試験例2 メイラード反応阻害活性の測定
抽出例2で得られた各植物エキスは、試験例1の方法に従って、メイラード反応阻害活性を測定した。ただし、各植物エキスはDMSOの代わりに各抽出溶媒に溶解し、検体調製には、DMSOの代わりに各抽出溶媒を用いた。試料溶液中の植物エキスの最終濃度は10、5、2、0.2、0.1μg/mLとなるよう調製した。また、陽性対照として、アセンヤクノキ(心材)およびヌルデ(虫えい)のメタノール抽出エキスを用い、陰性対照として、検体の代わりに抽出溶媒を用いた。
