Claims (4)
- 円筒状のヨークと、前記ヨークから径方向内側に周方向等間隔で突出する複数のティースとを有し周方向に隣接するティース間にスロットが形成されているステータコアにおいて、屈曲部と前記屈曲部から延びる2本のリード部とを含むU字型の導線であるセグメントコイルの各リード部を2つのスロットに挿入した状態で前記ステータコアの軸方向端面から突出している前記リード部の端部を前記ステータコア側に押し曲げるコイル曲げ装置であって、
前記ステータコアの軸方向端面から突出した前記リード部の端部を前記ステータコア側に押し曲げるコイル曲げ部材と、
前記スロット内のセグメントコイルを前記ステータコアの径方向内側から前記スロット内の前記ヨークへ向けて押圧固定するコイル押圧機構と、を備える、
コイル曲げ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のコイル曲げ装置において、
前記コイル押圧機構は、前記スロット内のセグメントコイルを径方向外側に押圧固定するコイル押圧部材と、前記コイル押圧部材を径方向に移動可能に保持する円筒状の保持部材と、前記保持部材の内側において軸方向に移動可能に設けられ、前記保持部材の内周側傾斜面に当接するテーパー状の外周面を有する軸方向移動部材と、前記軸方向移動部材を軸方向に移動させる駆動手段と、を備える、コイル曲げ装置。 - 請求項2に記載のコイル曲げ装置において、
前記コイル押圧部材には、周方向に貫通して軸方向に伸びるスリットが形成されている、コイル曲げ装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載のコイル曲げ装置において、
前記スロット内には絶縁シートがスロット内壁面に沿って設けられ、前記絶縁シートの径方向内側の両端は前記スロットの径方向開口部に対向して開いた状態で配置されており、前記コイル押圧部材の径方向外側端部の軸方向端面には前記絶縁シートの両端間に差し込まれるガイド突起が形成されている、コイル曲げ装置。
