Abstract
Description
・保護のための部品の表面に固締される金属織布と、
・保護されるべき部品の表面に同様に固締されるグリッドを形成するために、スロットを付けられ、引き伸ばされている金属シートから作られるエキスパンドメタルグリッドと、
・その伝導率を増加させるために保護されるべき部品の表面に、金属粒子、たとえばニッケル粒子を堆積させることによって作られる導電層と、
・雷アークの着弾点を分散させるのに適した部品の表面で多数の小さな点を形成するように保護するための複合材料部品の強化のため繊維組織に直接織られる金属繊維と
によって構成される雷保護コーティングが見出されることになる。
・導電性塗料の少なくとも1つの層を備える第1のコーティングと、
・第1のコーティングに堆積され、熱絶縁性および導電性の材料を備える第2のコーティングと
を備える、雷保護装置を提案する。
・導電性塗料の少なくとも1つの層を備える第1のコーティングを、保護用の構造体に堆積させるステップと、
・第2のコーティングを第1のコーティングに堆積させるステップであって、第2のコーティングが熱絶縁性および導電性の材料を備える、ステップと
を含む、方法を提供する。
・この実施例においては、第1のプライマー201、メタリック塗料202の層、および第2のプライマー203によって構成される第1のコーティングと、
・周囲の熱流束から第1のコーティングを保護する第2のコーティング205と
を含む。
Claims (8)
- 保護用の構造体(100)に配置するための雷保護装置(200)であって、少なくとも、
導電性塗料(202)の少なくとも1つの層を備える第1のコーティングと、
第1の表面コーティングに堆積され、熱絶縁性および導電性の材料を備える第2のコーティング(204)と
を備える、雷保護装置。 - 第2のコーティング(204)が、0.1Wm−1K−1よりも小さい熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2のコーティング(204)が、200オームよりも小さい表面抵抗率を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 高温環境で動作することになる雷検知構造体(100)であって、それの少なくとも一部には、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の雷保護装置(200)が設けられることを特徴とする、雷検知構造体。
- 次のスラスタ要素、すなわちノズル、アフターボディ、およびシュラウドのうちの少なくとも1つを構成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の構造体。
- 保護用の構造体(100)に雷保護装置(200)を製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
導電性塗料(202)の少なくとも1つの層を備える第1のコーティングを、保護用の構造体に堆積させるステップと、
第2のコーティング(204)を第1のコーティングに堆積させるステップであって、第2のコーティングが熱絶縁性および導電性の材料を備える、ステップと
を含む、方法。 - 第2のコーティング(204)が、0.1Wm−1K−1よりも小さい熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 第2のコーティング(204)が、200オームよりも小さい表面抵抗率を有することを特徴とする、請求項6または請求項7に記載の装置。
