Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging box and a packaging body for packaging a plurality of beverage containers and the like.
In the packaging box described in
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the packaging box and package which can reduce the burden on a finger | toe, and can be opened easily, suppressing the unintentional fracture | rupture.
A packaging box according to the present invention is a packaging box including a top surface portion and a bottom surface portion facing each other, a back surface portion and a front surface portion facing each other, and a first side surface portion and a second side surface portion facing each other, and The portion includes a first upper flap portion extending from the top surface portion toward the bottom surface portion, a first lower flap portion extending from the bottom surface portion toward the top surface portion and spaced apart from the first upper flap portion, and a back surface portion. Is a pressing portion that is positioned between the first upper flap portion and the first lower flap portion and is folded to the top surface portion side, an end side on the first side surface portion side from the pressing portion, and an end side on the second side surface portion side A pair of first break lines extending to the first side surface portion, and the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion are connected to the pair of first break lines and extend from the rear side edge to the front side edge. The front surface portion is connected to a pair of second break lines and is connected to the end on the first side surface portion side. It has a 3rd breaking line extended to the edge by the side of the 2nd side part, and a pushing part is located in the position where at least one part of a pushing part is overlapped with the 1st upper flap part when folded in the top surface part side .
In this packaging box, the push-in portion folded into the top surface side is between the first upper flap portion and the first lower flap portion on the back surface, that is, the region that does not overlap the first upper flap portion and the first lower flap portion. Therefore, it is possible to easily push in the pushing portion as compared with the case where it is located in a region overlapping with the first upper flap portion and the first lower flap portion. In addition, the pushing portion and the pair of first breaking lines on the back surface portion, the pair of second breaking lines on the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion, and the third breaking line on the front surface portion are connected to each other. By pulling up the finger that pushed the part, these break lines break sequentially, and the packaging box can be separated into a bottom box part that is a part on the bottom face side and a top box part that is a part on the top face part side. it can. Thereby, a packaging box can be opened. And when a pushing part is folded in the top | upper surface part side, at least one part of a pushing part overlaps with a 1st upper flap part. As a result, the thickness of the part where the push-in part is folded can be increased, so that the finger is burdened when the finger that pushes the push-in part is pulled up to separate the packaging box into the bottom box part and the top box part. Can be reduced. Further, unintentional breakage such as breakage of the part where the finger is hooked can be suppressed, and it can be opened easily.
The back surface portion further includes a first back surface portion extending from the first side surface portion toward the second side surface portion, and a second back surface portion extending from the second side surface portion toward the first side surface portion. The first back surface portion and the second back surface portion may be formed. In this packaging box, the back part has a first back part and a second back part, and the pushing part is formed by the first back part and the second back part. The part can be formed.
The pushing part may have a pushing break line whose both ends are connected to the pair of first break lines. In this packaging box, since the pushing portion has a pushing break line, the pushing portion can be easily pushed by breaking the pushing break line. Since the indentation break line is connected to the pair of first break lines, the pair of first break lines can be broken by lifting the finger as it is after pushing the push portion with the finger.
The pushing portion may have a first guide ruled line extending along an end side of the first upper flap portion on the first lower flap portion side. In this packaging box, since the pushing portion has the first guiding ruled line extending along the first lower flap portion side edge of the first upper flap portion, when the pushing portion is pushed, the pushing portion shows the first guiding ruled line. It is bent as the starting point. Thereby, a pushing part can be easily folded in the top | upper surface part side.
The pushing portion may have a second guide ruled line that is located on the first lower flap side of the first guide ruled line and extends in parallel with the first guide ruled line. In this packaging box, since the pushing portion has the second guiding ruled line that is located on the first lower flap portion side of the first guiding ruled line and extends in parallel with the first guiding ruled line, the pushing portion is packaged when pushed. If it interferes with an article to be packaged that is packaged in a box, it is folded at the second guide ruled line. Thereby, it can suppress that a pushing part is hooked on a to-be-packaged item and cannot fold into the top | upper surface part side.
The pair of first break lines may be inclined in a direction away from the first upper flap portion from the pushing portion toward the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion. When the first upper flap part and the pair of first break lines are close to each other and the end side of the first upper flap part and the pair of first break lines are arranged in parallel, a large load is applied to the packaging box. At this time, since the end side of the first upper flap portion tries to bend the pair of break lines, the load resistance of the packaging box may be lowered. However, in this packaging box, the pair of first break lines are inclined in a direction away from the first upper flap portion as they go from the push-in portion toward the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion. Lines are difficult to bend. Thereby, it can suppress that the load resistance of a packaging box falls.
The first upper flap portion is a pair of third guides extending toward the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion while being inclined from the position on the first side surface portion side and the second side surface portion side to the top surface portion side relative to the pushing portion. You may have a ruled line. In this packaging box, the first upper flap portion extends toward the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion while inclining from the position on the first side surface portion side and the second side surface portion side to the top surface portion side from the pushing portion. Since it has a pair of 3rd guidance ruled lines, if the finger which pushed in the pushing-in part is pulled up, the 1st upper flap part will be bent by a pair of 3rd guidance ruled lines. As a result, the opening width between the bottom box portion and the top box portion separated by the pair of first break lines is increased, and the pair of first break lines is easily broken, thereby improving the opening of the packaging box. be able to.
The back surface portion includes a first back surface portion extending from the first side surface portion toward the second side surface portion, and a second back surface portion extending from the second side surface portion toward the first side surface portion. The second back surface portion is a pair of fourth guide ruled lines extending toward the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion while inclining from the position on the first side surface portion side and the second side surface portion side to the top surface portion side from the pushing portion. You may have. In this packaging box, the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion are inclined from the position on the first side surface portion side and the second side surface portion side to the top surface portion side with respect to the push-in portion. Therefore, when the finger that has pushed the push-in part is pulled up, the first back surface part and the second back surface part are bent by the pair of fourth guide ruled lines. As a result, the opening width between the bottom box portion and the top box portion separated by the pair of first break lines is increased, and the pair of first break lines is easily broken, thereby improving the opening of the packaging box. be able to.
The second break line includes a back portion side second break line portion extending from the back portion toward the front portion, and a front portion side second break line portion extending from the back portion side second break line portion toward the front portion side. The breaking strength per unit distance of the back surface side second breaking line portion may be smaller than the breaking strength per unit distance of the front surface side second breaking line portion. In this packaging box, when the finger that has pushed the push-in portion is pulled up, the second break line portion on the back surface side is first broken on the second break line, and then the second break line portion on the front surface side is broken. And since the breaking strength per unit distance of the back part side second breaking line part is smaller than the breaking strength per unit distance of the front part side second breaking line part, the front part side second breaking line part causes the packaging box to The second break line can be easily broken by the back surface side second break line part while maintaining the load resistance.
The pair of second breaking lines may extend linearly while inclining from the back surface side toward the front surface portion side toward the bottom surface portion side. In this packaging box, the pair of second breaking lines extend linearly while inclining from the back surface side toward the front surface portion side toward the bottom surface portion side, so that the packaging box can be manufactured while ensuring ease of manufacture. When the box is opened and the top box part is removed, the height of the front side of the bottom box part can be reduced. Thereby, when placed on a merchandise display shelf or the like, it is possible to make the packaged article easier to see. In addition, since the first side surface portion and the end sides of the second side surface portion formed by breaking the pair of second break lines are formed in a straight line, the design of the bottom box portion after opening is improved. be able to.
The first side surface portion and the second side surface portion may have a pair of fifth guide ruled lines extending toward the top surface portion and the back surface portion side on the top surface portion side of the pair of second break lines. In this packaging box, since the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion have a pair of fifth guide ruled lines extending toward the top surface portion and the back surface portion side on the top surface portion side of the pair of second break lines, the pushing portion When the finger that has pushed in is pulled up, the first side surface portion and the second side surface portion are bent by a pair of fifth guide ruled lines. As a result, the opening width between the bottom box portion and the top box portion separated by the pair of second break lines is increased, and the pair of second break lines are easily broken, thereby improving the opening of the packaging box. be able to.
The third break line may be formed in a curved shape that is convex toward the bottom surface. In this packaging box, when the third breaking line is formed in a curved shape that protrudes toward the bottom surface, when the packaging box is opened and the top box part is removed while ensuring the ease of manufacturing of the packaging box Furthermore, the height of the front surface portion of the bottom box portion can be reduced. Thereby, when placed on a merchandise display shelf or the like, it is possible to make the packaged article easier to see. And since the edge of the front part formed by breaking a 3rd breaking line is formed in curvilinear form, the design property of the bottom box part after opening can be improved.
A package according to the present invention includes any one of the above packaging boxes and a plurality of bottle-type beverage containers packaged in the packaging box. In this package, since a plurality of bottle-type beverage containers are packaged in the above-mentioned packaging box, the burden on the finger can be reduced when the packaging box is opened.
The pushing part may be located at a position where folding into the inside of the packaging box is not hindered by the bottle-type beverage container. In this package, since the pushing part is located at a position where the folding into the inside of the packaging box is not hindered by the bottle type beverage container, when the pushing part is pushed, the pushing part is inside the packaging box by the bottle type beverage container. It can be suppressed that it becomes difficult to be folded into the wall.
According to this invention, while being able to reduce the burden on a finger, it can open easily, suppressing the unintentional fracture | rupture.

