Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle control device for reducing the frequency of occurrence of relay switching noise at the time of engine start of a vehicle and improving the quietness of the vehicle.
As a conventional vehicle control device, a device that significantly reduces the relay switching frequency when the engine is restarted after engine stop due to idling stop, drastically reduces the number of relay switching noises, and improves the quality of the vehicle It has been known.
Specifically, the power supply control ECU mainly includes battery state determination means for determining the state of the battery, and load control means as electric load control means for instructing supply or cutoff of power to various electric devices. ing. The various electric devices are the first electric device such as EPS (Electronic Power Steering), which has a large effect of current load in a short period, and the second electric device such as a seat heater, which has a small effect of current load in a short period. It is divided.
The power supply control ECU prohibits the load control for limiting the operation of the second electric device by the load control means when the engine is restarted after the automatic stop of the engine. That is, in the power supply control ECU, when the second electric device is in the operating state at the time of automatic stop of the engine, the load control is performed to prohibit the power supply to the second electric device by the load control means at the time of engine restart. It is prohibited.
。 With the above control by the power supply control ECU, the relay switching in the second electric device is not performed at the time of engine restart, the number of occurrences of relay switching noise is significantly reduced, and the quietness of the vehicle is improved. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
A conventional relay diagnostic device is provided between a first power supply line connected to a first battery or the like, a second power supply line connected to a second battery or the like, and the first power supply line and the second power supply line. And a control unit configured to change a potential of at least one of the first power supply line and the second power supply line.
。 The control unit diagnoses a failure state of the relay which becomes immobile in the connection state or the disconnection state based on the potential difference between the first power supply line and the second power supply line. For example, in the control unit, it is determined whether the voltage or current of the second power supply circuit is lower than a predetermined voltage threshold or current threshold during cranking in which the motor generator starts and rotates the crankshaft (for example, See Patent Document 2).
In the conventional vehicle control device, various electric devices are divided into a first electric device in which the influence of the current load is large in a short period and a second electric device in which the influence of the current load is small in a short period. Then, when the engine is restarted, the power supply state to the second electric device is maintained in the same state as when the engine was stopped, so the number of times of relay switching is significantly reduced, and the relay switching noise is The frequency of occurrence has also been significantly reduced.
However, in the conventional vehicle control device, the first electric device and the second electric device are divided in advance, and before the engine is stopped, for example, the above-described first part of the vehicle audio or air conditioner device etc. 2 If the electrical device is off, the second electrical device remains off even when the engine is stopped. For example, the air conditioner of the vehicle can not be used, and it is difficult to satisfy the occupant's comfort. There is.
In addition, when power is supplied to the second electric device when the engine is stopped, the engine is restarted with power supplied to the first and second electric devices. If the battery level is low, the electrical load may temporarily increase and the engine may not restart.
On the other hand, since the load of the first electric device and the load of the second electric device are calculated using a threshold value standardized in advance as an example of the conventional vehicle control device, the threshold value is usually actually the first value. It was set higher than the actual value which measured the load etc. of the electric equipment.
Therefore, the threshold value of the load of the first electric device or the like is calculated as a high value with respect to the current state of the battery, whereby the vehicle can be run safely with the actual measurement value at engine restart etc. There is a problem that switching noise of the relay is generated and the quietness of the vehicle is impaired by switching the various second electric devices from the on operation to the off operation regardless of the state.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and based on actual values obtained from actual measurement results of various loads mounted on a vehicle, operations of various loads with respect to the current capacity value of the battery It is an object of the present invention to provide a control device for a vehicle which suppresses the frequency of occurrence of relay switching noise at the time of engine start and improves the quietness of the vehicle by determining.

