Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年7月5日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2016−0084809号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。
図1を参照すれば、本発明の望ましい実施例によるバッテリーパックは、複数のセルモジュール100を有するセルモジュールアセンブリ、セルモジュール100を支持するパック構造物10、セルモジュール100と接触するように配置された冷却水パイプ110、及び冷却水パイプ110から冷却水が漏水したとき、それを吸収してバッテリーの故障を防止する安全装置である吸収体130を含む。

Claims (13)
- 所定の間隔で配列された複数のセルモジュールを有するセルモジュールアセンブリと、
前記セルモジュールアセンブリを囲んで支持するパック構造物と、
前記セルモジュールと接触するように配置された冷却水パイプと、
前記パック構造物内に設けられ、前記冷却水パイプで冷却水の漏水が発生したときそれを吸収する吸収体と、
を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記吸収体は、前記冷却水を吸収して固形化した状態で維持する高吸収性樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記冷却水パイプは、隣接したセルモジュールの間に配置され、
前記吸収体は、前記セルモジュールの下部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セルモジュールアセンブリの下部に位置する放熱プレートをさらに含み、
前記吸収体は、前記セルモジュールと前記放熱プレートとの間に介在されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記吸収体に前記冷却水が吸収されたことを感知する水分感知センサーが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記水分感知センサーは、前記吸収体の内部に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記水分感知センサーは、ワイヤ状、バー状または板状からなり、前記吸収体の内部に水平に配列されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記吸収体の両端に隣接した部分に対する縫製処理によって、断面が円形または楕円形である収容部が前記吸収体の長さ方向に延びて形成され、前記水分感知センサーが前記吸収体の前記収容部に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記吸収体は、前記セルモジュールの底面を支持可能な長方形本体を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 冷却流路が備えられたバッテリーパックに設けられるものであって、
セルモジュールの下部に配置される本体を有する吸収体と、
前記吸収体の内部に挿入されて、前記吸収体に漏水された冷却水が吸収されたことを感知する水分感知センサーと、
を含むバッテリーパックの安全装置。 - 前記水分感知センサーは、ワイヤ状、バー状または板状からなって、前記吸収体の内部に水平に配列されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパックの安全装置。
- 前記吸収体の両端に隣接した部分に対する縫製処理によって、断面が円形または楕円形である収容部が前記吸収体の長さ方向に延びて形成され、前記水分感知センサーが前記吸収体の前記収容部に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパックの安全装置。
- 前記吸収体は、前記セルモジュールの底面を支持可能な長方形本体を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパックの安全装置。
