Claims (15)
- ワイヤを接続するクリンプであって、少なくとも1つの圧着バレルを備え、前記圧着バレルは、少なくとも1つのベースと、前記ベースから延びる少なくとも2つの対向する側壁とを備え、前記側壁は、前記ワイヤの周囲で曲がるように適合され、したがって前記対向する側壁の端部が、互い違いの継ぎ目に沿って互いに係合するようになっている、クリンプ。
- 前記対向する側壁の前記端部は、前記圧着バレルの外面に少なくとも1つの盛り上がり区域および少なくとも1つの窪み区域を備え、したがって第1の側壁の前記盛り上がり区域が、第2の側壁の前記窪み区域に係合するようになっている、請求項1に記載のクリンプ。
- 前記窪み区域は、噛合面を備えている、請求項2に記載のクリンプ。
- 前記互い違いの継ぎ目は、前記側壁を固定し、噛合区間を形成する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のクリンプ。
- 前記圧着バレルは、前記側壁の内面および外面に少なくとも1つの盛り上がり区域および少なくとも1つの窪み区域を備えている、請求項1に記載のクリンプ。
- 前記盛り上がり区域および前記窪み区域は、前記クリンプの前記ベースまで延びている、請求項2または5に記載のクリンプ。
- 前記圧着バレルは、Fクリンプワイヤバレルである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のクリンプ。
- 前記窪み区域の深さが、側壁厚さの1/3〜1/2である、請求項2または5に記載のクリンプ。
- ワイヤを接続するクリンプを形成する方法であって、圧着バレルのベースを前記ワイヤの周囲で曲げるステップを含み、したがって前記ベースから延びる少なくとも2つの対向する側壁が、互い違いの継ぎ目に沿って互いに係合するようになっている、方法。
- 前記側壁の端部は、前記圧着バレルの外面に盛り上がり区域および窪み区域を有し、したがって第1の側壁の前記盛り上がり区域が、第2の側壁の前記窪み区域に係合するようになっている、請求項9に記載のクリンプを形成する方法。
- 前記窪み区域は、噛合面を有している、請求項10に記載のクリンプを形成する方法。
- 前記互い違いの継ぎ目は、前記側壁を固定し、噛合区間を形成する、請求項11に記載のクリンプを形成する方法。
- 前記圧着バレルは、前記側壁の内面および外面に少なくとも1つの盛り上がり区域および少なくとも1つの窪み区域を備えている、請求項9に記載のクリンプを形成する方法。
- 前記圧着バレルは、Fクリンプワイヤバレルである、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載のクリンプを形成する方法。
- 前記窪み区域の深さが、側壁厚さの1/3〜1/2である、請求項10または13に記載のクリンプを形成する方法。
