Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a binding for fixing a boot to a snowboard, and in particular, as in a type in which fixing of the boot is performed by a strap, a specific portion of the boot is pressed against the base plate and a reaction force for fixing the base plate. The present invention relates to a snowboard binding that fixes a boot by receiving it.
Snowboard bindings are called snow cakes because snow adheres between the sole of the boot and the opposite surface of the binding that secures the boot to the board, due to the property of releasing the fixation of at least one foot before and after sliding. Mass is often composed. For this reason, various attempts have been made because the formation of a snow cake between the sole of the boot and the binding interferes with the fixing of the boot and can not exert the proper performance of the binding.
There are two main types of bindings for snowboarding: step-in type and strap fixed type. In the step-in type, measures against snow cake as disclosed in Patent Document 1 are taken. Specifically, a prevention plate for preventing a snow clog is provided in a portion constituting the connecting portion of the sole of the boot.
On the other hand, while pressing the ankles and toes of the boot and other specific parts of the boot against the base plate by means such as tightening and hooking like a strap-fixed type binding, the boot is used as a reaction force receiver for fixing the boot. In fixed type binding, it has been considered difficult to take groundbreaking measures.
One of the factors is, for example, in strap-bound bindings in which the ankle portion and the toe portion of the boot placed on the base plate are strapped and buckled, the base plate and boot are fastened to prevent lateral displacement of the boot. It is considered to be necessary to provide a cushioned anti-slip between the sole and the sole. Here, as a non-slip provided between the base plate and the sole of the boot, at least a part of the cushion surface is generally provided with irregularities. However, this fine asperity for anti-slip may be a factor to improve the adhesion of the snow, and the non-slip shape (irregular shape) excellent in the exclusion of the snow attached to the cushion surface of the snow is studied. Came.
With such background, binding 1 of a structure as shown in FIG. 4 was proposed. As a characteristic structure, the
However, although the non-slip shape as shown in FIG. 4 is considered to have a high snow removal effect, it also improves the snow penetration, and as a result, the desired effect can not be obtained.
Therefore, in the present invention, in the binding for fixing the boot by using the base plate as a reaction force receiving when fixing the boot, it is possible to effectively suppress the generation of snow cake generated between the sole of the boot and the base plate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a boot contact member and a binding for a snowboard.
A boot contact member according to the present invention for achieving the above object is disposed on the base plate of a snowboard binding for fixing a boot by using a base plate as a reaction force when the boot is fixed. Applying a member harder than the sole to the abutment surface with the shoe sole, the surface roughness of the hard member being the shoe sole. It is characterized by being smaller than.
In addition, the boot contact member having the above-described features may be configured by sticking the hard member on the surface of the buffer member. By having such a feature, it is possible to reduce the shock and vibration transmitted from the snowboard to the legs.
In addition, a binding for a snowboard according to the present invention for achieving the above object is a binding for a snowboard that fixes a boot by using a base plate as a reaction force receiving at the time of fixing the boot. The present invention is characterized in that unevenness for the purpose of anti-slip is eliminated from the abutting member in contact.
Further, in the snowboard binding having the above-described characteristics, it is preferable to apply a member harder than the shoe bottom at least on the surface of the contact member facing the shoe bottom. By having such a feature, the effect of preventing the adhesion of snow to the contact surface can be enhanced.
In addition, a binding for a snowboard according to the present invention for achieving the above object is a binding for a snowboard that fixes a boot by using a base plate as a reaction force receiving at the time of fixing the boot, and the binding with the sole of the boot. A member harder than the shoe sole may be applied to the contact surface, and the surface roughness of the hard member may be smaller than that of the shoe sole.
Furthermore, the hard member in the snowboard binding having the above-mentioned features may be attached to the surface of the cushioning member. By having such a feature, it is possible to reduce the shock and vibration transmitted from the snowboard to the legs.
According to the boot contact member having the above-mentioned features and the binding for snowboarding, it is possible to effectively suppress the generation of snow cake which occurs between the sole of the boot and the base plate.
Hereinafter, an embodiment according to the binding for a snowboard of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a binding according to an embodiment. Moreover, FIG. 2 is a perspective view which shows the state which decomposed | disassembled the binding into the baseplate and the boot contact member. A snowboard binding (hereinafter simply referred to as a binding 10) shown in the following embodiment is an example of a binding 10 for fixing a boot by using a
The binding 10 according to the present embodiment is composed of a
The
The
The
The
The
The hard
硬質平滑部材22cの具体的な材質として、PC(Polycarbonate:ポリカーボネート)やPA(Polyamide:ポリアミド)など耐衝撃性や耐候性に優れたエンジニアリングプラスチックにより構成することが望ましい。
As a specific material of the hard
By forming minute irregularities on the surface of the hard and
Here, conventionally, in the strap fixing type binding 10, the
Therefore, the unevenness | corrugation for anti-slip is excluded from the
The
The
According to the binding 10 of such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the snow from adhering to the
[Modification]
In the above embodiment, the
Further, in the above embodiment, it has been described that the
Further, in the above embodiment, it has been described that the
