[R−O(−CH(CH3)−CH2O−)n(CH2−CH2O−)p−]1+xP(=O)(OH)2−x (I)
(式中、
Rは、8〜12個の炭素原子を含む、直鎖または分岐、好ましくは直鎖の飽和または不飽和炭化水素系基であり、
nは、6〜20の、整数であってもなくてもよい、数であり、
pは、4〜25の、整数であってもなくてもよい、数であり、
xは、0〜1、特に0.1〜0.9の数である)
に相当するポリマーを含む、ポリマー組成物である。
R−O(−CH(CH3)−CH2O−)n(CH2−CH2O−)p−P(=O)(OH)2
のモノエステルおよび式:
[R−O(−CH(CH3)−CH2O−)n(CH2−CH2O−)p−]2P(=O)OH
のジエステルの混合物を含む。
[CH3−(CH2)11−O−(CH(CH3)−CH2O−)n(−CH2−CH2O−)p]1+x−P(=O)(OH)2−x (Ia)
(式中、n、pおよびxは、上述の意味を有し、xは、一般に0.1〜0.9である)に相当する。

式(Ib)のポリマーを含む組成物
ステップ1:アルコキシル化(プロポキシル化、次いでエトキシル化)
以下の反応物質を、反応物質の合計質量に対して質量による百分率で示された比率で使用した:
ラウリルアルコールCH3−(CH2)11−OH:21.4%
水酸化カリウム:0.1%
プロピレンオキシド:47.3%
エチレンオキシド:31.1%
酢酸:0.1%
以下の反応物質を、反応物質の合計質量に対して質量による百分率で示された比率で使用した。
ステップ1で形成されたラウリルアルコールアルコキシレート:94.25%
H3PO2、50%水溶液:0.2%
P2O5:4.85%
水:0.5%
過酸化水素:0.2%
実施例1のポリマー組成物の特性
先の実施例で合成されたポリマー組成物を、以下の条件下でのエマルジョンの調製に使用した。
エマルジョンE1およびエマルジョンE2のエマルジョンごとの短期安定性(30分後)および長期安定性(40℃で、7日後)を以下のとおりに評価した。
I安定性=100−クリーム相の体積(mlで表す)−5x油相の体積(mlで表す)−5x水相の体積(mlで表す)
95〜「非常に安定」
80〜95「許容できる」
80未満で60まで「あまり安定でない」
60未満「不安定」
であると言う。
遠心ポンプ、およびシリンダの底部の近くに側面出口を備えた水ジャケット付きの2lのメスシリンダを使用した試験により、泡立ち傾向を評価した。エマルジョンをシリンダ中に1000mlの目盛り線まで導入し、それらをシリンダの底部にある出口を介して250l/時間の流量でポンピングし、1000mlの目盛り線の上390mmの高さから、シリンダ中にポンプを介して再注入した。2000mlの目盛り線に到達する泡の形成を得ることを目的として、5時間の最大継続時間t最大にわたって、ポンピングを行った:
・ポンピング最終時間tP
第1の場合、t2000および第2の場合、t最大に等しい。
・ポンピング最終体積VP
第1の場合、V最大および第2の場合、V5時間に等しい。
・15分間の静止後の泡の体積VR
第1の場合、V最大および第2の場合、V5時間に等しい。
・初期泡レベル指数IM:
IM=100-10x(1+log(VP/tP)
・消泡指数ID:
ID=100x(VP−VR)/VP
それらをASTM D2670法を使用して評価した。
エマルジョンE1およびE2を、3種類のアルミニウムベース合金、すなわち、合金2024、合金6061および合金7075に対して試験した。
Claims (10)
- 以下の式(I):
[R−O(−CH(CH3)−CH2O−)n(CH2−CH2O−)p−]1+xP(=O)(OH)2−x (I)
(式中、
Rは、8〜12個の炭素原子を含む、直鎖または分岐の、飽和または不飽和の炭化水素系基であり、
nは、6〜20の、整数であってもなくてもよい、数であり、
pは、4〜25の、整数であってもなくてもよい、数であり、
xは、0〜1、特に0.1〜0.9の数である)
に相当するポリマーを含む、ポリマー組成物。 - R基が、好ましくは直鎖の、飽和またはモノ不飽和アルキル基である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリマーが、以下の式(Ia):
[CH3−(CH2)11−O−(CH(CH3)−CH2O−)n(−CH2−CH2O−)p]1+x−P(=O)(OH)2−x (Ia)
(式中、n、pおよびxは、請求項1に定義されたとおりである)に相当する、請求項2に記載の組成物。 - nが、6.5〜15、例えば、7〜10である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- pが、4.5〜20、例えば、4.5〜10である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- nが、7.5に等しく、pが、5に等しい、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ポリマーが、以下の式(Ib):
[CH3−(CH2)11−O−(CH(CH3)−CH2O)7,5(−CH2−CH2O−)5]1+x−P(=O)(OH)2−x (Ib)
(式中、xは、請求項1に定義されたとおりである)に相当する、請求項6に記載の組成物。 - 金属の加工または形状化のための潤滑配合物、好ましくは潤滑エマルジョンにおける、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 配合物が、金属の切断のための潤滑配合物である、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 配合物が、アルミニウムの加工または形状化、特に切断のための潤滑配合物である、請求項8または9に記載の使用。
