Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a revetment construction method.
When reclaiming land, breakwaters, etc. are constructed on the coast, a seawall is constructed on the seabed in the target area. This revetment is composed of a plurality of revetment structures (caisons, L-shaped blocks, etc.) arranged so as to surround the target area. Such a revetment structure is built in a production facility such as a land-based shipbuilding dock or a floating dock, and is launched and lifted after construction, and is towed by a ship and transported to an installation area.
On the other hand, in the said method, the installation etc. which are required for construction and conveyance of a seawall structure become large. For this reason, the method of reducing the burden on the installation required for construction and conveyance of a seawall structure by constructing a building facility on the sea and constructing a seawall structure is proposed (for example, refer to patent documents 1). .
In the technique as described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object thereof is to provide a revetment construction method capable of constructing a revetment in a short period of time at low cost and efficiently.
The revetment construction method according to the present invention is a revetment construction method for constructing a revetment by arranging one or more box-shaped revetment structures on the seabed ground, and is a casting material from the bottom surface to a midway height on land. A first part construction process for constructing the first part of the revetment structure into a shape that can float on water, and a mold along the outer shape of the second part that is the remaining part of the revetment structure Formwork member installation step of installing a frame member on the upper part of the first part, and a structure including the first part and the formwork member floating in water, and the object on which the bank protection structure is arranged A transporting step of transporting the building to an area; and a second partial construction step of placing the casting material inside the formwork member and building the second part on top of the first part. .
According to the present invention, since only the first and second part formwork members are formed on land, the on-shore manufacturing period can be shortened compared to the case where the entire revetment structure is built on land. Can do. For this reason, the manufacturing number in a predetermined period can be improved. Moreover, since it floats and transports in water in the state which built the formwork member of the 1st part and the 2nd part, when making it float on water, the depth of the part which sinks under a water surface can be made shallow. There is a balance of assembling formwork members on site after transport. For this reason, the burden at the time of conveyance can be reduced, and even if it is a case where a large shore protection structure is constructed, it can be efficiently conveyed. Furthermore, since the casting material for the second part is placed in a state in which the formwork members of the first part and the second part are formed, the second part can be efficiently constructed on the water. In addition, since the first part and the second part are divided vertically, the first part becomes lighter and a general heavy machine can be used for launching and rising, so that the cost can be reduced. it can. Thereby, it becomes possible to construct a revetment efficiently in a short period of time at low cost. In addition, as a placement material, concrete etc. are mentioned, for example.
Further, the at least one revetment structure may be a hybrid caisson including a steel material and the casting material as constituent materials.
According to the present invention, a revetment using a hybrid caisson can be efficiently constructed in a short period of time.
Moreover, the said 1st partial construction process is good also as the state which protruded from the said 1st part to the upper end upwards from the said 1st part.
According to this invention, the burden in a 2nd partial construction process can be reduced by building steel materials to an upper end in a 1st partial construction process.
In the first partial construction step, a portion of the steel material that protrudes upward from the first portion is disposed at a position along the outer shape of the second portion, and the form member installation step includes the steel material. A mold member along the outer shape of the second portion may be disposed between the two.
According to the present invention, by using a part of the steel material as a mold, it is possible to efficiently place the casting material in the second partial construction process.
Moreover, the said 1st partial construction process may install the auxiliary facility of the said revetment structure in the part which protrudes upwards from the said 1st part among the said steel materials.
According to this invention, the burden in a 2nd partial construction process can be reduced by installing the auxiliary facility of a seawall structure in the part which protrudes upwards from the 1st part among steel materials. In addition, as an auxiliary facility of a seawall structure, water treatment equipment etc. are mentioned, for example.
Moreover, you may perform a said 2nd partial construction process in the state which floated the said 1st part in water.
According to the present invention, since the placement material for the second part is placed in a state where the first part is floated on water, the burden on the facility can be reduced.
Further, prior to the transporting process, the transporting process further includes a building process for creating a mound part on the seabed ground in the target area, the transporting process placing the building on the mound part, and the second partial construction. You may perform a process in the state which mounted the said building in the said mound part.
