On the other hand, the droplet that has absorbed sulfur oxide (SOx) falls and accumulates at the bottom of the scrubber body 21 (see the broken line arrow in FIG. 3). Then, it passes through the

<Supply Water Analysis Department>
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The supply
The
The
The
<Drainage Analysis Department>
The
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
Specifically, the inlet
Further, the
<Operational effects of this embodiment>
In the
Moreover, since the
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, design changes can be made as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
