Embodiments described herein relate generally to a power system monitoring apparatus and a power system monitoring method.
Conventionally, a power system monitoring device that measures instantaneous values of the voltage of each generator and the voltage of a reference bus in a wide-area system and determines whether or not a step-out occurs by calculating a voltage phase difference from each instantaneous value data It has been known. In the above technology, synchronous control is required between the measurement-side device and the calculation-side device, and the configuration for that is complicated, and the cost for realizing the configuration may be expensive. It was. In addition, although the method of estimating a voltage phase difference between one generator and a main system from line impedance and performing a step-out determination is known, in this method, a wide-area system for observing a plurality of generators It is difficult to monitor.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a power system monitoring apparatus and a power system monitoring method capable of determining the out-of-step tendency of a generator without requiring synchronous control.
The power system monitoring apparatus according to the embodiment includes a measurement unit, a storage unit, a phase angle change amount calculation unit, and a determination unit. The measurement unit measures the voltage phase of the generator to be monitored. The storage unit stores the measurement result of the voltage phase measured by the measurement unit. The phase angle change amount calculation unit calculates a phase angle change amount at a first predetermined time based on the measurement result of the voltage phase stored in the storage unit. The determination unit determines whether or not the power generator tends to step out based on the phase angle change amount calculated by the phase angle change amount calculation unit.

The pre-accident phase
The accident detection phase
The calculation
The phase angle change
FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining the phase angle change amounts Δδ k and Δδ g of the fifth embodiment. The horizontal axis in FIG. 10 indicates time T, and the vertical axis indicates the phase angle change amount δ. The out-of-step tendency determination unit 142D uses the accident occurrence time as a reference (t = 0), and the difference (Δδ g −Δδ k ) between the phase angle change amounts Δδ k and Δδ g after the first predetermined time has elapsed. When it is equal to or greater than the threshold value, it is determined that the monitored
As described above, according to the power
