Abstract
Description
The present disclosure relates to a fuel tank support structure.
In the truck (vehicle) described in
In the fuel tank mounting structure described in
Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a fuel tank support structure that can improve the degree of freedom of the layout of the fuel tank while suppressing a decrease in vehicle body rigidity.
In order to solve the above-described problem, the fuel tank support structure according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a vehicle body frame and a fuel tank. The vehicle body frame includes a side member extending in the front-rear direction on one side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, and a cross member extending in the vehicle width direction on the inner side of the side member in the vehicle width direction and having one end fixed to the side member. The fuel tank extends in a predetermined direction intersecting with the extending direction and the vertical direction of either the side member or the cross member, and is supported by the one member. The one member has an opening that penetrates the one member in the predetermined direction or a notch-shaped tank insertion portion that opens to one side in the vertical direction while penetrating in the predetermined direction. The tank insertion portion defines a tank insertion space that allows the fuel tank to be inserted in the predetermined direction. The fuel tank is supported by the one member in a state in which at least a part of the fuel tank is inserted through the tank insertion space of the one member.
In the above-described configuration, either the side member or the cross member has a tank insertion portion having an opening shape or a notch shape, and the tank insertion portion defines a tank insertion space that allows the fuel tank to be inserted. The fuel tank is supported by one member in a state where at least a part of the fuel tank is inserted through the tank insertion space of the one member. As described above, since at least a part of the fuel tank is inserted into the tank insertion space of one member, the fuel tank extending in the direction intersecting with the one member (the predetermined direction) is disposed on the one member. Therefore, it is possible to improve the flexibility of the layout of the fuel tank.
Moreover, the tank insertion part of one member is an opening shape or a notch shape. That is, since the tank insertion portion does not divide one member into two members, one side in the extending direction and the other side, it is possible to suppress a decrease in vehicle body rigidity by that amount.
A second aspect of the present invention is the fuel tank support structure according to the first aspect, wherein the tank insertion portion is formed in a shape along the outer surface of the fuel tank. The fuel tank is fixed to the one member in a state where the outer surface of the fuel tank is in contact with the inner surface of the tank insertion portion of the one member.
In the above configuration, the fuel tank is fixed to one member in a state where the outer surface of the fuel tank is in contact with the inner surface of the tank insertion portion of one member, so that the fuel tank is inserted into the opening or notch of the one member. It can function as a reinforcing material for the part. For this reason, the fall of vehicle body rigidity can be suppressed.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fuel tank support structure according to the second aspect, wherein the fuel tank is disposed in the internal space of the fuel tank and is substantially collinear with the one member in the extending direction. It has a tank internal reinforcement. Ends on both sides in the extending direction of the in-tank reinforcement are fixed to the inner surface of the fuel tank.
In the above configuration, the in-tank reinforcing portion disposed in the internal space of the fuel tank extends along the extending direction substantially on the same line as one member, and ends of the tank reinforcing portion on both sides in the extending direction. Is fixed to the inner surface of the fuel tank, the tank insertion portion of the opening or notch of one member can be reinforced by the in-tank reinforcement portion. For this reason, the fall of vehicle body rigidity can be suppressed.
A fuel tank support structure according to a fourth aspect of the present invention includes a vehicle body frame, at least two fuel tanks, and a tank connecting member. The vehicle body frame includes a side member extending in the front-rear direction on one side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, and a cross member extending in the vehicle width direction on the inner side of the side member in the vehicle width direction and having one end fixed to the side member. The two fuel tanks extend in a predetermined direction intersecting with the extending direction and the vertical direction of either the side member or the cross member, and are arranged in parallel with each other in the extending direction. Each is fixed. The tank connecting member connects the two fuel tanks. The one member has at least two notch-shaped tank insertion portions opened in one of the vertical directions in a state of penetrating in the predetermined direction. The tank insertion portion defines a tank insertion space that allows the fuel tank to be inserted in the predetermined direction. The two fuel tanks are fixed to the one member in a state where a part of the fuel tank is inserted through the tank insertion space of the one member. The tank connecting member is disposed in the vicinity of the one member, and connects the regions on the one side in the vertical direction with respect to the tank insertion space of the one member of at least two fuel tanks.
In the above configuration, either the side member or the cross member has a notch-shaped tank insertion portion, and the tank insertion portion defines a tank insertion space that allows the fuel tank to be inserted. The two fuel tanks are fixed to one member in a state in which a part of the fuel tank is inserted through the tank insertion space of the one member. As described above, since a partial region of the fuel tank is inserted into the tank insertion space of one member, the fuel tank extending in the direction intersecting with the one member (the predetermined direction) is disposed on the one member. It can be arranged at the height position so as to intersect with one member. For this reason, the freedom degree of the layout of a fuel tank can be improved.
In addition, since the tank insertion portion of one member is notched, two members, one side of the extending direction and the other side, are arranged in order to arrange the fuel tank at a height position intersecting with the one member. Unlike the case of dividing into members, it is possible to suppress a decrease in vehicle body rigidity.
