Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hybrid four-wheel drive vehicle that includes an internal combustion engine as a driving force source and a motor or a motor having a power generation function, and can travel by driving front wheels and rear wheels.
An example of this type of hybrid vehicle is described in FIG. In the hybrid vehicle, an engine, a clutch, a drive motor, an automatic transmission, and a transfer are arranged in order from the engine side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a rear propeller shaft extends from the transfer to the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. . A rear wheel is connected to the rear propeller shaft via a rear differential. A front propeller shaft is disposed in parallel with the above-described rear propeller shaft, and the front propeller shaft and the rear propeller shaft are connected to each other through a transfer so as to transmit torque. The front propeller shaft extends forward from the transfer in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a front wheel is connected to the front propeller shaft via a front differential. The front propeller shaft is positioned on one side of the drive motor or automatic transmission in the width direction of the vehicle, and is adjacent to the drive motor or automatic transmission.
In the hybrid vehicle described in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1, for example, during parallel running, the engine output is assisted by the torque of the drive motor, and during deceleration, energy regeneration is performed by the drive motor. In other words, since the driving torque is output by one drive motor and energy regeneration is performed, the so-called power running function and regeneration function of the drive motor cannot be optimized, and energy is lost. There is a possibility. Therefore, in order to optimize each function described above and suppress energy loss, it is conceivable to add another motor that performs energy regeneration in addition to the drive motor. For example, it is conceivable to provide another motor on the front propeller shaft. However, in the configuration described in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1, the front propeller shaft is disposed adjacent to the drive motor and the automatic transmission. Interference between the drive motor and automatic transmission and other motors is likely to occur, and space is limited. Moreover, in order to suppress the interference mentioned above, for example, another motor must be reduced in size, and the amount of energy regeneration will decrease. Furthermore, if another motor is arranged on the rear side of the front propeller shaft in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, interference with other members arranged on the rear side in the front-rear direction of the vehicle may occur. In addition, if another motor is arranged on the rear side in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the other motor is located at a position away from the center or the center of gravity of the power train, so the natural frequency as a whole of the power train is reduced. There is a possibility that. If the natural frequency of the power train is reduced, resonance between the vibration frequency input from the drive wheel during traveling and the natural frequency of the power train tends to occur, and the NVH characteristics may be deteriorated.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above technical problem, and can reduce the space restriction on the motor for performing energy regeneration as much as possible, increase the amount of energy regeneration, and An object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid four-wheel drive vehicle capable of preventing or suppressing deterioration of NVH characteristics.
To achieve the above object, the present invention includes an engine, a first propeller shaft connected to the engine and extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body to transmit the torque of the engine to a first drive wheel, A second propeller shaft that is arranged in parallel with the one propeller shaft and transmits the engine torque to the second drive wheel; and a transfer that transmits the engine torque from the first propeller shaft to the second propeller shaft. In a hybrid four-wheel drive vehicle, an electric motor having a power generation function configured to transmit torque to the second propeller shaft, and an opposite side of the engine across the transfer in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body on the second propeller shaft To the number of rotations of the second propeller shaft. A transmission mechanism configured such that the number of rotations of the motor is high. The motor is disposed between the transfer and the transmission mechanism in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body on the second propeller shaft. It is characterized by that.
According to the present invention, the transfer, the electric motor, and the transmission mechanism are arranged in this order from the front side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body in the second propeller shaft, and the electric motor is connected to the second propeller shaft via the transmission mechanism. Since the transmission mechanism is configured such that the rotation speed of the motor is higher than the rotation speed of the second propeller shaft, a low-torque / high-rotation type motor, that is, a miniaturized one is used as the motor. It can be employed, and space constraints can be reduced. As a result, the mountability of the motor can be improved by avoiding or suppressing interference between the motor and other members arranged on the vehicle body. In addition, when the electric motor is rotated by the traveling inertia force, the amount of regenerative energy in the electric motor can be increased by making the rotational speed of the electric motor high. Further, a heavy electric motor is disposed at a position close to the center or the center of gravity of the power train as a whole. Therefore, the natural frequency of the power train can be increased, and resonance between the frequency of vibration input from each drive wheel and the natural frequency of the power train when the vehicle is traveling can be prevented or suppressed. That is, the deterioration of NVH characteristics can be prevented or suppressed.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a power train of a hybrid four-wheel drive vehicle according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The example shown here is a four-wheel drive vehicle based on a so-called FR (front engine / rear drive) vehicle in which the engine 1 is arranged in the front-rear direction of the
A
The engine 1 and the
A
The
A second motor / generator (MG2) 13 corresponding to the electric motor in the embodiment of the present invention is connected to the
In the example shown here, the above-mentioned second motor /
The
Accordingly, in the configuration shown in FIG. 1, the second motor /
Further, according to the hybrid vehicle configured as described above, when the second motor /
(Second Embodiment)
The example shown in FIG. 2 is an example in which the
Also in the configuration shown in FIG. 2, the
(Third embodiment)
In the example shown in FIG. 3, the
