Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a polymer cement concrete and a construction method thereof.
In recent years, in road bridges, etc., many fatigue shear failures have occurred due to the wheel load of RC slabs and fatigue damage from the U rib root part of steel slabs. Therefore, measures are taken to reduce the force acting on the floorboard.
As a method for reinforcing such a floor slab, for example, a method of forming a waterproof layer made of a resin-based coating material on a steel floor slab and performing steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement on the waterproof layer (Patent Document 1). And a method of bonding a polymer cement mortar layer having a polymer cement ratio of 9 to 30% by weight to the upper surface of the steel sheet (see Patent Document 2). In order to improve the adhesiveness with a steel plate or the like, the polymer cement mortar used in the above method is required to have fluidity and high filling properties. In addition, in order to make the polymer cement mortar layer have a uniform thickness, the polymer cement mortar cast using vibration compaction means is compacted (see Patent Document 3).
However, in the case of reinforcing a floor slab having a gradient, not only is it difficult to obtain a uniform thickness because the polymer cement mortar flows down the gradient due to vibration applied when vibration compaction is performed, but also the polymer that has flowed out. Cement mortar sometimes overflowed from the formwork. On the other hand, if the time for vibration compaction is shortened, the amount of polymer cement mortar flowing down the gradient can be suppressed, but the surface smoothness becomes insufficient after construction, causing swells and adhesion to the ground. There was a problem that it could not be obtained sufficiently.
Therefore, as a polymer cement mortar that is difficult to flow even when vibration is applied at a gradient and is excellent in surface smoothness after construction, it contains fine aggregate having a specific particle size distribution, cement polymer, thickener and cement. A polymer cement mortar has been proposed (see Patent Document 4).
However, when a conventional polymer cement mortar is applied at a steep portion (for example, a gradient exceeding 10%), there is a problem that sagging occurs.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a polymer cement concrete that is less likely to sag even when vibration is applied at a portion having a steep slope (for example, a slope exceeding 10%) and has good adhesion to the ground. And
The present inventor has studied to solve the above-mentioned problems. As a constituent material of polymer cement concrete, the present inventor used fast-setting cement, aggregate, cement polymer, water and setting retarder in a specific blending amount, It has been found that the above problem can be solved by setting the aggregate ratio (the volume ratio of fine aggregate to the total aggregate (fine aggregate + coarse aggregate) (hereinafter referred to as%)) within a specific numerical range.
That is, the present invention includes (A) 100 parts by mass of fast-setting cement, (B) 575 to 750 parts by mass of aggregate, (C) 8 to 18 parts by mass of polymer for cement (in terms of solid content), (D) 35 to 35 parts of water. It is a polymer cement concrete containing 45 parts by mass and (E) 1-10 parts by mass of a setting retarder and having a fine aggregate ratio of 40-50%.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, even if it gives a vibration in the location of a steep gradient (for example, gradient exceeding 10%), dripping does not arise easily and polymer cement concrete with favorable adhesiveness with a foundation | substrate can be provided.
