Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wall surface structure used for a retaining wall, a tide wall, etc., and a wall surface construction method for constructing the wall surface structure.
General-purpose retaining wall structures include masonry retaining walls, common knowledge block stacking retaining walls, concrete retaining walls, etc. Furthermore, concrete retaining walls are classified into gravity-type concrete retaining walls and reinforced concrete retaining walls. ing. These divisions are classified according to the material used for the retaining wall, and are appropriately selected depending on the grade of the ground to be protected and the appearance after completion.
However, there are many cases where the retaining wall can not withstand the strength due to the action of water infiltrating to the ground and soil pressure acting on the ground, and many techniques for reinforcing the same have been developed. For example, as a stabilization method for a concrete retaining wall constructed in a steep gradient, a rod-like reinforcing member is inserted on a slope and concrete is cast including the reinforcing member (see Patent Document 1), a precast concrete block There is a method of embedding a rebar inside (see Patent Document 2) or a method of constructing a water channel for draining (see Patent Document 3), etc. The
All the above-mentioned reinforcement methods for retaining walls have been intended to maintain the strength of the conventional retaining walls by improving the conventional retaining wall structure. However, although the strength is increased on the one hand, the construction method is not simple on the other hand, and there is a concern that the construction cost may be increased. So, in recent years, the construction method of the retaining wall called the footingless panel construction method is proposed (refer nonpatent literature 1). This is a construction method in which a parent pile is buried in advance, and the precast concrete block is supported by the parent pile, and the construction is simple, and the backfilling range becomes smaller compared to the gravity type concrete retaining wall etc. Or it was possible to stabilize the ground.
However, since the precast concrete block used in the footingless panel construction has a penetrating portion through which the parent pile can be inserted, it has a very special structural feature and its manufacture is not easy. Furthermore, since it is the structure which inserts a penetration part in a parent pile and piles up a block one by one, after a retaining wall completion, it was difficult to repair temporarily, when a part of blocks were damaged. The difficulty in repairing such retaining wall components was similar to that in other retaining wall structures.
Furthermore, these various retaining wall structures are used exclusively for retaining walls only, and can not be used for other wall structure, for example, a tidal wall or a soundproof wall, so that it is a general-purpose structure. It was not possible.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and the object of the present invention is to facilitate repair of the components of the retaining wall, and to provide a versatile wall structure and the same. It is to provide a construction method.
Therefore, the present invention according to a wall surface structure is a wall surface structure including a plurality of pillars erected at appropriate intervals and a plurality of wall panels disposed between adjacent pillars and supported by the pillars on both sides. The wall panel has a panel body formed in the vicinity of both end portions with contact areas abutting on both front sides of the adjacent columns, and holding lengths having lengths reaching the back sides of both adjacent columns. A plurality of members, and by connecting the panel main body and the holding member, the adjacent supports are simultaneously held, and each of the wall panels is independently supported by the supports. is there.
According to the above configuration, the wall panel is supported by the support of the support by the connection of the panel main body and the holding member so that each of the support is independently supported. The panels are not supported by the lower wall panel, and even if the lower wall panel is removed, the upper wall panel is not affected at all. Therefore, even if a part of the wall panels constituting the wall is damaged, the whole wall surface is not affected, and when the wall panel is to be repaired, only the wall panel is removed. It will be possible to replace this. In addition, since the support is held between the panel main body and the holding member, it is necessary to provide a special configuration for connection with the panel main body or the holding member, for example, a through hole for welding or shaft attachment. As a result, it is also possible to install the wall panel at any position in the longitudinal direction of the column, without the need to additionally use a member to reinforce the column. Furthermore, since the individual wall panels are independently supported, the individual wall panels which are mutually continuous in the vertical direction and mutually mutually continuous in the lateral direction need to be abutted with the adjacent end faces. However, it is also possible to use a panel body having an arbitrary planar shape, and it is possible to freely design the pattern by the wall panel formed on the wall surface. When no gap is provided at the end face of the adjacent wall panel, the wall panels which are continuous in the vertical and horizontal directions may be placed in contact with each other. The support used here is not particularly limited in shape, and a steel pipe or rod-like support can be used, and external quadrilateral support such as square steel pipe or square bar may be used to obtain the contact surface. You may use it. Alternatively, a support made of T-shaped or H-shaped steel or the like may be used. In addition to the precast concrete, the panel body may be made of resin panel, and the holding member may have the shape or the material if it has a strength not to be deformed by the connection with the panel body. It is not a question.
In the invention of the above configuration, the panel main body can be used as the holding member, and the wall surface can be constructed not only on the front side of the support but also on the rear side.
