Claims (11)
- 電気又は電子制御式機器を省エネルギーパッシブ状態からアクティベートするための装置、特には、ロック及び/又はアンロックのためのシステム、特には、アクセス及び/又は認可のための、及び/又は、無線リモートコントロール、フロントドアのコントロール、自動車等のための他のサービスのためのシステムであって、前記装置内の第1のデバイスと、電子キー、IDトランスポンダ、又はチップカード等のタイプで設計される、関連する第2のデバイスと、
を備え、意図する動作のための両デバイスは、電磁信号用の送信機及び/又は受信機を有する装置において、
前記第1のデバイスは、第1の送信時間間隔内に第1のデータプロトコルを有しかつ第1のサイクル時間を有する、前記第2のデバイスのアクティベート及び/又は認証用の第1の周期反復信号を送信することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記第2のデバイスは、前記第2のデバイスの定められた第1の受信時間間隔にわたる周期反復受信モードを有し、好ましくは、前記第2のデバイスの前記受信時間間隔は、前記第1のデバイスの前記第1のデータプロトコルの前記第1の送信時間間隔より長いこと
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の装置であって、
前記第1のデバイスは、第2の送信時間間隔内に第2のデータプロトコルを有しかつ第2のサイクル時間を有する、前記第2のデバイスの認証用の第2の又はそれ以上の周期反復信号を送信し、前記第1の送信時間間隔は、前記第2の送信時間間隔より短く、前記第1のサイクル時間は、前記第2のサイクル時間より短いことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1、2、又は3に記載の装置であって、
前記第2のデバイスの第1の受信時間間隔は、実質的に、前記第1のデータプロトコルの前記第1の送信時間間隔の倍数であることを特徴とする装置。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第2のデバイスの前記第1の受信時間間隔は、前記第2のデバイスのアクティベートのための前記第1のデバイスの前記第1のサイクル時間に実質的に対応することを特徴とする装置。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第1のデバイスの前記第1のデータプロトコルを受信した後、前記第2のデバイスは、第2の受信時間間隔中に受信モードのままであり又は受信モードになり、前記第2の受信時間間隔内で、前記第2のデータプロトコルを有する、前記第2のデバイスの認証用の前記第1のデバイスの前記第2の又はそれ以上の信号が、前記第2のデバイスによって完全に受信され得ることを特徴とする装置。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第1のデータプロトコルを受信した後の前記受信モードにおける前記第2のデバイスの前記第2の受信時間間隔は、前記第1のデバイスの前記第2の又はそれ以上の信号の前記第2のサイクル時間に実質的に対応することを特徴とする装置。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第1のデバイスの前記第2の又はそれ以上の信号は、2つ以上のブロックに分割されることを特徴とする装置。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第2のデバイスの前記第1の受信時間間隔と前記第1のデバイスの前記第2の送信時間間隔とが少なくとも部分的にオーバラップする場合、前記第2のデバイスは、第3の受信時間間隔中に、受信モードのままであり又は受信モードになり、前記第3の受信時間間隔内で、前記第2のデータプロトコルを有する、前記第1のデバイスの前記第2の又はそれ以上の信号が、前記第2のデバイスによって完全に受信され得ることを特徴とする装置。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第1の信号及び/又は前記第2の信号用のキャリア波の周波数は、VHF範囲(30MHz〜300MHz)及び/又はUHF範囲(300MHz〜3GHz)にあることを特徴とする装置。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記第1の信号及び/又は前記第2の信号用のキャリア波の周波数は、100MHzより高い、好ましくは433.05MHz〜434.79MHzのISM帯内にある、及び/又は、902MHz〜928MHzのISM帯内にあることを特徴とする装置。
