Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device, and more particularly to a lighting device provided in an interior of a vehicle.
A lighting device may be provided in the interior of a vehicle such as an automobile. For such an illuminating device, for example, a long light guide as described in
As described in
When the light guide is produced by injection molding as in the above prior art, a convex gate mark is formed in the vicinity of the gate for pouring the injection material provided on the mold. The
If convex gate traces remain on the light guide, light may be reflected from the gate traces, resulting in uneven brightness on the light emitting surface of the light guide.
This invention is made | formed in view of said subject, The objective is to provide the illuminating device which can suppress the nonuniformity of the brightness | luminance in the light emission surface of a light guide.
According to the illuminating device according to the present embodiment, a light-emitting element, a holding member that holds the light-emitting element, and a long light guide that is engaged with the holding member and disposed to face the light-emitting element. The light guide includes a light emitting surface that emits light from the light emitting element, and a side surface connected to the light emitting surface, and the side surface has a convex portion protruding outward. And the said convex part has an inclined surface, and it is solved by the inclination angle of the said inclined surface with respect to the said side surface being larger than 0 degree | times and smaller than 20 degree | times.
According to the illumination device described above, by providing the inclined surface on the convex portion provided on the side surface of the light guide, the reflected light from the convex portion is appropriately dispersed and directed toward the light emitting surface of the light guide. Can do. Thereby, the brightness | luminance difference of the location where the reflected light from a convex part and the location which does not hit can be suppressed. Therefore, according to said illuminating device, the brightness nonuniformity in the light emission surface of a light guide can be suppressed.
In the illumination device, the convex portion has an upper surface extending along a light guide direction of the light guide, and the inclined surface is connected to the upper surface and intersects the light guide direction. It is good to extend in the direction.
In this way, by making the surface intersecting the light guiding direction of the convex portion an inclined surface, the reflected light on the surface intersecting the light guiding direction is dispersed to the light emitting surface. Can be directed. Thereby, the brightness nonuniformity in the light emission surface of a light guide can be suppressed more.
In the above illumination device, each of the convex portions has a first intersecting surface and a second intersecting surface that are connected to the upper surface and extend in a direction intersecting the light guiding direction, and the first intersecting surface. Is further away from the light emitting element than the second intersecting surface, and the first intersecting surface is preferably the inclined surface.
As described above, in the convex part, the side far from the light emitting element among the surfaces intersecting with the light guide direction is an inclined surface, so that the reflected light from the portion having the largest amount of reflected light is dispersed in the convex part. It can be made to face to the light emission surface of a light guide.
In the illumination device, an inclination angle at which the second intersection surface is inclined with respect to the side surface may be equal to an inclination angle at which the first intersection surface is inclined with respect to the side surface.
By doing so, it is possible to make the convex part symmetrical. Thereby, mold formation of a convex part can be made easy.
Further, the light reflected from the second intersecting surface and traveling toward the light emitting surface can be appropriately dispersed. Thereby, the brightness nonuniformity in the light emitting surface can be further suppressed.
In the illuminating device, the light guide body may have a concave groove portion facing the light emitting surface, and at least a part of the convex portion may be between the light emitting surface and the concave groove portion.
By providing the concave groove portion in this way, it is possible to suppress uneven brightness on the light emitting surface when the amount of light directed toward the side surface is increased.
In the illumination device, it is preferable that at least a part of the concave groove portion and the convex portion overlap with each other in the depth direction of the concave groove portion.
By doing so, even when the amount of light reflected from the concave groove portion and directed toward the convex portion is further increased, uneven brightness on the light emitting surface can be suppressed. Therefore, even when the light guide is thinned, unevenness in luminance on the light emitting surface of the light guide can be suppressed.
In the above-described lighting device, the tilt angle may be greater than 0 degree and less than or equal to 10 degrees.
By carrying out like this, the reflected light from a convex part can be disperse | distributed more effectively, and the brightness nonuniformity in a light emission surface can be suppressed further.

As FIG. 3 shows, the illuminating

Moreover, the holding

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the

<導光体40>

As shown in FIG. 8, the
The first
Here, the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 9, a condensing
The end surface side
Furthermore, an end surface side
As shown in FIG. 6, the outer diameter of the end face side
As described above, the
Further, an outer
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the outer
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the outer
The
That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the first projecting
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the outer
Further, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a second position restricting portion that protrudes outward at a position farther from the
As shown in FIG. 9, when the
As shown in FIG. 8, a

Moreover, 48 A of 1st inclined surfaces and 48 B of 2nd inclined surfaces each extend in the direction which cross | intersects with respect to said light guide direction.
That is, the normal direction of the first
Here, the first
In the present embodiment, the first
As shown in FIG. 14, when the first inclined surface 48 </ b> A is inclined with respect to the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 14, by changing the inclination angle θ, the spread of the reflected light on the first inclined surface 48 </ b> A changes, whereby the first light emitting region A and the second light emitting region B on the
Here, the 1st light emission area | region A is an area | region where the reflected light from 48 A of 1st inclined surfaces does not hit, and the 2nd light emission area | region B is an area | region where the reflected light from 48 A of 1st inclined surfaces hits.
FIG. 15 shows the luminance and luminance difference between the first light-emitting area A and the second light-emitting area B when a plurality of inclination angles θ are changed.
Note that the luminance (cd / m 2) shown in FIG. 15 is obtained based on the result of the optical simulation, and FIG. 15 shows the inclination angles θ of 10, 20, and 30 degrees.
As shown in FIG. 15, as the inclination angle θ of the first
And the brightness | luminance difference of the 1st light emission area | region A and the 2nd light emission area | region B can be contained in about 30% by making inclination-angle (theta) smaller than 20 degree | times.
Moreover, the brightness | luminance difference of the 1st light emission area | region A and the 2nd light emission area | region B can be less than 10% because inclination-angle (theta) shall be 10 degrees or less.
From the above results, when the inclination angle θ is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 20 degrees, the luminance difference between the first light emitting area A and the second light emitting area B can be suppressed, and the luminance unevenness can be reduced.
Furthermore, when the inclination angle θ is greater than 0 degree and less than or equal to 10 degrees, the luminance difference between the first light emitting area A and the second light emitting area B can be further suppressed, and the luminance unevenness can be further reduced.
As described above, by setting the inclination angle θ of the first
<まとめ>
<Summary>
The main features of the
