Abstract
Description
上述の通り、本実施形態に係るスイッチング電源1は、入力端Iから電圧Vinを入力させるためのスイッチング素子11を含む電圧変換器10を備え、スイッチング素子11におけるスイッチング周波数を所定の変動範囲で変動させるスぺクトラム拡散機能を有する。スイッチング電源1は、スイッチング周波数の変動範囲を設定し、入力端Iから入力される電圧Vinの値が所定の閾値以上である場合、設定した変動範囲の下限値を上昇する周波数設定部24と、周波数設定部24により設定された変動範囲内においてスイッチング周波数を変動させてスイッチング素子11を駆動させるための制御信号を発生する信号発生器21と、を有する。

Claims (6)
- 入力端から電圧を入力させるためのスイッチング素子を含む電圧変換器を具備し、前記スイッチング素子におけるスイッチング周波数を所定の変動範囲で変動させるスぺクトラム拡散機能を有するスイッチング電源において、
前記スイッチング周波数の変動範囲を設定し、前記入力端から入力される電圧の値が所定の閾値以上である場合、設定した前記変動範囲の下限値を上昇する周波数設定部と、
前記周波数設定部により設定された前記変動範囲内において前記スイッチング周波数を変動させて前記スイッチング素子を駆動させるための制御信号を発生する信号発生器と、
を具備するスイッチング電源。 - 前記周波数設定部、及び電源電圧を供給する定電圧源の間に接続されたプルアップ抵抗と、
前記周波数設定部、及び前記プルアップ抵抗の間に設けられた制御端子と、をさらに具備し、
前記周波数設定部は、前記制御端子において発生する電圧であって、前記制御端子に接続された外部装置に含まれる抵抗の値、前記プルアップ抵抗の値、及び前記電源電圧の値から算出される電圧の値に応じて前記スイッチング周波数の変動範囲を設定する、請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源。 - 前記周波数設定部は、前記制御端子において発生する電圧の値が所定の閾値未満である場合、前記変動範囲を設定しない、請求項2に記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記周波数設定部は、前記制御端子において発生する電圧に応じて前記スイッチング周波数の変動範囲を段階的に広げて設定し、段階的に広げて設定した前記変動範囲を基準として、前記入力端から入力される電圧の値が所定の閾値以上である場合に基準とする前記変動範囲の下限値を上昇する請求項2、又は3に記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記外部装置は、前記電圧変換器から出力される電圧の供給を受ける、請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチング電源。
- 前記周波数設定部は、外部電源において発生した任意の電圧の値に応じて前記スイッチング周波数の変動範囲を設定する、請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源。
