As a method of detecting the flow rate of fluid, various methods such as differential pressure type, ultrasonic type, Coriolis type, and impeller type are known. Among other things, various methods have been proposed in Patent Documents 1 to 5 below for impeller type flow rate detection.

It is done.
In the following Patent Documents 2 and 3, an impeller type flow detector is proposed in which the error of the negative tendency in the low flow rate region is improved and the accuracy on the flow meter side is improved.

In the above-described proposed method for impeller-type flow rate detection, although the magnitude of the flow rate is taken into consideration, the characteristics of the pump that causes the fluid to flow are not taken into consideration. For example, in a diaphragm pump, a tube pump, etc., it is known that pulsation occurs in the fluid to be delivered, but in the above-mentioned proposed method, a question arises as to whether detection accuracy can be maintained for the pulsating fluid.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a technique capable of detecting the flow rate with high accuracy without depending on the characteristics of the pump.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. In addition, each embodiment listed below is each illustration, and this invention is not limited to the structure of the following each embodiment.
In the following description, for convenience of description, the vertical direction (vertical direction) is indicated according to one usage mode of the impeller-type flow sensor according to each embodiment in which the axial direction of the impeller is the vertical direction.
First Embodiment
The impeller-type flow sensor (it may be abbreviated as a flow sensor hereafter) 10 which concerns on 1st embodiment is demonstrated suitably using drawing.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an impeller
The fluid to be detected by the
The
The
A
Similarly, a

Likewise, the materials of the inflow and outflow tubes are not limited.

In addition to the inflow path and the outflow path described above, the

In the joined state of the

<Structure of Impeller>
4 (a) is a perspective view of the
The
In the
Here, the “tangential flow type” is one of the methods of rotating the impeller with fluid, in which the flow direction of the fluid and the axial direction of the impeller are orthogonal (they do not have to be completely orthogonal). As another method, there is an axial flow type in which the fluid flow direction and the axial direction of the impeller are the same.
Further, in the present embodiment, seven
In order to stably rotate the impeller, it is desirable to provide a large number of blades for receiving the fluid. On the other hand, in the case where the detection target is a minute flow rate, it is necessary to reduce the size of the entire impeller, so that the number of blades provided on the impeller may be limited. If it is attempted to provide a large number of blades while reducing the overall size of the impeller, the dimensions of the individual blades become minute, which causes problems in manufacturing and cost.
Therefore, as in the present embodiment, many vanes (
Furthermore, each of the
Here, the “micro flow rate” preferably indicates a flow rate of less than 0.5 L (liter) / min (minute), more preferably, a flow rate of less than 0.1 L / min, and still more preferably 10 ml (milliliter) Indicates less than / min (minutes).
In addition, the
Therefore, the
As described above, by providing the closed portion (annular plate portion 49) on the upper end side in the axial direction of the

A toroidal magnet (not shown) in which N and S poles are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction is fitted into the

Hereinafter, the structure of the fluid channel formed in the

Further, the opening area of the
As described above, by making the opening area of the
Furthermore, instead of reducing the flow path cross-sectional area sharply at the

As described above, at a position within the width (within the thickness (vertical length) of the impeller 40) of each blade of the

Therefore, as described above, by providing the
Furthermore, since the flow velocity is low around the rotating

Second Embodiment
Hereinafter, a flow rate control system (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the present system) 1 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7: is a figure which shows notionally the structure of the flow control system 1 which concerns on 2nd embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 7, the present system 1 has a tube pump 2, a
The tube pump 2 is a device for delivering a fluid to a flow path at a desired flow rate (instantaneous flow rate). The flow channel provided with the tube pump 2 may be a circulation flow channel or a non-circulation flow channel.
The tube pump 2 rotates the eccentric rotor and sequentially presses the elastic tube to push out the fluid in the tube, while the tube in the non-pressed portion is released to flow the fluid in the tube. Operates with a mechanism of suction. Therefore, pulsation may occur in the fluid delivered by the tube pump 2.
In the present embodiment, a small tube pump 2 corresponding to a minute flow rate is employed. Even if such a tube pump 2 is adopted, according to the present system 1, a minute flow rate can be stably supplied. For example, a tube pump 2 is used which has an outer diameter of about 1 mm to 3 mm, a discharge flow rate of about 2 ml / min to 100 ml / min, and a discharge pressure of 100 kPa. However, the tube pump 2 available in the present system 1 is not limited to only such a small tube pump, and may be a tube pump that can handle a larger flow rate.
The
The
The
Since the tube pump 2 repeats compression and release with respect to the tube in principle of operation, the restoring force of the tube decreases with time of use, and the output flow rate tends to decrease even at the same rotational speed . Note that this tendency becomes gradual when the flow rate decreases to a certain level, and the output flow rate also becomes stable.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, flow control is performed so as to maintain a stable flow rate by feeding back a detection signal from the
Specifically, the
Here, the flow rate estimated based on the detection signal from the
For example, the

However, the specific control method by the
また、制御回路7は、上述のような処理を実行可能なFPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)として実現されてもよい。
The
In addition, the
The desired flow rate described above may be set by a hardware switch such as a rotary switch, or may be input by a user operation via a user interface device such as a touch panel. A hardware switch or user interface device can be connected to the
Thus, in the second embodiment, the tube is maintained such that the desired flow rate is maintained based on the detection signal output from the
Further, as described in the first embodiment, the
Therefore, according to the second embodiment, it is possible to maintain a long and stable flow rate even in a system in which the tube pump 2 that generates pulsation and corresponds to a minute flow rate is used.