According to the present invention, since the casting material is placed in a state where the building is placed on the mound portion, the second portion can be constructed while stabilizing the posture of the building. The mound part can be constructed using, for example, rubble.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the revetment construction method which can construct a revetment efficiently in a short period can be provided.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a revetment construction method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, this invention is not limited by this embodiment. In addition, constituent elements in the following embodiments include those that can be easily replaced by those skilled in the art or those that are substantially the same. Furthermore, the constituent elements described below can be appropriately combined, and when there are a plurality of embodiments, the embodiments can be combined.
<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an example of a bank protection construction method according to the first embodiment. The revetment construction method according to the present embodiment constructs a revetment by arranging one or more box-shaped revetment structures on the seabed ground. As shown in FIG. 1, the revetment construction method according to the present embodiment includes a first partial construction process (S10), a formwork member installation process (S20), a transporting process (S30), and a second partial construction process ( S40).
In this embodiment, the revetment is constructed on the seabed in the target area when, for example, a landfill or a breakwater is created in the coastal area. For example, the revetment is configured by a plurality of revetment structures (caisons, L-type blocks, etc.) arranged around the target area or along the target area. For example, when the revetment is placed around a landfill, adjacent revetment structures are blocked by a joint structure in order to prevent waste or earth and sand used for landfill from flowing into the sea area. Yes. Moreover, in this embodiment, a hybrid caisson including a steel material and a casting material as constituent materials will be described as an example of the revetment structure.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of the first partial construction process S10. As shown in FIG. 2, 1st partial construction process S10 is a process of building the
After the
The first partial construction step S <b> 10 includes a step of building the
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of the mold member installation step S20. In addition, in FIG. 3, the figure at the time of seeing the
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of the carrying step S30. As shown in FIG. 4, the transporting process S <b> 30 transports the
In the state where the
Further, in the transporting step S30, it is only necessary to transport the
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of the second partial construction process S40. As shown in FIG. 5, in the second partial construction step S <b> 40, after placing the
After the
As described above, the revetment construction method according to the present embodiment can shorten the production period on land as compared with the case where the entire

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, prior to the transporting step S <b> 30, a creation step for creating a mound portion MD on the seabed ground BT having a relatively shallow depth near the target area P may be performed. In the creation process, the mound portion MD is formed using, for example, rubble, crushed stone, or the like. After forming mound part MD, building 70 is arranged above mound part MD in conveyance process S30. And the seawater W etc. are inject | poured into the
Moreover, in this embodiment, although the box-shaped revetment structure was mentioned as an example and demonstrated, it is not limited to this. FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a state after the carrying step S30. FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating another example of the second partial construction step S40. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the revetment structure may be an L-shaped block.

Then, as shown in FIG. 9, in the second partial construction step S <b> 40, the
Moreover, in this embodiment, in 1st partial construction process S10, you may install auxiliary facilities, such as the water treatment equipment of a seawall structure, in the
Second Embodiment
Next, the second embodiment will be described. In the said 1st Embodiment, although the hybrid caisson was mentioned as an example as a revetment structure and demonstrated in the 2nd Embodiment, RC caisson was mentioned as an example as a revetment structure. FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an example of the first partial construction process S110 of the revetment construction method according to the second embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 10, 1st partial construction process S110 is a process of building
The first partial construction step S110 includes a step of building the
FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating an example of the mold member installation step S120. In addition, in FIG. 11, the figure at the time of seeing the
FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating an example of the transporting process S130. As shown in FIG. 12, the transporting process S <b> 130 transports the
FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating an example of the second partial construction process S140. As shown in FIG. 13, in the second partial construction step S <b> 140, after placing the
After placing the casting
As described above, the revetment construction method according to the present embodiment can shorten the production period on land, even when the
In the second embodiment described above, the configuration in which the
For example, as shown in FIG. 14, a
Then, as shown in FIG. 15, in the second partial construction step S <b> 40, the
It should be noted that the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications can be made as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