In the case of the above configuration, by constructing the wall surface on both the front side and the back side of the support, the entire wall surface structure has the wall surface on both sides. Therefore, it is not limited to the state in which the back side is in contact with the embankment or the ground, as in the retaining wall, and a simple wall body free of the embankment or the earth can be constructed. Therefore, in addition to the retaining wall, the wall body can be used as a soundproof wall, a storm wall, a snow protection wall, a sand protection wall, a sand protection wall, a tsunami protection wall, and the like. The panel main body may be a resin panel other than precast concrete, and if it is a plate-like member having sufficient strength, each panel main body installed on the front side and the back side is the other side. It can function as a holding member for the panel body. Further, the wall surface constructed on the front side of the support and the wall surface constructed on the back side are not limited to the same type of material but may be wall panels of different materials. For example, when constructing a wall surface structure as a retaining wall for protecting a cut surface, the back side may be a wall surface in contact with the cut surface, and the front side may be a decorative surface.
The present invention according to the wall structure is a wall structure including a plurality of columns erected at appropriate intervals and a plurality of wall panels disposed between adjacent columns and supported by the columns on both sides, The pillars have projecting pieces facing each other between adjacent pillars, and the wall panel is provided with a panel main body in the vicinity of both end portions of abutting regions simultaneously abutting the projecting pieces on both of the adjacent pillars And a holding member having a length for reaching both protruding pieces of the adjacent pillars on the back side of the surface of the protruding piece with which the contact area abuts, and connecting the panel main body and the holding member Thus, the projection pieces are sandwiched, and each of the wall panels is independently supported by the support column.
According to the above configuration, since the wall panel supported by the support is configured to hold the protruding piece formed on the support, only the protruding piece is interposed between the panel main body and the holding member. The interval between the two can be reduced, and the entry of foreign matter into the interval can be suppressed. This means that, particularly when used as a retaining wall, it is possible to suppress the inflow of earth and sand such as the ground to be protected, and it is possible to prevent the support member from being buried in the earth and sand. Therefore, the pinching member can be provided close to the back of the panel main body, and when repairing the wall panel, if the panel main body is removed, it becomes easy to check the damage state of the pinching member and also exchange of the pinching member is possible. It becomes. Furthermore, the support is configured in a substantially H-shaped cross section formed by two flanges and a web part between them, and in the case where the projecting piece uses one of the flanges, the other flange It is also possible to use the part for other applications. For example, if the wall structure is constructed as a retaining wall, the other flange portion can be used to provide a wall surface for other purposes. As an example, it can be used to construct a wall surface for protecting a cut surface obtained by cutting a ground or the like.
Further, in the present invention according to the wall surface structure having the above configuration, the support post is formed in a substantially H-shaped cross section formed by two flange portions and a web portion between them, and the protrusion is the flange In this case, the first wall surface formed by bringing the contact area of the wall panel into contact with the flange portion of one of the columns, and the other of the columns The flange portion may be constituted by a second wall surface formed by contacting the contact region of the wall panel.
According to the above configuration, by constructing the wall surface on each of the two flange portions, the entire wall surface structure has the wall surface on both sides. Therefore, it can be used as a retaining wall as in the case of using a wall panel instead of the above-mentioned sandwiching member, and can be used as a soundproof wall, storm wall, snow protection wall, sand protection wall, water protection wall, tsunami protection wall, etc. . In addition to the case where the first wall surface and the second wall surface are made of the same material, they may be made of different materials, or may be constructed as wall surfaces for different purposes. Furthermore, since both can be constructed individually, it is also possible to construct one after construction of the other, and in the case of using for different purposes, one is used as a wall surface for contacting the cutting surface and the other is decorated There is such as a face.
Furthermore, in the present invention according to the wall surface structure using a column having a substantially H-shaped cross section, the holding member is formed in a substantially H-shaped cross section formed by two flange portions and a web portion between them. The panel main body and the holding member may be connected between the panel main body and the web portion of the holding member.
In the case of the above configuration, the holding member for holding the protruding piece of the support is in a state in which the two flange portions are in contact with the protruding piece, and the flange portion is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the holding member Therefore, deformation can be prevented between the area in contact with the projecting piece of the support and the area not in contact. In particular, the connection with the panel main body is performed exclusively in the area not in contact with the projecting piece of the support column, so that it is possible to obtain the effect of preventing a change when the connection is made strongly.
