Claims (9)
- 相互積層される複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーセルアセンブリ、
前記バッテリーセルアセンブリの少なくとも一側に取り付けられ、前記複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に連結するためのインターコネクションボード、
前記インターコネクションボードに設けられ、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリの温度を測定するための温度センサが貫通される温度センサ取付溝、及び
前記温度センサ取付溝の底部に備えられ、前記温度センサが貫通するとき、前記温度センサと対向するバッテリーセルとの干渉を防止するための誤組付け防止部、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記誤組付け防止部は、
前記インターコネクションボードの底部から前記複数のバッテリーセルに向かって突出し、前記温度センサが貫通できるように前記温度センサ取付溝と連通するセンサ貫通孔を備える防止部本体、及び
前記防止部本体に備えられ、前記インターコネクションボードを取り付けるとき、対向するバッテリーセルを前記センサ貫通孔の外側に押し付けるセンサ組付けガイド、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センサ組付けガイドは、前記対向するバッテリーセルに向かって傾いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センサ組付けガイドに対向するバッテリーセルは、前記インターコネクションボードを取り付けるとき、前記センサ組付けガイドと接触しながら前記センサ組付けガイドの上方に摺動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センサ組付けガイドは、前記防止部本体の外側面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記防止部本体の外径は、前記バッテリーセルアセンブリに向かって次第に減少することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記誤組付け防止部は、前記インターコネクションボードと一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリーモジュール、及び
前記少なくとも1つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするためのパックケース、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 請求項8に記載のバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