[Back side]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the
The pushing
The pushing
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, FIG. 10, and FIG. 11, the

The first guiding ruled
The second guiding ruled
Although the position and length of the pushing
As shown in FIG.1 and FIG.3, the

As shown in FIG. 8, the first
[First side portion and second side portion]
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the first
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The ratio of the lengths of the back surface side second
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7, the first
[Front section]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 6, the
[How to open]
Next, a method for opening the
First, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the finger is pushed into the pushing
Thus, in the
Moreover, since the
Moreover, since the pushing
Moreover, since the pushing
Moreover, since the pushing
Further, since the pair of
Further, the first
In addition, the first
Further, when the finger that has pushed the push-in
Moreover, since a pair of
The first
Further, since the
Moreover, since the pushing

(Comparative Example 1)
As Comparative Example 1 of the present invention, a wrap round type packaging box having the same size as the packaging box of Example 1 was produced. In the packaging box of Comparative Example 1, as opening means, a pair of upper and lower first and second cut lines extending all around the front surface portion, the first side surface portion, the back surface portion, and the second side surface portion, and a pair of upper and lower first surfaces. And a third cut line connected to the second cut line.
The packaging box of Comparative Example 1 can be opened by the following procedure. First, a finger is put in the third cut line and a part of the first and second cut lines is broken to form a strip-shaped broken piece. Next, the first and second cut lines are broken around the entire circumference of the packaging box by picking and pulling the strip-shaped broken pieces. Thereby, since the part by the side of a bottom face part and the part by the side of a top | upper surface are isolate | separated, a packaging box is opened by removing the broken piece and the part by the side of a top | upper surface from the part by the side of a bottom face part.