Further, in the present invention according to each of the above structures relating to the wall surface structure, the panel main body according to the present invention relating to the wall surface structure and the sandwiching member are provided at a plurality of positions having appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the sandwiching member. It can be fastened by a bolt passing through at least one of the panel main body and the holding member, and a female screw portion screwed to the bolt.
In this case, a gap corresponding to at least the projecting piece of the support is formed between the panel main body and the holding member, but both can be connected beyond the gap. In addition, it is possible to adjust the holding state of the support with respect to the projecting piece in accordance with the screwing state of the bolt, and in the case of attaching / detaching the wall panel, it is easy to release the holding.
In the invention of the above configuration, the bolt may penetrate the panel body, and a head of the bolt may be disposed on the surface side of the panel body.
In the case of the above configuration, even in the case of using as a retaining wall having a filling or ground on the back side, operation of bolts is possible on the surface side of the panel main body, and even after the retaining wall is constructed, some wall panels When replacing the panel body, the panel body can be removed by loosening the bolt from the surface side of the panel body. When the panel body for repair is mounted, it can be mounted by tightening the belt from the surface side of the panel body.
On the other hand, the present invention according to the wall surface construction method is a column erecting step of erecting a predetermined number of columns at predetermined intervals within a range to construct a wall surface, and both ends of the panel main body on the front side The panel main body and the holding member are connected in a state in which the vicinity is in contact and the rear end side of the support is in contact with the vicinity of both ends of the holding member, and the support is held between the panel main body and the holding member. And a wall panel construction step of constructing a wall panel according to the present invention.
According to the above configuration, the wall panel is installed between two adjacent columns, and the wall panel can be provided in the entire area in which the columns are erected. The individual wall panels are individually held by the supporting members by the holding members, so that the panel bodies can be installed in random order when constructing the wall panels. Moreover, since each wall panel is independently pinched off, the wall panel can be removed alone by releasing one of the pinching states. When a steel pipe or rod-like column is used, the panel main body and the holding member are in direct contact with the surface of the column in the wall panel construction process, and on the other hand, like T-shaped or H-shaped steel When using the support | pillar of the structure which has a protrusion, in a wall panel construction process, it will be clamped in the state contact | abutted by the said protrusion.
In the present invention according to the above wall construction method, the connection between the panel main body and the holding member in the wall panel construction step is performed by inserting a bolt into a through hole formed in the panel main body, and external thread of the bolt The portion may be screwed into a female screw portion provided on the holding member.
According to the above configuration, since the wall panel is formed by inserting the bolt into the through hole of the panel main body and fastening it to the holding member, the bolt can be operated from the surface side of the panel main body. In addition, since the wall panel is formed by fastening bolts, it can be constructed by extremely simple construction.
Further, in the wall surface constructing method according to the present invention, in the wall panel constructing step, in the rear surface side of the columns, the vicinity of both ends of the panel main body is made to abut on adjacent two columns. By installing the panel main body on the back side, wall panels can be constructed on both sides of the support column.
According to the above configuration, the wall surface can be constructed on both the front side and the back side of the support. At this time, in the case of using a steel pipe or a rod-like support, the other panel body is provided as a sandwiching member for sandwiching to one panel body, and two flanges and an intermediate web between them When a steel plate or the like having a substantially H-shaped cross section formed by the above is used as a support, a wall panel can be constructed on both of the two flanges. It is possible to construct a wall structure of the configuration.
In each invention relating to the wall surface constructing method of the above configuration, the column erected in the column erecting step has a projecting piece, and a portion clamped by the panel main body and the clamping member in the wall panel constructing step It can be set as the said projecting piece.
According to the above configuration, when the projecting piece is formed in a substantially T-shaped or H-shaped support in cross section, the support need not be processed and can be used. In addition, in the case of using a column having a substantially H-shaped cross section formed by two flanges and a web part between them, if constructing a wall structure as a retaining wall, one flange is used in the wall forming process. And the other flange portion can be provided, for example, for panel installation for temporary protection to the cutting surface. Furthermore, in the case of constructing wall surfaces on both sides using this kind of H-shaped cross section, the wall surfaces on both sides can be constructed independently of each other, and there is no need to construct wall surfaces simultaneously on both sides Any wall panel can be properly installed from any place.
According to the present invention relating to the wall surface structure, the individual wall panels are constructed in the state of sandwiching the support, so that it is possible to remove them by releasing the sandwiching state, and the same sandwiching state is to be obtained. This makes it easy to replace the wall panel to repair a part of the wall panel which is a component of the wall surface structure. This is the same as in the case of using as a retaining wall, and in particular, in the case of a configuration in which the clamping member is connected by a bolt penetrating the panel body, the bolt can be operated from the surface side of the panel body The replacement for the repair can be made, and the work can be done easily.
