Claims (13)
- ブレーキディスク(2)を跨ぐブレーキキャリパ(1)と、摺動可能に案内されたブリッジ(6)によってディスクブレーキを締付けるための少なくとも1個の締付け装置(5)とを具備し、前記ブリッジ(6)が少なくとも1つのねじ付き穴を有し、おねじを有し閉鎖板(12)を通過する調節スピンドル(10)が前記ねじ付き穴にねじ込まれ、前記調節スピンドルがそれと相対的に回転可能な押圧部材(11)を担持し、この押圧部材によってブレーキパッド(3)が前記ブレーキディスク(2)に押し付け可能であり、前記調節スピンドル(10)に作用連結された、空隙を調整するための調整装置(8)を具備し、前記調節スピンドル(10)の通過範囲がベロー(16)によって封止され、このベローが一方では前記ブレーキキャリパ(1)に保持され、他方では前記押圧部材(11)に保持されている、商用車のためのディスクブレーキにおいて、
止め輪(15)が設けられ、この止め輪が回転を防止するように前記調節スピンドル(10)に保持され、かつ軸方向に移動しないようにおよび回転可能に前記押圧部材(11)に保持されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 - 前記止め輪(15)が前記調節スピンドル(10)にかみ合い連結的に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記止め輪(15)が前記調節スピンドル(10)の軸方向溝(19)に入るばねアーム(20)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記止め輪(15)が弾性材料、特にばね鋼からなっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記止め輪(15)に、貫通するスリットがあけられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記止め輪(15)が半径方向に向けられた舌片(21)を備え、前記舌片が前記押圧部材(11)の周溝(23)に係合し、前記周溝(23)が前記押圧部材(11)の穴の壁に設けられ、前記調節スピンドル(10)の太くなった頭部が前記穴に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記止め輪(15)の内径が前記調節スピンドル(10)の太くなった頭部の直径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記止め輪(15)が前記舌片(21)とは反対の側に、軸方向に向けられた突起(22)を備え、前記突起が鍋状の二次封止部材(17)の切欠きに挿入され、前記二次封止部材が一方では前記閉鎖板(12)の通過穴に押し込まれ、他方では前記ブリッジ(6)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 多数の切欠き(18)が周囲に分配配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記切欠き(18)の長さが2つの切欠き(18)の間のウェブ(24)の長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記止め輪(15)が多角形の輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記ばねアーム(20)がそれぞれ、半径方向内側に曲げられた脚部を有し、前記脚部が前記調節スピンドル(10)の前記軸方向溝(19)に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 前記軸方向溝(19)が互いに等しい角度間隔をおいて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のディスクブレーキ。
