Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a current sensor and a watt-hour meter that are easy to manufacture, less susceptible to external magnetic fields, and have a wide range of linearity of current detection characteristics.
Conventionally, as a current sensor used, a configuration in which a magnetoelectric conversion element such as a Hall element is disposed in a current transformer (current transformer: CT) or a gap portion of a magnetic flux collecting core, or in a gap portion of a magnetic flux collecting core There is a configuration having an element in which a coil pattern is formed on a winding coil or a dielectric substrate. In particular, in the method of arranging a magnetoelectric conversion element such as a Hall element or an element having a coil pattern formed on the substrate in the gap portion of the magnetic flux collection core, it is electrically separated from the circuit through which the primary current flows. Therefore, the present invention is excellent in that the current can be accurately measured without affecting the circuit on the primary current side. Furthermore, the method of arranging the element on which the coil pattern is formed is characterized in that it is excellent in linearity and temperature characteristics, has a small number of parts, and is easy to manufacture (see Patent Document 1).
In the current sensor described in
By the way, in the current sensor in which the magnetic conversion element is disposed in the gap portion of the magnetic flux collection core, the magnetic flux generated in the gap portion is determined by the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic flux collection core and the shape of the gap portion. By setting the distance of this gap portion to several mm, it is possible to obtain relatively good current detection characteristics with linearity, but the linearity of current detection characteristics by the nonlinearity to the magnetic field of the magnetic substance used in the magnetic flux collection core There is a problem that may be worse.
Specifically, when a large current flows through the current bar, the magnetic saturation of the magnetic material used in the magnetic flux collection core lowers the magnetic permeability, and the magnetic flux generated in the gap also decreases accordingly. The flux generated with respect to the current is not in an ideal proportional relationship, and the linearity is deteriorated.
In general, the magnetic permeability of the magnetic body is maximized at a predetermined magnetic field according to the material, and the initial permeability is smaller than the maximum permeability. Therefore, even when a small current flows, the magnetic flux generated is reduced due to the low permeability, and the magnetic flux generated with respect to the measured current is not in an ideal proportional relationship, and the linearity of the current detection characteristic is deteriorated. Do.
There is a method of arranging an air core coil around a current bar and measuring an induced voltage generated according to a change in magnetic flux, as a Rogowski coil etc., as a current sensor free from these problems. However, if a Rogowski coil is used, it is necessary to form the coil so as to surround the current bar, and a dedicated winding machine and winding jig according to the coil shape and coil dimensions are required. There is a problem that manufacturing is not easy.
In addition, if the winding of the Rogowski coil is uneven, the problem of being susceptible to the positional deviation of the current bar occurs, and there is a problem that it is not easy to manufacture a current sensor with high accuracy. Furthermore, when the Rogowski coil is disposed, one end of the annular coil is divided to be disposed so as to surround the current bar. However, in order to reduce winding unevenness as much as possible, it is preferable that the air core coil not be split at one end of the annular coil, otherwise it is necessary to pass the current bar through the central cavity. The problem is that the degree of assembly is low and the assemblability is poor.
In general, it is necessary for current measurement to improve the accuracy of current measurement that the current sensor is not influenced by an external magnetic field other than the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the current bar.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a current sensor and a watt-hour meter that are easy to manufacture, are less susceptible to external magnetic fields, and have a wide range of current detection characteristics in a wide range. To aim.

Further, the current sensor according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the above invention, a plurality of the pair of substrates are arranged.
The current sensor according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the above invention, the coil pattern surface on which the coil pattern is formed is perpendicular to the magnetic flux generated by the current bar.
In the current sensor according to the present invention, in the above invention, the return line from the end of the connection line connecting the coil patterns in series is arranged along the connection line up to the start of the connection line. It is characterized by being arranged.
Further, the current sensor according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the above invention, the connection line or / and the return line are disposed to pass through the center of the coil pattern.

Further, according to a watt-hour meter according to the present invention, the amount of power flowing through the current bar is determined based on the current signal detected by the current sensor described in any one of the above inventions and the voltage signal detected by the voltage sensor. It is characterized by calculating.
According to the present invention, since the pair of substrates on which the same coil pattern is formed are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the current bar, manufacture is easier as compared with the Rogowski coil, and it is affected by the external magnetic field. It is difficult to realize a current sensor and a watt-hour meter having a wide range of linearity of current detection characteristics without magnetic saturation since no magnetic material is used.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

The coil patterns formed on the
As shown in FIG. 3, the coil patterns formed on the
Since the winding directions WA of the

The terminal TD2 is connected to the terminal T63 which is a via via the

As shown in FIG. 9, the terminal T11 which is an input / output terminal of the
Thus, the
(Number of boards)
In the embodiment and the modification described above, the pair of
In the above embodiment and modifications, the
In addition, although the coil pattern in said embodiment and modification was rectangular spiral shape, it is not restricted to this, the shape of spiral is arbitrary, for example, circular spiral shape may be sufficient. However, a rectangular spiral coil pattern is preferable because it can have a larger area for passing the magnetic flux than a circular coil pattern.
In the embodiment and the modification of the present invention, since no magnetic material is used, a current sensor with excellent linearity and excellent accuracy in a wide current range can be realized without being affected by the non-linearity of the magnetic material. Further, in the present embodiment and the modification, a pair of substrates on which a coil pattern of the same shape is arranged is disposed symmetrically with respect to the axis C of the

P=VRS・IR+VTS・IT
=(VR−VS)・IR+(VT−VS)・IT
=VR・IR+VS・(−IR−IT)+VT・IT
=VR・IR+VS・IS+VT・IT
The three-phase power P determined by the two-power meter method is
P = VRS IR + VTS IT
= (VR-VS)-IR + (VT-VS)-IT
= VR · IR + VS · (-IR-IT) + VT · IT
= VR · IR + VS · IS + VT · IT
It becomes the same as having calculated | required the electric power which totaled the electric power of each phase.