The tank connecting member is disposed in the vicinity of one member, and connects the above-mentioned one side regions in the vertical direction with respect to the tank insertion space of one member of at least two fuel tanks. That is, the tank connecting member connects the regions exposed to the one side from the tank insertion space of one member of the two fuel tanks in the vicinity of the one member, so that one member is moved in the vertical direction. The rigidity of one member with respect to the input of a load to be bent can be assisted by the tank connecting member, and a decrease in the rigidity of the vehicle body can be suppressed.
A fuel tank support structure according to a fifth aspect of the present invention includes a side member and a plurality of fuel tanks. The side member has a rear region extending in the front-rear direction behind the rear wheel of the vehicle, and extends in the front-rear direction on one side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle to form a skeleton of the vehicle body. The plurality of fuel tanks extend in the vehicle width direction and are supported by the rear regions of the side members in a state of being arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction. The rear region of the side member defines a first tank insertion space that allows insertion of the first fuel tank arranged at the rearmost side among the plurality of fuel tanks in the vehicle width direction and is opened downward. The first tank insertion portion. The first fuel tank is supported on the side member side in a state where a partial region on the upper side of the first fuel tank is inserted through the first tank insertion space of the side member. The height position of the lower end of the first fuel tank is higher than the height position of the lower end of the second fuel tank arranged immediately before the first fuel tank among the plurality of fuel tanks.
In the above configuration, the rear region of the side member defines a first tank insertion space that allows the first fuel tank, which is disposed at the rearmost among the plurality of fuel tanks, to be inserted in the vehicle width direction, and is opened downward. The cut-out first tank insertion portion is provided. The first fuel tank is supported on the side member side in a state where a partial region on the upper side of the first fuel tank is inserted through the first tank insertion space of the side member. As described above, since a partial region on the upper side of the first fuel tank is inserted into the first tank insertion space of the side member, the first fuel tank extending in the vehicle width direction is disposed at a height position where the side member is disposed. It is possible to arrange the first fuel tank and the side member so as to intersect with the side member.
Further, the first tank insertion portion of the side member has a notch shape. That is, since the first tank insertion portion does not divide the side member into the front and rear parts, it is possible to suppress the decrease in the rigidity of the vehicle body by that amount.
The height position of the lower end of the first fuel tank disposed at the rearmost side among the plurality of fuel tanks is higher than the height position of the lower end of the second fuel tank disposed immediately before the first fuel tank. . For this reason, it is possible to suppress the influence of the first fuel tank on the departure angle of the vehicle (the angle of the tangent line connecting the lowest part of the vehicle in the rear overhang of the vehicle and the ground contact surface of the rear wheel with respect to the ground).
Further, since a part of the upper side of the first fuel tank is inserted into the first tank insertion space of the side member, the first fuel tank is placed below the side member without providing the first tank insertion space in the side member. Unlike the arrangement, the upper end of the first fuel tank can be arranged at a high position, and the capacity of the first fuel tank can be increased upward.
A sixth aspect of the present invention is the fuel tank support structure according to the fifth aspect, wherein the rear region of the side member has a second tank insertion space that allows the second fuel tank to be inserted in the vehicle width direction. A notched second tank insertion portion that is partitioned and opened downward is provided in front of the first tank insertion portion. The second fuel tank is supported on the side member side in a state where a portion of the upper side of the second fuel tank is inserted through the second tank insertion space of the side member. The vertical length of the second fuel tank is longer than the vertical length of the first fuel tank.
In the above configuration, since a part of the upper side of the second fuel tank is inserted into the second tank insertion space of the side member, as in the first fuel tank, the second fuel tank is suppressed while suppressing a decrease in vehicle body rigidity. The degree of freedom of tank layout can be improved.
Further, since a part of the upper area of the second fuel tank is inserted into the second tank insertion space of the side member, the capacity of the second fuel tank can be increased upward as in the first fuel tank. .
Further, the vertical length of the second fuel tank is longer than the vertical length of the first fuel tank. For this reason, a space that is partitioned between the tangent line connecting the lowermost part of the vehicle in the rear overhang of the vehicle and the ground contact surface of the rear wheel and the lower surface of the side member and that expands up and down toward the front side is effectively used. Thus, the capacity of the second fuel tank can be ensured.
According to the present disclosure, it is possible to improve the degree of freedom in the layout of the fuel tank while suppressing a decrease in the rigidity of the vehicle body.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the left and right
In the fuel tank support structure configured as described above, the
Moreover, the
Further, since the
Also, an internal reinforcing
Further, the
Thus, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the degree of freedom of the layout of the
In this embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the fuel tank support structure according to the present disclosure is applied to a structure in which the plurality of
Further, in this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
Next, 2nd Embodiment of this invention is described based on drawing. The fuel tank support structure of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a plurality of
As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the fuel tank support structure according to this embodiment includes a plurality of
In the
The plurality of
In the tank fixed state, the height positions of the upper ends of the
In the fuel tank support structure configured as described above, at least a part of the
Moreover, the
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the degree of freedom of the layout of the
Further, in the tank fixed state, the
Moreover, since the height position of the lower end of the plurality of
Further, since a part of the upper side of the
Further, the vertical length (diameter) of the
In the present embodiment, the height positions of the upper ends of the
In the present embodiment, the three
In the present embodiment, the height position L2 of the lower end of the
In the present embodiment, all the
Moreover, you may provide the tank connection member which connects the area | regions exposed downward from
