− 高温ガスに曝露可能な第1面と、第1面の反対側に配置された第2面と、衝突板の縁部を収容するための第1座部と、を有する基体を提供するステップであって、基体は、第2面の対向する二つの縁部の各々において段差部を備え、段差部はそれぞれ、衝突板の第1座部として溝を備え、溝は、互いに向かい合う対向する第1開口を有し、溝はそれぞれ第2開口を有し、衝突板の対向する縁部は、第2開口を通って、対応する溝へ挿入可能であり、基体は、衝突板のタブの自由端を受ける専用の第2座部を備え、第2座部は、屈曲可能な保持タブが解放されたときに、本体に対する衝突板の移動をブロックするように構成される、ステップと、
− 衝突板を提供するステップであって、衝突板は、衝突板の残部から保持タブの自由端へ延在する屈曲可能な保持タブを備える、ステップと、
− 衝突板が最終組立て位置に到達するまで、第2面から離れる方向に保持タブを一時的に持ち上げながら、衝突板を溝へ挿入して溝に沿ってスライドさせるステップと、
− 保持タブの自由端が第2座部に収まって自由端が本体に対する衝突板のさらなる移動をブロックして妨げるように、保持タブを解放する又は屈曲させるステップと、

Claims (8)
- 高温ガスに曝露可能な第1面(14)と、前記第1面(14)の反対側に配置された第2面(16)と、衝突板(32)の縁部(39)を収容するための第1座部と、を有する基体(12)を備えるガスタービン用の冷却可能な壁部要素(10)であって、
前記壁部要素(10)は、前記第1座部へ部分的に挿入される衝突板(32)をさらに備え、前記衝突板は、前記第2面(16)に対して所定距離のところで隣接して配置され、基体(12)に取り外し可能に取り付けられており、
前記基体(12)は、前記第2面(16)の対向する二つの縁部(20)の各々において段差部(18)を備え、前記段差部(18)はそれぞれ、前記衝突板(32)の前記第1座部として溝(22)を備え、前記溝(22)は、互いに向かい合う対向する第1開口を有し、前記溝(22)はそれぞれ第2開口(24)を有し、前記衝突板(32)の対向する縁部(39)は、前記第2開口(24)を通って、対応する前記溝(22)へ挿入可能であり、
前記衝突板(32)は、屈曲可能な保持タブ(42)を備え、前記保持タブ(42)は、前記衝突板(32)の残部から前記保持タブ(42)の自由端(44)へ延在し、
前記基体(12)は、前記保持タブの前記自由端(44)のための第2座部(28)を備え、前記第2座部(28)は、前記屈曲可能な保持タブ(42)が解放された場合に、前記本体(12)に対する前記衝突板(32)の移動をブロックするように構成されている、壁部要素(10)。 - 前記第2面(16)上に配置された前記第2座部(28)は、前記保持タブ(42)の前記自由端(44)に隣接するように配置されるピン(30)を備え、前記ピン(30)は、前記本体(12)に対する前記保持タブ(42)の前記移動を妨げる、請求項1に記載の壁部要素(10)。
- 前記第2座部(28)は、台部(53)を備え、前記保持タブ(42)は、自由端に孔部(51)を備え、前記保持タブが解放された場合に、前記台部が前記孔部へ延在することにより、前記本体に対する前記衝突板の前記移動をブロックする、請求項1又は2に記載の壁部要素(10)。
- 前記自由端(44)は、ハンドルを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の壁部要素(10)。
- 前記保持タブ(42)は、スロット(34)によって前記衝突板(32)の残部から部分的に分離され、前記スロットは、前記衝突板(32)の前記縁部(38)のうち一方に配置された外端(36)と、前記外端(36)と反対側に位置する内端(40)と、を備え、前記内端(40)は、鍵穴形状を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の壁部要素(10)。
- 高温ガスに曝露可能な壁部を備えるタービンブレード、タービン翼、リングセグメント(50)、又は燃焼器シェル要素であって、前記壁部は、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の壁部要素(10)に則って構成されている、タービンブレード、タービン翼、リングセグメント(50)、又は燃焼器シェル要素。
- 冷却可能な壁部を有する基体(12)に衝突板(32)を組み付ける方法であって、
− 高温ガスに曝露可能な第1面(14)と、第1面(14)の反対側に配置された第2面(16)と、衝突板(32)の縁部(39)を収容するための第1座部と、を有する基体(12)を提供するステップであって、前記基体(12)は、前記第2面(16)の対向する二つの縁部(20)の各々において段差部(18)を備え、前記段差部(18)はそれぞれ、前記衝突板(32)の前記第1座部として溝(22)を備え、前記溝(22)は、互いに向かい合う対向する第1開口を有し、前記溝(22)はそれぞれ第2開口(24)を有し、前記衝突板(32)の対向する縁部(39)は、前記第2開口(24)を通って、対応する前記溝(22)へ挿入可能であり、前記基体(12)は、衝突板(32)のタブの自由端(44)を受ける専用の第2座部(28)を備え、前記第2座部(28)は、屈曲可能な保持タブ(42)が解放された場合に、前記本体(12)に対する前記衝突板(32)の移動をブロックするように構成される、ステップと、

− 前記衝突板(32)が最終組立て位置に到達するまで、前記第2面(16)から離れる方向に前記保持タブ(42)を一時的に持ち上げながら、前記衝突板(32)を前記溝(22)へ挿入して前記溝(22)に沿ってスライドさせるステップと、
− 前記保持タブ(42)の自由端(44)が前記第2座部(28)に収まり、前記自由端(44)がブロックされて、前記本体に対する前記衝突板(32)のさらなる移動を妨げるように、前記保持タブ(42)を解放する又は屈曲させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の冷却可能な壁部(10)の前記基体(12)から衝突板(32)を取り外す方法であって、
− 第1に、弾性的又は塑性的に前記保持タブ(42)を持ち上げるステップと、
