Abstract
【解決手段】サーボレギュレータ100は、斜板3に連結されるサーボピストン20と、サーボピストン20の端部に面して設けられる圧力室54,55と、ソレノイド37,47により移動して圧力室54,55内の圧力を制御するスプール30,40と、ソレノイド37,47の推力に抗してスプール30,40を付勢するスプリング32,42と、斜板3の傾転に応じてスプリング32,42の付勢力を変化させるフィードバックリンク90と、を備え、フィードバックリンク90は、サーボピストン20を介して斜板3に連結される。

Claims (9)
- 可変容量型ピストンポンプの斜板の傾転を制御するサーボレギュレータであって、
ケース内に摺動自在に収容され、前記斜板に連結されるサーボピストンと、
前記サーボピストンの端部に面して設けられる圧力室と、
ソレノイドにより移動して前記圧力室内の圧力を制御するスプールと、
前記ソレノイドの推力に抗して前記スプールを付勢する付勢部材と、
前記斜板の傾転に応じて前記付勢部材の付勢力を変化させるフィードバック部と、を備え、
前記フィードバック部は、前記サーボピストンを介して前記斜板に連結されることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項1に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記サーボピストンの外周面には、前記フィードバック部が挿入される環状溝が形成されることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項2に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記フィードバック部は、前記環状溝の接線方向に延びることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記ケースは、
前記可変容量型ピストンポンプに取り付けられ、前記サーボピストンを収容する第1ケース部材と、
前記第1ケース部材に取り付けられ、前記スプール及び前記付勢部材を収容する第2ケース部材と、を有することを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項4に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記フィードバック部は、前記第2ケース部材に形成される挿通孔を挿通し、
前記第2ケース部材は、前記挿通孔に沿って前記第1ケース部材に着脱可能であることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項4または5に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記第2ケース部材は、前記フィードバック部の軸方向に沿って前記第1ケース部材に着脱可能であることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記スプールは、前記フィードバック部を挟んで前記サーボピストンとは逆側に設けられることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記フィードバック部を回動可能に支持する支持シャフトを更に備え、
前記支持シャフトは、前記第1ケース部材に設けられることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のサーボレギュレータであって、
前記斜板と前記サーボピストンとを連結するアームを更に備え、
前記フィードバック部は、前記サーボピストンを挟んで前記アームとは逆側に設けられることを特徴とする
サーボレギュレータ。
