Claims (7)
- 測定流体を一方向に流通する曲管部を有する測定管と、前記測定管に振動を与える加振駆動部と、前記測定管の往き管と戻り管の2個所において前記測定管の変位によりコリオリ力を検出する変位検出部とを有するコリオリ式質量流量計において、
前記往き管と戻り管にはそれぞれ外側に張り出された翼状片が設けられ、前記変位検出部は前記測定管中を前記測定流体が流れる際の前記2つの翼状片の変位を検出することを特徴とするコリオリ式質量流量計。 - 前記翼状片は前記往き管と戻り管に取り付けたホルダから外側に向けて板体状に張り出されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコリオリ式質量流量計。
- 前記翼状片は前記往き管と戻り管にそれぞれ外側に向けて取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコリオリ式質量流量計。
- 前記変位検出部は前記翼状片の変位を離隔的に検出することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のコリオリ式質量流量計。
- 前記変位検出部は光電式検出手段とされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコリオリ式質量流量計。
- 前記ホルダに前記加振駆動部の一部として機能する磁気作用体が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコリオリ式質量流量計。
- 前記ホルダの先端には磁気作用体が配置され、前記管部の前方に離隔的に配置された磁性体とによる磁気吸引力を作用させ、前記曲管部を離隔的に保持するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2又は6に記載のコリオリ式質量流量計。