Moreover, since the wall surface structure of this invention is a structure by which a wall panel is supported by a support | pillar, it can be made to stand-stand as a wall surface structure, even in the state which an embankment and a earth and sand do not exist. As a result, it can function as a wall in other applications. And in the case of the structure which builds two wall surfaces in each of the front side and the back side of a pillar, a panel main body can be arranged on both the front and back sides, and it becomes a self-supporting wall structure with a good appearance. .
When the wall structure of the present invention is used as a retaining wall, construction work is simple as in the footingless panel method, and when compared with a gravity type concrete retaining wall, backfilling This will reduce the range, and also has the effect of being able to stabilize the embankment or the ground.
On the other hand, according to the present invention relating to the wall surface construction method, it is possible to construct a wall surface structure having the above effects. Moreover, after the erection process of a support | pillar, a wall surface is constructed | assembled only by a wall panel construction process, and a wall surface structure can be constructed | assembled by the very simple construction method.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention according to a wall surface structure. As shown in this figure, a plurality of
The support | pillar 1 (1A-1C) of this embodiment is the member (H-shaped steel etc.) of a cross-sectional substantially H-shaped by the two
The
The holding
Moreover, the holding
In the present embodiment, the
The nut is screwed to the
Since this embodiment is configured as described above, the
Next, a second embodiment of the wall surface structure will be described. FIG. 2 shows a planar structure of the present embodiment. As shown in this figure, in the present embodiment, the
According to the present embodiment, both the holding
The first and second embodiments described above make it possible to repair the
By the way, FIG. 3 has shown the state which mounted | wore the wall panel 2 (, 202) with respect to the support |
First, FIG. 3A shows that the head of the bolt 26 (, 226) is disposed in the panel main body 21 (, 221). In the case of such a structure, as described above, by arranging the nut 27 (, 227) on the holding member 22 (, 222), the panel main body 21 (, 221) and the holding member 22 (, 222) A clamping force can be exerted between the
On the other hand, FIG. 3 (b) is an embodiment in which the head of the bolt 26 (, 226) is disposed on the holding member 22 (, 222). In this embodiment, the nut 27 (227) is embedded in the panel body 21 (221), and the bolt 26 (226) is inserted from the back side of the panel body 21 (221). In this case, since the head of the bolt 26 (, 226) is not exposed to the surface side of the panel main body 21 (, 221), the wall surface can be finished smoothly.
The supported state in both of the above forms is shown in FIGS. 3 (c) and (d). As shown in these figures, the state of clamping of the
Next, an embodiment of the wall surface construction method will be described. The outline of the wall surface construction method is based on a column erecting process and a wall panel construction process. The columns erected by the column erecting process must support the wall panel and be able to withstand various external forces acting on the wall panel. For example, when the wall to be constructed is a retaining wall, as shown in FIG. 4, soil pressure by the filling (or ground) M and the backfilling material U will act on the
Therefore, in the column erecting process, the N value and the like are investigated in advance, and the pile length L is determined based on various numerical values such as the height H of the
As described above, after the pile length of the
In this manner, after the plurality of
In the wall panel construction process, by using the
The embodiment according to the wall surface construction method is as described above, and the wall surface construction can be constructed by such a method. In addition, although the above-mentioned embodiment exemplifies the case where a retaining wall is built exclusively, also when constructing the wall surface structure used for other uses, it comes to a fundamentally same process. When the first and second wall surfaces are formed on both sides (two flanges) of the
The embodiments of the present invention are as described above, but the above embodiments are exemplifications of the present invention, and the present invention is not intended to be limited to these embodiments. Therefore, it is possible to change the elements of the above embodiment or add other elements.
For example, FIG. 6 shows the shape of the panel
Further, as a modification of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, there is one in which the
Furthermore, as a modified example of the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, using the above-described
Moreover, in the case of using the
In this case, the whole of the cutting
As described above, the cutting
From such a configuration, the cutting
In addition, mounting | wearing of the cutting
In the use aspect of the
Thereafter, a press-in process is performed, which is a general press-in machine used to forcibly press downward from the upper end of the cutting
FIG. 11A shows a state in which the earth filling M and the like are cut by the cutting. As shown in this figure, by cutting the embankment M and the like by the cutting
Here, using the
In the above construction method of the retaining wall, when the embankment etc. to be cut is inclined, a gap may be generated between the cut surface and the surface of the embankment M etc. May be added with a step of filling the lining material, and when removing the cutting