Further, in the control apparatus for a vehicle according to the present invention, the load ability value determination means measures the use current value at the time of the on operation of each of the plurality of loads, and the ability is determined from the measurement results of the use current values multiple times. It is characterized in that the value is determined.
Further, in the vehicle control device according to the present invention, the plurality of loads are connected to the battery via a relay, and the plurality of loads are individually switched by the load control unit to thereby switch the relays. It is characterized in that it is an on operation or the off operation.
Further, in the control apparatus for a vehicle according to the present invention, at the time of starting the engine of the vehicle, the control means calculates using the data on the battery and the data on the actual value, and there is a problem with the battery capacity. When it is determined that the load control means does not switch the relay, the on-operation or the off-operation of the plurality of loads before the start of the engine is maintained. Do.
Further, in the control apparatus for a vehicle according to the present invention, the plurality of loads are at least a car audio, a navigation device, an air conditioner device, a warm air load or an outside light load, and the plurality of loads are provided to the vehicle. It is characterized in that the on operation or the off operation can be individually switched by a changeover switch.
In the vehicle control device of the present invention, the battery state detection means of the power supply control unit detects the battery state, and the load ability value determination means of the power supply control unit determines the respective ability values of the plurality of loads. Then, the power supply control unit compares the actual value of the on-operation load with the capacity value of the battery to determine the usable load, thereby preventing the unnecessary load switching operation, and the quietness of the vehicle. Can be improved.
Further, in the vehicle control device according to the present invention, the load ability value determination means of the power supply control unit actually measures the current values supplied to the plurality of loads, and the individual loads are measured based on the measurement results of the plurality of current values. Determine the ability value of By this control operation, the power supply control unit can determine the usable load based on the actual ability value of the load, and can prevent unnecessary load switching operation.
Further, in the vehicle control device of the present invention, the plurality of loads are respectively connected to the battery via the relays. With this structure, the load control means of the power supply control unit can individually switch the relays based on the determination result of the usable load, and reduce generation of relay switching noise while maintaining the comfort of the occupant. Can.
Further, in the vehicle control device of the present invention, the power supply control unit determines the usable load at the time of starting the engine of the vehicle, thereby realizing reliable starting of the engine and unnecessary relay switching. It is possible to prevent the generation of sound and to improve the quietness of the vehicle.
Further, in the vehicle control device of the present invention, the load control means individually relays the load based on the determination result of the usable load with respect to the load which allows the vehicle occupant to directly switch the on operation and the off operation. It can be switched. By this control operation, the load such as the electric power steering, the electric brake, the air bag system, etc. is always turned on to realize the safe travelability of the vehicle.
Hereinafter, a
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an outline of a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
電源制御ユニット11は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)等を有して構成され、車両制御のための各種の演算等を実行する電子制御ユニット(ECU)である。
The
The battery state detection means 11A of the power
The load ability value determination means 11B of the power
For example, while the vehicle is traveling, a plurality of
The actual value of each of the
電源制御ユニット11の記憶手段11Cは、例えば、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read−only Memory)等の不揮発性メモリにて構成され、車両の制御に必要な各種データが記憶される。
The storage unit 11C of the power
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
Next, FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing an example of the control operation of the load actual value determination means 11B in the

If the
In addition, since the
In step S14, the power
On the other hand, if NO in step S11, none of the

As shown in FIG. 3, when an occupant such as a driver gets on the vehicle in step S20 and the driver depresses the engine button, in step S21, the power
In step S22, the power
Here, the power
As shown in FIG. 4, in the vehicle, the
In step S23, the power
In step S24, the power
In YES in step S23, as shown in FIG. 4, the power
As shown in FIG. 4, in the conventional vehicle control device, a threshold of a standardized capacity is set in advance for
As described above, in the present embodiment, while the vehicle is traveling, the current values of the
In the description of the control operation using FIG. 3, the case where the load control means 11D switches the
Next, FIG. 5 is a modified example of the control operation at the time of engine start in the
As shown in FIG. 5, in step S30, when an occupant such as a driver gets on the vehicle and the driver presses the engine button, the
In step S31, the vehicle stops at a red light at an intersection, and the
In step S32, the power
In step S33, the power
In step S34, the power
In step S35, the power
In YES in step S34, as shown in FIG. 4, the power
