Claims (15)
- 通路(7)によって接続された血流入口(5)および血流出口(6)を有するポンプケーシング(2)と、

前記インペラ(3)が、前記インペラ(3)の第1の軸方向端部にある第1の軸受(10)、および前記第1の軸受(10)から軸方向で離間した第2の軸受(20)によって、前記ポンプケーシング(2)内で回転可能に支持され、
前記第1の軸受(10)が、前記回転軸(9)に沿って延在すると共に前記インペラ(3)および前記ポンプケーシング(2)の一方に接続された突出部(11)と、前記インペラ(3)および前記ポンプケーシング(2)の他方にあるキャビティ(13)とを備え、前記突出部(11)が、前記第1の軸受(10)および前記第2の軸受(20)が同じ軸方向で軸方向力を受けるように配置されるようにして、前記キャビティ(13)を係合する拡大部分(12)を備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記拡大部分(12)がキャビティ(13)内に封入されることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記キャビティ(13)のサイズおよび形状が前記拡大部分(12)に対応することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記拡大部分(12)が少なくとも部分的に球状であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記拡大部分(13)が前記キャビティ(13)にスナップ嵌めされることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記第2の軸受(20)が、前記ポンプケーシング(2)の軸受表面(22)に面する前記インペラ(3)の軸受表面を備える接触型軸受であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記第2の軸受(20)がピボット軸受であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記回転軸(9)に沿って延在すると共に前記回転軸(9)を中心にして回転可能であって、前記インペラ(3)が上に装着されたシャフト(14)を更に備え、前記シャフト(14)が、前記第1の軸受(10)の一部を形成する第1の端部部分(19)と、前記第2の軸受(20)の一部を形成する第2の端部部分(24)とを有することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項8に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(14)の前記第1の端部部分(19)が前記拡大部分(12)を備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項9に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(14)が、前記拡大部分(12)の外径に実質的に等しい外径を有し、前記突出部(11)が、前記拡大部分(12)と前記シャフト(14)の残りとの間に配置される首部を形成することを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(14)の前記第2の端部部分(24)が前記第2の軸受(20)の軸受表面(23)を備え、前記軸受表面(23)が凹状であることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記キャビティ(13)の壁が、ギャップ(18)によって分離された少なくとも2つの区画(17)を備え、前記ギャップ(18)が、前記通路(7)と流体接続しており、血液が前記キャビティ(13)に入ることを可能にすることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記第2の軸受(20)から離れる軸方向を指す磁石(40、41)間の反発磁力が生じるように、前記拡大部分(12)が少なくとも1つの磁石(40)を備え、前記ポンプケーシング(2)が少なくとも1つの磁石(41)を備えることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記第1および第2の軸受(10、20)の少なくとも1つの前記軸受表面の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つのばねによって支持され、前記少なくとも1つのばねが、前記第2の軸受から前記第1の軸受に向かう軸方向の軸方向力を受けるように配置されたことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記血液ポンプ(1)が、軸流血液ポンプ、遠心血液ポンプ、または混合型血液ポンプであることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
