Abstract
Description
a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
を含む組成物を用いて土壌、種子、植物、および/または植物部位を処理することにより、芝草のイエロースポット病害などのイエロースポットによる植物または作物の損傷を低減または防除する方法を提供する。
a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
を含む組成物を用いて土壌、種子、植物、葉、および/または植物部位を処理することにより、植物の色および品質を向上させる方法を提供する。
a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
の相乗的組合せを含む組成物をさらに提供する。
a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
を含む相乗的組成物を用いて土壌、種子、植物、および/または植物部位が処理される、イエロースポット病害を低減もしくは防除する方法ならびに/または植物の品質および色を向上させる方法などの本明細書に記載の方法を提供する。
a)約2〜4.5fl.oz/1000ft2の施用量のプロパモカルブ−HClと、
b)約6〜24oz/1000ft2の施用量の5%バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
を含む組成物組合せが植物部位に施用される、本明細書に記載の方法を提供する。
(a)プロパモカルブ−ヒドロクロリドまたはプロパモカルブ−HClは、プロピル[3−(ジメチルアミノ)プロピル]カルバメートヒドロクロリドという化学名を有する既知の化合物であり、次式(Ia):
(b)プロパモカルブ−ホセチレートまたはジメチル−(プロポキシカルボニルアミノ)プロピル]アンモニウムO−エチルホスホネートは、次式(Ib):
(c)プロパモカルブのリン酸誘導体、たとえば、ジメチル−[3−(プロポキシカルボニルアミノ)プロピル]−アンモニウムホスフェートおよびジメチル−[3−(プロポキシカルボニルアミノ)プロピル]アンモニウムホスホネート。
(d)プロパモカルブのすべての殺菌活性の有機塩または無機塩。
他の態様では、本開示は、本明細書に開示される化合物または組成物のいずれかを含む、それから本質的になる、またはそれからなるキットを提供する。一態様では、キットは、実施例1〜2または図1〜3に記載の化合物または組成物の組合せのいずれかを含む。他の態様では、キットは、これらの実施例および図の方法に一致するように施用される実施例1〜2または図1〜3に記載の組成物を提供する。他の態様では、キットは、本明細書に記載の組成物または方法の使用に関する説明書または手引きを提供する。
実施例1は、グリーンの高さの芝生クリーピングベントグラス(アグロスティス・パルストリス(Agrostis palustris)の「ペンクロス」および「ペンイーグル」)の品質向上に及ぼすバチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)およびプロパモカルブ−HClの効果を開示する。
実施例2は、グリーンの高さの芝生クリーピングベントグラス(アグロスティス・パルストリス(Agrostis palustris)のA1)の品質向上に及ぼすバチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)およびプロパモカルブ−HClの効果を開示する。
芝生の品質は、以下の表2に示される(および図2に示される)。イエロースポットの蔓延は、6月下旬に起こり9月まで持続した。防除範囲内で最も高い重症度は、7月16日に20.9%と観測された。9月2日、プロパモカルブ−HCl+バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)処理およびバチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)(単独)は、表3(および図3)に示されるように対照と比較して有意に少ないイエロースポットを呈した。プロパモカルブ−HCl+バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)は、6月18日に芝生の品質を向上させた。
Claims (19)
- a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
を含む組成物を用いて土壌、種子、植物、および/または植物部位を処理する工程を含む、植物または作物におけるイエロースポットを低減または防除する方法。 - 成分(a)がプロパモカルブ−HClである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- c)約2〜約4.5fl.oz/1000ft2の施用量のプロパモカルブ−HClと、
d)約6〜約24oz/1000ft2の施用量の5%バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
を含む組成物を用いて土壌、種子、植物、および/または植物部位を処理する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - a)約2fl.oz/1000ft2の施用量のプロパモカルブ−HClと、
b)約12.9oz/1000ft2の施用量の5%バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
を含む組成物を用いて土壌、種子、植物、および/または植物部位を処理する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記組成物が茎葉処理として施用される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が1つ以上の芝草葉への処理として施用される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、
a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
の相乗的組合せを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記組成物が、
a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
の相乗的組合せを含み、
前記組成物が、a)プロパモカルブおよびb)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)の同一の個別施用量の予想量と比較してイエロースポット損傷を相乗的に低減する、請求項7に記載の方法。 - a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
の相乗的組合せを含む組成物。 - a)プロパモカルブと、
b)バチルス・ファーマス(Bacillus firmus)と
